Cedars Inn Auburn - Auburn

Black mould around the bathtub, musty odour in the bathroom, less than mediocre breakfast, noisy location- highway, railroad, busy streets. Slow internet- kept disconnecting. Very disappointed overall.

Behind hotel is a lowes store. The first night a parking lot sweaper going all night. Second night a trucker stopped his rig to wait to deliver in the morning letting his truck run all night. Bed was a queen on a full base. Finally if you can handle that it was a good little place to stay as they allowed our dog.one final thing I did find a crack pipe […] laying out in the open. The whole hotel smelt like an ashtray from when you first walk into the lobby to check into your room all the way to my non smoking room. I could not sleep well because of the smell.

For the price not to bad, breakfast are small muffins& coffe and O.J. but for the price I like it hey Mike y!

Great price for one night's sleep for 4 people!! Breakfast could be a bit earlier, and more options but if your looking for a place to stay for cheap then this is the place. Would defintly stay there again.

I'd recommend this hotel sheerly because of the price and the available smoking rooms, however I would warn pp not to expect to get what was advertised or for them to read the reservations. We reserved 2 beds for 4 pp in a smoking room and was given one bed in a non-smoking room. When I went back to tell them I needed 2 beds, she was about to explain […] otherwise until I said I could pull up the reservations on my laptop. She then said she could do it there and she did. Then she traded keys and said we could have 2 beds but it would be non- smoking. I could live with that. (All the rooms on the front side of the building are non-smoking while the backside is all smoking designated rooms.) When we rolled in for bed around 11 pm and began to search the full spectrum of TV stations and movie channels as advertised, we chose one of the 15 available channels that was clear enough to see. The movie was OK, but the picture and sound was worse than the scalped ones you get on movie share websites. Very hard to see and echos muffling the sound. There were no cable boxes or remotes, so we assume they are streaming to all rooms from one box in the office. So, if you need a decent rate in these hard times like I did, I wouldn't steer you away. Just cover your tracks and don't expect more than what you pay for. Devamı

The only reason I gave this hotel 2 stars is that I didn't die there. It smelled bad, the rooms were tiny, the "continental breakfast" was a tray of small muffins and bad coffee and the wifi was garbage. If you need "cheap" this is the place for you.

If you want to save that extra ten bucks, then this is the place for you. If ten dollars isn't worth staying in a flop house compared to a clean generic name brand hotel, then stay away from this place

A great rate for a hotel close to the White River Amphitheater. Very friendly, helpful staff.

Very low budget hotel. I do not recommend this hotel.

Everything about this hotel stinks. Litterally.

Across the street from municipal airport (flightpath). Small dark rooms. Is conveint to freeway.

As you read everyone's comments, most of them will probably be true. Yes, the room is small, yes the amenities are few, yes the continental breakfast is a joke. BUT, for the price and the assurance you will be able to get a good nights sleep, this hotel is a winner. Internet was slow but we managed. HBO didn't work, but the other channels did.

Not the hilton or Rits but for the cost it sure gives you a bed to rest and clean rest room, no coffee maker, no blow dryer but decent for the price!!!!!

This is the only place we stay when we go to the City, so that tells us that it is a good place to stay , The people there are always very friendly.

This is an old Nendel's property that has been taken over by Cedars Inns...property is located on one of the major streets into town, which is convenient, but makes the location noisy and congested. There are fast food restaurants on either side, and a Lowe's behind it, so lots of traffic. Room was minimal, bed hard, only two lugs in the room for lights, […] mini fridge, microwave, TV and computer (which means you have to unplug the microwave to plug in your laptop.) room wa stuffy, even with the AC operating. Staff was courteous on check in, but then they vanished. They serve a breakfast, if you can call it that, but fortunately there is a Denny's close by. the hotel is in the process of remodeling (new carpet, paint, etc.) but this is a case of putting lipstick on a pig. that being said, for the price, it sufficed. Once they get it fully remodeled and cleaned up, it probably would be a good, low end place to stay. Devamı

The rooms were clean, the staff helpful, beds comffortable, the price was right. Close to food and shopping. Would highly recommend this Hotel.

For about the same rates as the, usually dirty, often roach infested, and extremely run down "crack hotels" in high crime areas of the city, the Cedars Inn provided a clean, quiet, and agreeable experience. The Staff was very friendly and got us checked in right away with no fuss, and the room was clean and comfortably furnished. It was a bit small, […] but not cramped at all, including a microwave & fridge. Minor "cons" - More than one chair would have been nice, and the bathroom fixtures could have been in better repair, though everything did work fine really. Just a bit quirky. All in all, I was very happy with the hotel and would absolutely stay there again! Devamı

Great price and location! Hotel was very clean and staff was wonderful! I will gladly go back there next time I am in town.

I called the morning of check in to see if early check-in was possibe and I was told yes. I ended up getting there about an hour after I was supposed to (but still 2 hours before official check in) and the room still wasn"t ready. It was a tiny room, barely enough space for 2 adults and a baby. There was never anyone at the front desk and no forks, […] spoons or cups could be found to use. I will never stay here again....... Great staff, very friendly and helpful. This is a wonderful and economical hotel. The price was spot on for the value of services. Thank you for two good nights of much needed sleep.

The room was clean and accesable off a freeway. The breakfast sitting was poor and TV selections poor. I would like to have, History, Nature, PBS channels.

For the price it was ok... Continental breakfast was a JOKE!!! Muffin and coffee????

The Hotel was definately more rundown than I had expected but for cheap rates it wouldn't be bad for one night but I stayed a week. Next time I going to spend the money on a nicer hotel. The one plus is that it did have a microwave and fridge which most hotels don't come with anymore. The bed was extremely hard and the room smelled like smoke even though […] it was a non-smoking room. The cleaning service was pretty decent but my pillow case had what looked to be mold. Devamı

It was a very snowy few days and I wanted to make sure that I got to work, due to my positon. The hotel was 10 miles from work, instead of the 35 miles one way that I would have to drive. The front desk clerk was very nice. Check in was smooth. My room was clean, although I wish there was a coffee maker in the room. It had a fridge, and microwave. I […] work second shift so I wish check out was at noon, instead of 11:00, but that's the average check out time. Overall my stay was very nice, and quiet. I would stay again. Devamı

This is not a luxury hotel, but it's cheap and relatively clean. I stay there every time I go to Auburn.

Hotel was run down but what I expected for the price. Bed sheets were clean and convenient location. Breakfast was muffins and coffee.

If you just want a place to sleep, this is a great hotel. You get what you pay for... The staff was very friendly, but the hotel was older. Overall, nice enough.

Good Location; close to Race track, Casino and Horse track.

Very basic hotel. Clean but a little run down. In the middle of a shopping center parking lot. I would stay again, but it is far from a luxury hotel!

Ondanks dat ontbijt bij de prijs was inbegrepen, was er geen fatsoenlijke gelegenheid om het te nuttigen en hebben we het matige ontbijt op de kamer opgegeten.
