Everything about the motel was excellent. It included an above average breakfast and a complimentary shuttle to the airport at a very reasonable price. There are other motels along this stretch of highway but no place to eat within walking distance other than Subway or Cracker Barrel

The room was OK, nothing special and could use a bit of "freshening". Not happy that the desk clerk actually take an imprint of your credit card for incidentals and at check out refuses to give it back to you. Claims they need to keep then for 30 days. In this day of electroniocs why is that necessary?

Very comfortable; very helpful staff; Convenient arrangements to get to and from the airport at late and early hours (to be arranged with hotel desk). No great food nearby unless you are able to drive.

Nice Hotel. It was a little farther away from my desired location, however, that was not the fault of the hotel. I misjudged the distance.

My stay was pleasant.

In all everything was good clean , The air condition was either toocold or a little too warm. the breakfast was less than mediocre with everything wrapped in plastic and quite tasteless

The front desk personnel could use some customer service training. The other places that I've booked with Hotel.com have been really friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice and the facility was great for the location of the classes I was holding, however, there are two other hotels within a quarter of a mile and that may be my choice the next time […] I'm down in the Ft. It was close to the airport and the front desk person was very helpful in a difficult situation.

Loved the convenience of having a shuttle service to and from airport 24/7. Staff was very curteous and professional. Nice to have the breakfast too.

I have stayed at this hotel several times over the years and the staff and facilities always are great. The location is very convenient to the airport and travel in all directions in Southwest Florida. The value for the price paid is the best I can find in the area.

We were surprised to find this nice hotel so close to the two baseballs parks and the airport. Good service, clean and comfy rooms! Breakfast was not bad either. And the price was right!

We found the hotel very convenient to rt. 75, yet it was quiet. The neighborhood was a nice one and close to the airport. It was clean and neat and easy to sleep there. People were friendly and very helpful.

Grandstay Hotel is a very clean, well appointed hotel. The breakfast buffet is more than adequate. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who came to the area.

Never heard of Grandstay but found it on line. Were very satisfied with our visit to the hotel. Staff very accommodating, room was very comfortable and clean. Definitely would return.

This hotel was great. The king sweet was wonderful and had a nice kitchen in it. The pool was great and the staff was very friendly. We stayed here because we were going to see the red sox spring training game. The stadium was only a mile down the road for us, so it worked out great. We will stay here again next time.

We have a family of six. The suite at this hotel provided enough space and comfort for all. The positives are the great staff, price, and location. The only thing I could say negative is that it would have been nicer to have larger newer televisions in the rooms and a few more options at breakfast. We stayed 10 days and loved every minute.

We stayed at this hotel two nights and was very impressed by how clean the hotel was(room, lobby, halls, entryway) and how friendly the hotel staff was. The only thing that was not good was the traffic noises we could hear throughout the night. But it is located very close to the airport, which is convenient for when we left to meet our flight.

great place! great prices! very clean and modern place- friendly and helpful staff from the front desk to the hosekeepers- rooms were great, confortable and came with a kitchenette will be staying here on our future trips to the area

Wi-Fi is horrible. The front desk will tell you that there are too many people using Wi-Fi and to try again later.....No, I've got a better idea.....maybe this hotel should get a new Wi-Fi system that can accomodate the guest load. Also, there was an odor in our room. On the positive side - the room was very large and clean. The room had a small fridge […] and microwave. Pool is heated, small, but clean. Very nice hotel, comfortable and clean. Was nice to see hands on owners. Would stay there again if in the area.

I stayed 3 nights and the service was excellent. Had free breakfast in the morning. The rooms were very clean and the hotel was quiet. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. went out on Sat all day; came back and the room was not cleaned; the towels were not changed.

Centrally located, right of of I-75. The hotel is fairly new but nothing spectacular. The traffic from Daniels Parkway can be heard in the room (we were at the back of the property away from the road). The room was simple and plain. OK for a one night stay but I would not stay there again. Too many other places in the area that may be better for the […] same price. Housekeeping staff does not wait to enter room after knocking. Convenient to airport, good accommodations & breakfast..

The room was clean but had a musty/moldy smell. Upon check-in, the clerk annouced our room number so all in the lobby could hear; a big no-no in today's world. Especially for two women travelers. Where can I find a hotel that,, when you put your towels on the rack, they indeed do not replace them with clean towels. Trying to save water one towel at […] a time is tough. SUPER CLEAN AND QUIET, FANTASTIC PRICE. Really nice heated pool !! Really close to airport, malls FGCU =) The staff was really friendly !! Would absolutely stay again .. HIGHLY RECOMMEND =)

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel preceding an early morning flight out of Fort Myer's airport (RSW). I could not believe this little "gem" which I accidentally discovered the first time, leading to my subsequent second stay. Great value, close to the airport w/shuttle service, exceptionally clean, friendly staff, hot breakfast. It […] never seems to be crowded, perhaps folks may be apprehensive about the unfamiliar name.
