I had to be in Newark for business for 2 weeks and needed a safe environment with small cooking amenities. This was perfect as there is a Whole Foods close by. The hotel also provides small in house dinner 3 days a week. This was great so I didn't have to "eat out" every night.

We stayed 6 nights here at the start of our East Coast vacation and returned for one night before flying back home. we visited family in West Orange and this was convenient. We had a one-room suite with every comfort - 2 TVs; kitchen, coffee maker, microwave, stove, oven, dishes pots and pans the works. We enjoyed having a separate bedroom and living […] room with sofa and comfy chair. The windows opened, the climate control was ours to control. We had access to pool and spa and exercise room. All you can eat breakfast buffet with hot foods, etc. Only complaint was front desk staff paid more attention to phone then guests in front of them. Devamı

Our stay was delightful. The only issue we had was with the air conditioning. It was very loud and seemed to fluxuate oddly. But we were thrilled with the accommodations and the breakfast was terrific.

This is a very nice place to stay. The rooms were clean, the sheets looked in good condition and nothing seemed dirty at all. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms are nice and spacious. The staff was very friendly for the duration of our stay and I thought they were nice to interact/chat with. My friend got married this past weekend and the […] staff catered to her and, by extension, us and they seemed very sincere about it. The room & staff were great. Our ice maker wasn't hooked up & that was disappointing. There was an ice machine down the hall. But the ice was "wet" so once it sat in the freezer for a few hours it was all stick together. I had to use the corkscrew as an ice pick. We also did. Of have a car & the hotel does not have a restaurant. There is a very high […] priced place right. Ext door & several places that will deliver but nothing really within walking distance. We asked the front desk to call for a taxi to take us to one place we had seen about a mile up the road & when he arrived 45 minutes later we decided to try a different place that was recommended. The driver didn't even know where the place was! He was asking us like we were supposed to know! Since we had no clue we just had him take us to the 1st place. It took all of 5 minutes to get there & the charge was almost triple what we later found out a regular taxi would have cost! This was the service the hotel called for us & was not a regular cab. Had I known this before hand, I would have specified. A cabbie would have known the area & taken us where we wanted to go & the price would have been regulated. I blame the hotel for us being ripped off since they called the car. Other than that it was a wonderful stay. Joe the bartender is Great & kept the drinks coming - it was quite a party! Devamı

We had a great experience and appreciated all of the hospitality of the staff. The Inn was one of the best we have ever stayed in and will definitely be back for other family occassions.

we had noisy and late night loud neighbors. I called the desk 5 times in 2 days, and the most they did was call them and tell them....?? They didn't stop the noise until 3AM 2 of the nights. All the desk offered was to move us in the middle of night - NOT move the heighbors.

This was a great room at a reasonable price. I'm on the road a lot and have stayed in many hotels. This was one of the nicer ones for the money. There were great amenities including a wonderful indoor swimming pool. My reservation had said it included a continental breakfast. I was delighted to wake up to one of the best breakfast buffet's I've seen. […] There was even a do-it-yourself waffle station! We enjoyed our visit and will look forward to staying there again. The service was excellant. The hotel is pet friendly, although we left our dog at home our next visit will include her. I give this hotel a 10 plus!

We like to stay at this hotel whenever we are in New Jersey. Even though the hotel has been around a long time, and gets a lot of business, it is always in decent shape. The rooms are a good size, the breakfasts are excellent, there is free wifi, and fee parking.

I love this hotel!!! It is very clean and comfortable!! The rooms are amazing!! Very quiet and discreet!!! The staff was very nice and helpful!! I would go to this hotel over and over again!!!

Only possible complaint would be they recommended a car service to montclair which was double the price of the taxi we got back... fantastic room, great place!!!

Für uns perfekt - schnelle Anbindung an NYC und gute Ausgangsposition für Fahrten nach Norden und Süden in NJ. Automobil natürlich notwendig, aber für uns ohnehin obligat. Insgesamt ein perfekter Kurzurlaub. 5**
