The only thing negative about this hotel is the breakfast. The options were not great. But, the room was nice, the pool and hot tube were great too!

Where do I start...if you are looking for anything above a two star hotel...turn away now. I chose this place because of location..it was near my early morning appointments. No restaurant in the place, which I really like when I am traveling alone on business. Had to drive to go have dinner...I thought the website said they had a restaurant..maybe I […] mis understood because of the breakfast served in the morning. The bed was the hardest thing I have ever slept on...the heater did not work properly in my room...I had it set for 72 degrees..and woke up at 3:30 AM Freezing! It was 62 degress in there! They didn't have any lotion in the room, so had to call down for that...when traveling now you have to limit your liquids if you're not checking your luggage..so depended on the room having lotion already there for me. The water was NOT hot at all in the AM for a shower..and I was up EARLY enough that there should have been some hot water Devamı

The service at the front desk was lacking. I had to wait a while twice for someone to come out from the back. Our room was set up different and seemed crowded, it was just the way it was constructed. However, there were not enough towels in the room and there was some type of pet hair on one of the bed's blankets. When I went to get a different blanket […] out of the closet it had some other long hair on it, obviously not clean, so it was not used. We stayed 2 nights and they didn't clean our room while we were out. Someone knocked on the door at 430 pm to clean, when we had just gotten back to the room. We just replaced our dirty towels, we were trying to relax and get ready to go out to dinner. The pool was much smaller than it appears on the picture. The first night it was full of children, so we went in the hot tub. Then the children came into the hot tub, and one child (2 or 3 yrs old) decided to pee into the hot tub. Needless to say that was the end of our night in the pool. There were also no towels down at the pool so I went to the desk and asked for some. In the morning we went downstairs for breakfast, it was so crowded we couldn't even get into the room. So we left the hotel and went out to breakfast. I was very disappointed with our stay and WILL NOT stay at another Springhill again or recommend it. Devamı

+ Shower head at good height for tall people + Refrigerator and freezer have a lot of room + Separate sink in kitchenette area - Thinner walls, heard people showering at 0630 - Awoke to entry doors of other rooms slamming at 0700 - Bed hard - The heater A/C unit on outside wall leaked in a lot of cold air. Maybe not properly insulated?

my family really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean and located to some great places. We went to legoland and then brough the kids to swim at the hotel and stay on for new years eve. The staff was very attentive. the only problem was the breakfast buffet had the longest line imagineable!!! We stayed here over New Years and the King bed room had a lot of space and room was very comfortable, the only thing I we had a problem with was the floor was a little sticky near the sofa area. Other then that everything was real good. I would recommend this place.

This hotel worked great for us because there were 3 friends staying together so we could all be in one room with 2 beds and a pull out couch. The location was great - close to many restauants and terrific shopping. Breakfast was good. We have stayed at this location two-three other times and we return because we like the location in the community because we had access to major highways, restaurants and stores. The hotel facilities have always been clean and comfortable.

I'm a big fan of this hotel type for general travel purposes. I enjoy the separate sleeping and seating areas with the full size couch. The other hotel of this type I usually stay at is the Hyatt Place chain. Springhill Suites is pretty comparable to Hyatt Place for fans of that chain. Springhill improves on Hyatt Place in a couple ways though. Springhill's […] complimentary hot breakfast bar is much better than Hyatt Place and room rates are generally slightly lower in the same market. The beds are slightly firmer at Springhill but I enjoyed that as did my wife who is pregnant. The only thing that could have been improved upon was the speed of their wireless internet connection. First, the location is very close to the Woodfield Mall, so food and shopping are very accessible. The complimentary breakfast was good, but not outstanding. The rooms are very comfortable. Was a bit disappointed in the size of the pool. It was quite small. Everything was very clean, and the staff was friendly. We loved the suite. It was much nicer that the conventional motel room. Good breakfast, very helpful front desk staff, and helpful shuttle drivers.

reservation was for 2 king bed rooms. when we arrived tired and very late at night, the nite person was rude and advised he only had 1 king left and 2nd would be a double....not what i reserved well in advance..what is the point of a RESERVATION if the hotel does not have to honor it..nice facility , convenient location..too bad..

I spend a lot of time in the area as I have family there. This is my 2nd stay at this Facility. It is very close to shopping, restaurants and tollway. I could not be happier with the over-all experience including price, staff and the facility itself. Everyone there greeted me when passing in the halls and lobby, usually with a "Merry Christmas." Love this hotel! My granddaughter and I came for a weekend get-away of shopping. The hotel is right down the street from IKEA and Woodfield Mall with several restaurants close by. We loved staying here. The decor was pleasant and calming, the bed was comfortable, the room was spacious, and everything was clean. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.

The "living room" area of this hotel was okay, but the bedroom was atrocious. The bed literally took up all of the space, with an in-wall air conditioner/heater literally 10" from the side of the bed. The air conditioner clicked on every 2 minutes or so and was LOUD. On top of being loud, it blew cold air on me all night long. I finally ended up going […] into the "living room" area and sleeping on the couch, which itself was very uncomfortable. As a long time Marriott lover, I am becoming more and more disenchanted with their hotels and service. The free breakfast in the morning was awful. Skinny, undercooked bacon that was swathed in grease. Just awful. I won't be staying there again and am VERY seriously thinking of changing my allegiance from Marriott to Hilton or Hyatt. If you must stay at a Marriott property in the Schaumburg area, I'd recommend the Courtyard Marriott, which has a much better room layout with inexpensive weekend rates. Devamı

The hotel was very clean & well maintained. The staff was wonderful. The hotel is across the street from the mall & lots of shopping & restaurants

The alarm clock in the room next to mine went off at 1:30 AM and woke me up. Less than 6 hours later, guests talking in the hallway woke me up again.

OUTSTANDING HOTEL MY WIFE AND I WERE VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE ROOM AND STAFF,EXCELLENT HOT BREAKFAST .A LITTLE DIFFICULT GETTING TO HOTEL OFF 90 TOLLWAY.ICEMAKER DIDN'T WORK ON OUR FLOOR.
