Close to the shops and metro, large room and good beds. Breakfast was really good. But the room was dirty, kleenex-box empty... We asked to clean the room which they did and for that (we guess) they brought us a complimentary bottle of wine. Summary: this is a 3 star more than a 4 star hotel?

Everything in perfect order, very comfortable. Nothing remarkable about this hotel. Just as you would expect from a Hilton hotel.

Small small rooms. Hard pillows. Internet very expensive. Breakfast very good but cost you 30 euro. Late check-out will cost you 30 euro per hour. Second time i stay at this hotel but last time. To expensive for a hotel that doesent live up to Hilton standard.

Decent hotel. Incredibly rude staff, save for one young man. I tried to read his name tag but couldn't catch it... Flemish and is front desk staff. Anyhow, he's the only good person working there, it seems. Don't understand why everyone else was so cranky! I work in the hospitality industry and love it. If you don't like it, change careers!

- 22 Euro for internet access!! Should be a law against that !! - Very friendly service. They even let me park my motorcycle just outside the hotel. - Good location - Bathtub was a little bit hairy :(

Breakfast was great!! We did not need to eat until mid/late afternoon!! Full breakfast including omlets, meats, cheese, pasteries, fruit, etc. Hotel location was great. Close to the metro and within walking distance of downtown and resturants/shopping. Bed and bathroom were very comfortable.

The Hilton Brussels City Hotel was reasonably priced and very clean. The staff was friendly and happy to help us with directions (which was nice, as Brussels is difficult to navigate). My one complaint is that they used way too much air freshner (you could smell on the sidewalk before you even entered the building). I know that sounds silly, but it […] was a very strong scent. - Hotel is very basic and suitable only if on a business trip - All sites are 20 - 25 mins away from hotel - Unfriendly front desk. Could not supply a basic map for sites - Had wrong booking and as an alternate provided a very shabby room - Was not value for money. Will not recommend.

The room was large for Europe. Location excellent. Hop across the street & great shopping and a lovely walk to the Grand Place & those area sites. Staff nice & friendly. They did get me turned around direction wise to the Grand Place. Once I found the right street to go down, no problems! I would stay here again in a heart beat!

Service in restaurant and bar poor and extremely expensive. ie. Continental breakfast: 30 Euros, American Hamburger: 25 Euros. Maid service and front desk very helpful. ie. got a physician to room in 20 minutes at 6 AM

hotel was nice within easy access to the metro restaurants shopping. lobby and receptiion were gorgeous. room could be improved apon still nice just not as nice as the other parts in the hotel. drink is dearer in the hotel compare to the pubs and restaurants in brussels.

A very nice hotel within walking distance of the "NORD" metro station coming from the airport. Staff very friendly and efficient. The breakfast here is truly a big deal. Include it in your room cost otherwise it's an outrageous $45 against the Euro. Rooms are small, clean and well designed. Refrigerator in the room. Gym is small but excellent with decent […] equipment. Within walking distance of just about everything. Beware of the plaza across the street..the smell is overwhelming as it is in many parts of Brussels due to the lack of public toilet facilities. Devamı

Hôtel choisi pour son emplacement mais aussi pour le prix promo. Bon accueil. Chambre confortable, mais salle de bain minuscule. Petit déjeuner : 22 € basique ou 30 € international. Parking souterrain au pied de l'hôtel. Centre ville et principaux points d'intérêt accessibles à pied.

Voilà l'impression que je garde de ma nuit au Hilton. En effet, nous sommes arrivées vers 17 h 45 et notre chambre n'était pas encore faite. Les vouchers que l'on nous a donnés pour nous faire patienter au bar ne couvraient pas le coût d'une consommation, et enfin, les diverses clim faisaient un bruit infernal qui nous a empêchées de bien dormir. Arrivés à 15h pile l'heure du check-in. La dame à l'acceuil est amiable et nous appelle une fois installés dans la chambre pour demander si tout va bien. points négatifs: A l'ère des écrans plats, j'ai un dinosaure de TV cathodique qui fait un sifflement quand elle est allumée ! Mais mm un Ibis a des écrans plats... L'extérieur des vitres est sale […] à souhait... points positifs: Le petit déjeuner. Complet et de qualité. Le service vraiment au top. Le sauna et le hammam. attention : en fonction des chambres, on peut se retrouver avec une douche à la place de la baignoire et avec deux lits simples à la place du grand lit...

Chambres très petites (on m'avait même donné une chambre minuscule avec un petit lit d'une personne au départ) et mal insonorisées vis à vis des bruits de la rue. Accès internet payant (mesquin pour un 4*!). Très bon petit déjeuner par contre.

Très bien placé : centre ville, boutique, sites touristiques. Par contre beaucoup de chambres n'ont pas de balcon et donne sur un mur.

El hotel en general esta bien, aunque para un 4 estrellas necesitaria una reforma sobre todo el baño. El buffet tambien estuvo justito. Pero, en general lo recomendaria por el precio que pagamos.

Das Hilton liegt gut gelegen in Brüssel. Ein Parkhaus ist direkt vorm Hotel. Das Zimmer war relativ klein, bot aber allen Komfort, den man zum übernachten brauchte. Das Frühstück war super uns sogar die Sauna und das Dampfbad im Preis inbegriifen. Um die Brüsseler Innenstadt zu erkunden und sich im Anschluss zu erholen, ist das Hotel perfekt.

en bordure de centre ville - pas loin du tram qui va directement dans le quartier des musées et du palais royal - service très professionnel et agréable - sauna et hammam top!

Wir wurden in ein dunkles (kein Tageslicht) Zimmer verfrachtet, sehrm klein, mit einem angeblichen Queen-size-Bett, allerdingsn für 2m Personen sehr knapp bemessen. Das Zimmer lag zur Rückseite des Hotels, umgeben von 3 hohen Fassaden. Wir hätten es nicht mfür möglich gehalten, dass ein Hotel wie das Hilton überhaupt solche besseren Rumpelkammern anbietet. […] Das Bad war in der gleichen Grössenordnung. Jeg var skuffer over at skulle betale for trådløs netværk og prisen var forholdsvis høj og hastigheden lav.

J'y étais pour le week-end de Pâques. Il n'y avait pas de piles dans la télécommande de la télé. Le lendemain matin, j'ai informé la réception de ce petit souci. Réponse du personnel : "je m'en occupe tout de suite". En rentrant le soir, je m'aperçois que la télécommande n'a toujours pas de pile. Je rappelle la réception qui devait m'en rapporter "tout […] de suite". J'ai terminé mon séjour sans pile dans cette télécommande et j'ai "tout de suite" décidé que je n'y retournerai plus. Service pas digne d'un 4 étoiles. En revanche, c'est vrai que le petit déjeuner était correcte. Si on oublie que la serveuse te fait te lever pour qu'elle débarrasse la table d'à côté alors qu'elle pouvait faire le tour et laisser le client déjeuner tranquille... Devamı

Hôtel très bien situé à à peine 10 minutes à pied de la Grand Place!!! Le personnel y est très accueillant et serviable. Les parties communes de l'hôtel sont très bien disposées et décorées! C'est un vrai plaisir d'aller se détendre au hammam ou au sauna après une longue nuit de fête... Le buffet du petit déjeuner offre un très large choix, il y […] en a vraiment pour tous les goûts! En revanche, les chambres standards sont très inégales. Pour être partie en groupe, certains d'entre nous avaient une chambre spacieuse avec baignoire et d'autres, une petite chambre avec une cabine de douche!!! Il suffit de tirer le bon numéro!!!! Très bon hôtel. Service de grande qualité. Idéalement situé à 10 min à pied du centre ville. Chambre propre et bien équipée. Sauna et Hammam à disposition. Petit déjeuner formidable.

hotel staff can hardly speak english. Rooms very small. We booked a king-size bed but got a very small double-bed. Electric appliances fixed with tape. Old furniture. Rusty coloured water from the bathroom tap. Sink not draining properly. Bathroom not cleaned properly. Walking distance to city centre. Tram station very close by.
