My family and myself enjoyed the stay very much and would like to stay in any hotel in this chain.

Stayed here for business. Room and view were very nice, but do not stay in room 101. It is next to the stairs and doorway and very loud due to all of the traffic in and out. Breakfast and dinner were very nice. I would definitely stay here again, but not in room 101.

This hotel is very clean and quiet, although we were on the water side-so I don't know how quiet it is on the freeway side. The only problem we had is when we booked our room with Hotels.com, the room description given to them by the hotel was misleading and we ended up with a smaller room than we wanted.

Stayed at this hotel with another couple for 3 days while visiting daugher's family in Oakland. We got a 2br/2bath suite through Hotels.com for an excellent price. Bedrooms were separated by a living/kitchen area so that we both had plenty of room and privacy. Large flat screen TV's in all three areas. Everything was very clean. Room overlooked bay […] which was nice. Free breakfast was more than expected with eggs, sausage or bacon & potatoes plus fresh fruit and various bagles, muffins etc. Would have easily cost $25 per couple anywhere in the Oakland area. Gym was very small with limited equipment (2 treadmills & one elipitical machine plus a few light weight balls which I was not sure how to use). Only negative was an odd smell in the halls - possibly some of their cleaning solution. We were very pleased with this hotel and will always stay here in the future. They also post that they offer a free dinner Mon-Thurs however we were not there on these nights. Devamı

Very convenient location, close to Jack London Square and downtown Oakland. Free parking and the hotel staff was very professional. Room was very clean.

This hotel was perfect! No surprise. Very clean and accommodating staff. The food was good.The water view was very relax. Thank you very much!

The description clearly said I would get a room with water and city view, but I was put on a room facing the freeway, no other rooms available so i was stuck there. Very dissatisfied if I knew this would happen would have book somewhere else.

It's a nice hotel but there isn't anything walking distance from it. If you don't have a car it's not convienent. Hotel offers a shuttle to downtown area during the week.

The waterside view was really nice! And we couldn't hear the freeway at all on that side. Location is a bit strange, though convenient off the freeway. We felt safe - just not much in the neighborhood except a Starbucks and Quizno's in the office building next door. Workout room was adequate (suggest adding light weights!) and breakfast was GREAT! Our room faced the water so it was quiet. The room was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Only negative was the food at the complimentary breakfast was cold. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

I've stayed here before but this stay was awful

Stayed in Oakland to avoid high San Francisco prices, Convenient location for car or rapid transit to/from S.F. Very nice, clean hotel with great location on waterfront. The staff is very pleasant, responsive and helpful. Will stay there again when in S.F. area.

Room was without fault. Problems began at 2:00am, when booming music began from what had appeared to be an abandoned restaurant in the parking lot. All of a sudden it was filled with around 100 loud people, all shouting to be heard over the horrid base-boom of horrible "music". A half-hour after we complained to a sweet-voiced receptionist, who claimed […] no knowledge of the annoyance, it did diminish in volume -- but continued through the night. When I advised the morning desk person that the hotel has a "serious problem" she said, "Yeah, I know" -- but never once said she was sorry. Breakfast was mediocre, replenished by a surly attendant. The room was comfy. The bed was a little small for me and my husband, but very nice bedding and comfortable. It has a small kitchen and the staff is so friendly. SO friendly. It's a nice place. I would stay there again

This hotel had EVERY convenience. The complimentary breakfast was not the usual fare. It had many more choices. The suites were fully stocked even down to the dishwasher detergent. Lovely...

Four of us stayed in a 2 BR, 2 bath suite. Very comfortable and quiet - but you need to be on the water view side. Breakfast is decent, staff very nice and helpful. You need a car to get around from here though. Will stay again as my daughter lives in Oakland and it was convenient.

Nice, clean hotel by the water. Bed was very comfortable. Enjoyed the gentlemen who checked us in. Breakfast was good too. I would stay here again.

Excellent hotel, a little loud with traffic on the road side, it's a $10 upgrade to get the other side, but probably worth it. Price is steep, but it generally is in Oakland. worth it because going cheaper means a drastic decrease in quality.

This is a good place. Nice people, clean and easy in and out. I would suggest not getting the freeway side of the hotel if traffic sound bother's you. It's a bit in the middle of nowhere but I'm just there to sleep.

The hotel was ok but our room was next to the guests laundry room which does not have quiet hours so we heard lots of washing machine noise. Would be nice if there were quite hours especially since the bed is against the same wall. There is a bar/restaurant next to the hotel which takes up many of the parking spaces at night. During our stay they had […] nightly bands playing loudly and lots of people partying outside where you could not open the windows without hearing this noise well into the morning - 4am! Overall the hotel was adequate for our purposes but I would re-think staying here again. Devamı

Fiquei duas noites. A 1a. num quarto que dava para uma Hwy e próximo ao sistema de refrigeração do hotel o que proporcionou muito ruído. Mudei de quarto mas o ruído da Hwy continuou. Café da manha muito bom para o padrão americano.
