I was happy with the hotel location which was one of the key factors that i booked it. But the hotel experience could have been better if the hotel front desk staff was a bit helpful. Despite of the mention of need of a microwave, we weren't provided with one and they didn't even bothered to say that they can't fulfill the need as they didn't had the […] same. Overall I got what I wanted, which was a clean bed and a clean bathroom, and the room itself was clean as well. however I didn't like the maintenance of the building- too old- it should get an immediate improvement. in addition I had a problem with the acoustic of the windows- they were closed and somehow I could still hear the traffic noises outside. […] the location is quite good- those who are planning to spend their time in south beach and are looking for a budget hotel- should consider Venezia hotel as it reachable and convenient to get there. by foot it would be like 35 minutes- and you can enjoy it by walking along the promenade close to the beach. by taxi it would be like $6.5 and takes 10 minutes to 5th street (traffic is considered). Don't let 1 star full you, it's a nightmare. It smells bad, doesn't have parking and any public parking you find you have to be there 8 in the morning to charge the meter. The reception is always empty and apparently nobody cares about nothing they are just located in good place and that's all about it. It was in a great location, walking distance to the beach. The rooms where big and comfortable. I like the fact that we can fit 12 people in just to Bedrooms with three double beds.

Not a nice neighborhood, the rooms were lacking greatly and had an Ingushes feel to them (pipes sticking out of walls), hot water in bathroom took a long time to actually get hot. Overall not that great.

Location and price makes this hotel special from others. Its affordable and nice location. It may not be the best ambiance but it work out well when you want to stay in Miami Beach with affordable price.

Was very cheesy. The hotel was dirty and not a place I'd recommend. The free breakfast was just cereal, toast, fruit and coffee. Not a big deal and parking was terrible.

The hotel doesn't have a sign or anything to identify it, it doesn't have a private parking, the bathroom door of our room was broken anf if you tried to close it it would lock you in we had to open it between two people. The address is correct it is 3865 indian creek dr.

Hotels.com was a great help. The venetia hotel wouldn't be a recommend to stay though......first night of sleeping there my girlfriend and I woke up itching everywhere....the front desk was no help at all

At first glance, the hotel looks more like a hostel. Lot's younger travelers. Not a pretty hotel, but a good location. Funny enough, the room was large, the beds were comfortable, shower has great hot water, so all in all it was good.

Very very old and ugly. Cost way way to much for what you get. Stay away at all cost. Its hidden and hard to find and after we found it, we were like that's it!!! Are we staying in a hostel!!! Almost looks like one and parking is only free at night and you have to park on the street and you have to wake up at 8 and put money in the machine or you could […] get a ticket. The hotel is decent, it is a place to stay so that you can lay on the beach all day. The breakfast is basic but gets you through and saves some money.

This is a very old, very dirty, no frills hotel in a pretty good location. My son and I stayed here for one night. We wanted to be reasonably close to the Miami Heat's arena and near Miami Beach. we were within a short walk to the beach and a 15-20 minute drive to the game. The location was pretty good. We walked to the beach and walked up and down […] the boardwalk. However, the hotel itself was horrible. The rooms were very old, old dirty carpeting, no pictures on the walls, no curtains on the windows (only mini-blinds), and no blankets on the beds- only two sheets. We had to ask the front desk staff for blankets. The tv was a 19 inch tube tv with basic service- no ESPN. Everything about this hotel said "we cater to drunken college students who don't care about anything but a bed to sleep in. I would never book this place again! Devamı

Old Hotel nice view of river and really close walk to to beach and Carrabbas on the beach...less than 1 1/2 to south Beach and Bass Museum via the beach boardwalk that is 1 block away. If you want 4 star or even 3 star pass this one up but if you want clean and less money spent where you only sleep go for it...

My husband went down to Miami for a business trip and the company had us a reservation at the Hilton. We arrived a day early and had to find a place for the night. We didn't want to spend much so we found this hotel. All of the others ranged from 300-600 per night. When we walked in I was ready to run. Very old, in need of major updates. We got to the […] room. Small window air unit, broken blinds, stained carpet, hard cream beds in a white room. It literally felt like a Hostel in another country. The staff was rude and inhospitable. No parking for guests. Just stay outside of Miami and get a much nicer hotel for the same price. :/ Devamı

The hotel was poorly maintained, services were poor , Aminities in the room were poorly maintained. Air conditioner was not working properly. The worst thing in the room and hotel was smell of stinkiness. Cost wise the hotel was a very poor rate.

I should have listened to other reviews but I didnt and my whole vacation was ruined because of the hotel. Do yourself a favor and pay $30 more for a better hotel.

I booked a room in this hotel because it's the only one I could find that has 3 double beds in one room that can accommodate 5 adults and we're only there for an overnight stay plus the picture of the room looked nice and you get free wifi access. The evening we got there, my friend had to ask where the hotel was because if there was a name that says […] 'Venezia Hotel', we sure missed it. It's city side street parking which they make you aware prior to booking and it's free parking from 8pm-7am. It's a 5 minute walk to Mid-Beach and from there you can walk on the boardwalk and reach South Beach in 25 minutes. The room was big but you can see a couple pipes in one end of the ceiling that was painted the same color as the wall and ceiling. I'm used to walking barefoot with carpeted floors but when i did, it was damp which kind of grossed me out plus the carpet has dark looking patterns which didn't look really appealing so I was wearing my flip flops to walk in the room. The beds were uncomfortable, seriously they need new ones because you could almost feel the springs on your back. The linens like the comforter probably have seen better days. If you care about TVs, there's one old medium-sized TV with cable channels. If there's one thing I like, it's the bathroom. Although the bathroom was small, you could tell it was renovated. It was clean and nicely done. There's no hair dryer in the bathroom and the electric outlet in there doesn't work. Glad it's just 1 night. Devamı

Way too expensive. Should be remodeled. Beds too small, seems like twin beds. Not enough towels. Too much money paid for what I got. Motel 8 is a 5 stars compared to that one.

Many people have said bad things about this hotel. I think it's fair. The room is good and comfortable. The price is good for the location. Wifi is available only in the hall. Breakfast is okay. Nothing extremely good. The room has Air Conditioning and good beds. It's a good price.

Hotel has no parking space even to load or unload your luggages, we had to double park beeing exposed to heavy traffic. You have to go 4-5 blocks away to find a spot to park on your own. Rooms have windows,matresses and carpet from 1920. Also our window was coming apart and carpet was wrinkled and with dirty spots all over. Very noisy hallways and doors […] are old and they don't close right. I thought for one night will be OK to pay less and choose this hotel, but I think I was wrong. Devamı

It was a nightmare. I asked at the front desk where I can get some ice. The front desk person directed me to the nearest Walgreens... Very rude staff and no help at all from front desk, wish prefers to throw me a map on the counter rather than give me directions to a closest restaurant. Thanks for nothing...

The lady at the front desk in am was the rudest person I've ever encountered. I hope she's not the owner. The hot water didn't work in room...there were maybe 4 channels..no hair dryer as the listing advertised. Not impressed at all.

Oh My God is all I can say you will finf better and less expensive hotel near the airport. we stayed our last night in Miami at the Runway Inn on east and 36th by the airport the room was cheaper and 75% bettter. at least everything worked.

The Venezia hotel is very ugly. First, they have receptionist who are pretty mean and forgetful with my deposit. Second 1/2 of rooms lock was not working and they place was not clean. The only nice thing about the place was the washroom. The location was alright as buses are easily accessible. Overall for the price we paid we got a garbage place and […] I strongly reccommend anyone coming to Miami invest a little more money for your hotel.
