Dependable level of quality. Clean comfortable but not fancy

This was a family vacation we have stayed at other hotels that gave us a hot continental breakfast and my children enjoyed it. They missed it this time.

We stayed one night and had a wonderful experience. The room were very clean and bed was great! The king beds are adjustable from firm to soft! The breakfast in the hotel restaurant was very good...excellent buffet selection with made-to-order eggs and pancakes. It was a wonderful experience.

great room, great price, close to everything we needed!

Very pleasant desk staff; wonderful room. I really liked the various H G Inns at which we stayed The Hilton Garden Inns visited previously had modest free breakfasts. Saves a few dollars but moreover, is SO convenient. We did not read all of the fine print for the Fairfax location; really did not need a $10+ breakfast buffet (only choice) as we had […] an early lunch date. There is a shopping center right across the street and we just bought bagels. I would only remind others to always read the location's offerings as we did have a second choice that offered a continental breakfast and that would have been better for us, Devamı

The hotel was easy to find. It was very clean, and the person at the front desk was very courteous and nice when checking in. I was very pleased with my stay here and would recommend it to others. I also chose this hotel because of the pillow top mattress and based on other's reviews. It was a comfortable bed to sleep on away from home. Very courteous and helpful staff

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel!! The staff was friendly and very informative. The rooms we had were gorgeous and well maintained. We will definitely add this to the list of hotels to return to!!

This hotel is a very nice location - easy to access off the freeway. We were pleased with the room - clean and a very comfortable bed. Breakfast - the choice was limited to a buffet for $10.95 or other items from the buffet line for $5.95. We would have liked the opportunity to order from a menu with additional items for the price. the hotel was great -excellent service,clean and comfortable - if possible use the hotel shuttle if you are going to the metro although it only leaves at 9 and 10 a.m. We had a white house tour at 10 so took the car to the M and found there were no parking spaces left - we then drove to the next station and still no spaces available and we missed our […] tour. This hotel is comfortable and clean with a friendly, helpful staff. We stayed here with the intention of taking the Metro into Washington. Getting to the Metro and then getting into Washington takes over an hour. If you do it, use the hotel's free shuttle to the Metro station, even though it runs at limited hours. We were only on a quick overnight stop, so perhaps there were wonders we failed to notice, but we didn't encounter anything to distinguish this place from the middle-market properties it was competing with (and thereby earn it the upscale cachet of the name "Hilton"), unless you count the little all-night convenience store adjacent to the front desk. […] However, except for the breakfast buffet--it cost eleven dollars a person, so we skipped it--we found nothing to complain about. Hotel was clean, staff was excellent.

Clean hotel, clean room, staff are pleasant and courteous, although the check-in was long (only one staff on hand). I was just coming through for one night and found our stay enjoyable. However, I did find that the hotel was a little out of the way with very few restaurants in the vicinity and far from the Washington metro system, so I don't know if […] this would be the best hotel for an extented stay to visit the region. great room and staff but a little pricy on breakfast only an all you could eat. at $10.95 a person even if you only wanted an egg and toast.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The room was spacious and bright. Excellent rate for great quality. Would definitely stay there again.

While the hotel itself is a little "tucked away" off the beaten path it's well worth it. Everything from the front desk staff to the comfort of the rooms was outstanding! Plan to stay there again next time I'm in the area.

The hotel definitely met my expectations. It provided both comfort and excellent amenities, and is run by a professional and friendly staff. It offers everything one needs for a good experience away from home. There is no excuse to skip your daily cardio exercise. Great hotel to stay if you have a car. Hotel Shuttle is rather infrequent with only four services to the Metro station in a day. Surprised to see very few people making use of it. Traffic is horrible between Hotel & Metro in the afternoon. Addition of shuttle service in the morning at 7 and 8 AM will be more helpful. Hotel staff and shuttle drivers […] are extremely polite. I have to say I was a little nervous booking this room for the price that was offered, but in the end I was very pleased with it. The hotel was very nice and clean, and the hotel staff was very helpful and pleasant. When I arrived my room wasn't ready so instead of making me wait, they got me another room right away. The metro station is about a 6 minute […] drive from the hotel and very easy to find, hotel staff had directions to the station. Everyone was exceptionally polite and genuinely friendly and helpful. Room was very pretty and very clean. Amenities very nice, stocked and well kept.

We were very pleased with the staff and how we were treated, everything was Great. Very helpful and clean. The van was great to take us to the Metro train stop.

Our stay was overall pleasant, the room was spacious and comfortable. The price was really,really good. Only negative observation was the musty smell in the room which go cleared only after switching the climate control on.

Great service. Clean, comfortable rooms. There's a nice bike/running path a block away, so I got a nice run in each day. Showers/bath are huge. Morning coffee in the lobby was really good. Overall, just outstanding.

This is a nice, clean hotel. I chose it, because it was close to the Vienna Metro station, and the price could not be beat. I would definitely return to this location as a jump off point to a trip into DC via Metro.

The hotel is close to a couple of malls and shopping centers and a slew of good restaurants. You do need a car to get by, but for this price, the location can't be beat. Also, there is not much new in the breakfast they serve in the morning. This was a great hotel. For the price and being a Garden Inn, I wasn't anticipating anything but slightly above average, however the hotel was in pristine condition. The hotel was modern, well kept with no obvious needs for repair. Everything was spotless and very well kept after. The hotel restaurant was quite good as well. A bit pricey, but for the […] area and being a hotel restaurant, not too bad. My only complaint of the entire stay was the bed comfort level. The mattress was extremely firm. I like a firm mattress, but this was out of control firm. Also the pillows (always an issue it seems) were awkward. Hotel pillows always seem to either be too thin to use one and too thick to use two, and no happy meeting point in between. This was no exception, but it is common place anyway, so nothing I would hold against the hotel. The only thing that could really have improved was the softness of the mattresses, but that will come with age most likely. On a side note, my wife left her jacket in the room by accident. I called the hotel a few days (and a thousand miles) later, and they were more than happy to FedEx the jacket back to us. I anticipate it's arrival in the next 2-3 days, and have no reason to suspect it wouldn't. Devamı
