The hotel was very nice and clean. Breakfast was included everyday. Wine and beer were complimentary at 6 pm. Beds were extremely comfortable and decor was very nice. Parking was free and we didn't have to pay extra for Wi Fi. Shuttle service to Disneyland was available every hour. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay there again if in the […] area. our stay was wonderful. next time it will be more than a night. we were pleased it was near our visit to the honda center. the concert was so-so, but our stay at the ayers hotel was very relaxing and comfortable. thank you. sj

A great place to stay, I would recommend it to everyone, great rooms & courteous & knowledgeable staff.

I was disappointed by the Ayres, partly because I had high expectations going in. The website makes this hotel seem spectacular. But there were so many things missing that I have to say I've stayed in much cheaper hotels that had better amenities. My complaints are all minor but numerous: the internet was confusing to get to work and dismally slow (definitely […] stay someplace else if you're on business and need internet); no bathrobe; no hair conditioner (I don't think I've stayed in a decent hotel that didn't have conditioner before) and the other bath products were cheap; no hotel restaurant; terrible foam pillows on the bed; fuzzy tv reception; very low water pressure in the shower. The small pool is in the middle of the parking lot so don't expect to be hanging out there, no matter how lovely the pictures on the website make it look. On the other hand, the room was very large and quiet (on the 4th floor) with a separate living room and a kitchenette, so this would be good for a family. (I might estimate that the room was bigger than my first college apartment!) The location was great and free parking was nice. Devamı

This smaller European type boutique Hotel is really as nice as it gets. While I thought I was just getting a good deal, it was so much more. Not that small and the staff really made us feel like they wanted to have guests (Not always the case at other hotels) Good breakfast and great room.

My wife and I decided to get away for our 20th wedding anniversary and booked a night stay at this hotel. We arrived on 2/18/12 and upon check in were given room #101. When we arrived at the room the key card did not work and we had to go back to get new ones. When we did finally enter the room my wife decided to wash her hands and the drain on the […] sink was plugged and we had to call the front desk. This should have been a warning on how awful the remainder of our stay would be. Upon a nice night out we came back to our room and decided to get some sleep. Unfortunately, this was impossible. The single pane windows made it sound that the cars and trucks on the street were actually driving through our room. To compound this the people in the room above us were either bowling or playing basketball as the pounding never stopped. Finally at 3:30 am we were able to fall asleep only to be awaken by the maid vacuuming the hall way outside our room. I find it hard to believe that vacuuming the hallway at 8:15 on a Sunday is customary for a hotel. Needless to say our anniversary getaway was not what we planned. We decide to cut our losses and checkout and go home. Hopefully, we can do it again next year but, it won’t be at the Ayres….. Devamı

Service here is excellent. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Hotel itself is very clean. Rooms are large and bed is very comfortable. Great location off of the freeway across the street from the Honda Center. continental breakfast has hot food. The beds are super comfy!

We stayed here over Christmas. The location is great, just a short freeway ride away from Disneyland. The hotel staff gave wonderful restaurant recommendations. The rooms were comfortable. We did have a knocking sound (think it was the pipes) that kept us awake. Overall I would recommend the hotel to others.

Upon check-in to the Ayers Hotel we were greated by a very nice/sweet lady who check us into our room. The room itself was quite large and and well appointed. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was great with a large bathtube/shower combo. The shuttle bus to Diseneyland left every hour and was quite convenient (only $4 per person round-trip). […] One of the things about most hotels in Disneyland area is they charge $10-$15 per night for parking. Although these hotels may physically be closer there is no charge at Ayers and the shuttle bus still works the same. On another great note the hotel has one of the best free morning breakfast of any with good hashbrowns, eggs and sausage/bacon + good coffee. Overall, had a great time and will stay again when traveling to the Anaheim area. Devamı

Traveled with wife and two year old daughter. Room is nice and very clean. A tiny bit noisy the room because facing the highway (but nothing unbearable). Good breakfast and conveniently close to Disneyland. Fast wifi. Recommended.

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel and each time has been a great experience for me, the rooms are large and clean, the breakfast is decent and the hotel is located pretty much in the middle of everything.

We loved our stay at the Ayres Hotel. I would definitely recommend it to anyone planning to visit Disneyland. We're already planning on coming back later in the year and will definitely stay here again!

Beds were very comfortable. Room was nice. Ice machine was broken on our floor and the floor below. Otherwise it was a good hotel and a good value. Would stay there again

The staff was very friendly and informative. I found the room to be very comfortable and quiet. I enjoyed the wine reception in the evening and the breakfast in the morning was excellent. Very convenient location and easy parking.

For the most part I give the Hotel an Excellent Rating and I only have one complaint. The windows in the hotel could use a little work. Our room faced the parking lot and was not very insulated or whatever as we could here much noice in the parking lot from people having a good time to a car alarm going off in the middle of the night. We did need maintenance […] on our TV and maintenance was up within 15-minutes of our call. Other than that it was a pleasant stay and very close to the Honda Center. Devamı

I recently stayed there for 1 night. The staff was very courteous, nice and polite. The room was very nice for a 3stars hotel. I would rate it as 4 stars. They have a very nice lobby with a fireplace, sofa, chairs etc. I don't recall using internet, but I am they must had it. I paid what I usually pay for a 2 stars hotel and got treatment and quality […] of a 4 stars hotel. Good choice. Pick this one. Devamı

THIS WAS A GOOD HOTEL TO STAY IN. EVERYTHING WAS CLEAN COMFORTABLE BED. EVERYTHING WORKING. WE JUST DIDNT GET A VIEW TO THE CITY.

I would not stay here if you are planning on going to Honda Center and/or anywhere else in the area and hoping to have a good time with friends in your room. I came here on Friday night to celebrate my birthday and the night manager would follow us around and every time I opened our hotel door he was outside of it. He informed me I couldn't have more […] than 4 people inside my room. I told him nobody was sleeping(we stayed up until about 6am and then checked out early) He informed me I signed a document stating this..I said "show me".he proceeded to show me the piece of paper that I signed stating I wouldn't smoke in the room. How dare this man insult my intelligence?? I would never ever stay here again or recommend this place to anybody. Devamı

Hotel service was excellent! Free breakfast was tasty, only complaint is that the food is the same everyday. Easy to find hotel, but during events at the arena across the street, difficult to get in/out of parking. Took 35 minutes to travel back to hotel (distance of 1.5 miles) when a concert was starting. Was a little far away from Disneyland for the […] evening drive home. With the lights it took 15 minutes to get to the hotel, and when your family is at the park for 10 hours, an extra 20 minutes of shuttles to the car, then driving 15 minutes to the hotel is tiring. This is my second stay at the Ayers and I must say it is loads better this time. The staff and service were super friendly and the room was nice and quiet. I was here on a vacation trip for the Halloween themed parks and events.

I was in town for business and was pleasantly pleased with this hotel and staff. Breakfast if fresh and unbelievably good. I will stay here again

Friendly staff and clean hotel. Perfect location for events at the Honda Center, just across the street. Easily within walking distance for anyone.

From the past reviews I expected the service here to be amazing; unfortunately that was not the case. Most of the staff were cold like the water. It took literally 5 minutes for the shower to warm up to a decent temperature. The breakfast was fine, but the staff at the breakfast area left a bad taste in my mouth. The place was very clean but the cleaning […] staff would knock on the door to clean my room, even when the Do Not Disturb sign was on the door! Close to Disney but far enough away from the Disney crowds. Clean an comfortable. Right across from the Honda Center so could be traffic issues if was a game day.

When in Anaheim, I always stay here. There are great places to eat close by and easy access to 405 and I5. Please don't tell anyone esle.

Hotel and room is as seen in pics on hotel website. Room is clean and roomy for 4. Comfortable bed. Surrounding area is quiet and safe. Staffs are wonderful, very accommodating and helpful. I arrived at around 2am, tired after a long flight, but Mr. Bo made my day. He seems to know who I was and my reservation. He had the room keys ready and had me […] done with the paperwork in 5 mins. I had booked this hotel because there were listed as providing a regular shuttle for the Disney Half Marathon. I came to find out this was not the case. Luckily I found a woman who gave me a ride, but was hugely disappointed with the attitude of the night manager.

beds were nice, it was clean and very comfortable. It was very convenient as I was going to a concert at Honda Center right across the street- perfect for that!

4th stay at Ayres Anaheim. Excellent service; most comfortable rooms; huge amount of space. Convenient to freeways, main streets, etc. Although hotel is next to ballpark and near freeways, it is always very quiet in the guest rooms. Good linens, excellent houskeeping, and maintenance. The hotel was clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable. We liked the location close to Chapman University, the Angels Stadium and the Honda Center. We'll definitely stay there again.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and extremely friendly, their buffet breakfast was fantastic, they offer food in the foyer most days of the week. The cleanliness was top notch and the pool and spa was great. Fantasic hotel, the only down side with this place is that it is fairly way out from everything.

Great location for disney and angels games. And the Block at orange is a good outdoor Mall.

Great Hotel It was my Birthday night turning 36 years old & they had everything I need to have a great Birthday. i need a bottle opener they being it to my room. I need extra towels for the spa & pool they assist me overall great stay. Staff was great also...Atttttttt.. The only downer was the spa was not HOT at all....

Our family just returned from 3 nights in Anaheim and we all concluded the Ayers was the best hotel we have every visited. The staff was amazing and helpful. The manager Mr. Collins even pitched in and served eggs when the breakfast rush was heavy for the wonderful hot breakfast. We also used the shuttle to Disneyland and the driver was very patient […] and right on time. Our only suggestion was if breakfast on the weekends could start earlier for airport departures or day trips. However, we can't wait to return for another visit to an Ayers hotel. Devamı

Stayed 2 nights with my family. It's comfortable. If possible, I hope shuttle bus goes around every 30min especially from 10pm.

Very convenient full service breakfast great for the kids before heading out for the day. We didn't go to Disney so we didn't need a nearby hotel otherwise it would be too far for Disneyland. The grout on the floor could use a deep clean otherwise the rooms were nice.

We chose this hotel because of its proximity to the stadium. It was indeed easy walking distance to Angels stadium. Added benefits were hot breakfast being cooked each morning, cookies at the front desk each evening and a reception each evening. There is even a resort shuttle that runs to Disney that comes right to the hotel every hour and drops off […] at the Disney front gate. Everyone was very nice and helpful. They even helped me get Disney tickets and print them off on their computer. We will stay there again if in Anaheim. Devamı

This Hotel is very small size hotel, but it's very Cozy hotel. And hotel staffs are very kindly and helpful. Besides , this hotel very convenience location to go Disney land , Angels stadium and Honda Center. I was very happy to stay this hotel.
