The hotel is beautiful and a great value. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite with our 3 children and it was perfect. The only thing that seemed to be a problem across the board was the Food and Beverage service through out the hotel. The morning buffet was what you would expect accept for the fact that the warming plates didn't keep the food warm, for our […] entire breakfast 30 minutes- pancakes were never available and other foods had to be requested for replenishment. Dinner that night was good but french onion soup had to be sent back because the bread on top was so stale you could not cut it with a knife and the children's Alfredo returned because it was covered in black pepper making it too spicy for children. Room service for breakfast - 2 place settings sent for a family of 5, one single serving of syrup sent when we ordered 3 orders of pancakes and the additional sides left off order. Hilton was very quick to apologize for the problems but it just was a bummer to keep having a problem at every meal. However I would roll the dice and go back again hoping for improvements and perhaps I would venture off campus for food. Devamı

The family and I enjoyed our stay at the Hill Country Hilton very much and will plan our future stays at the the Hilton.

The room we stayed in was very nice and clean. Elegant but also functional with my two little ones. Romantic and famil friendly. The family dinner meal at the restaurant wasamazing. Great for micky eaters. The movies jn the evenings and smores packpacks we could purchase is genius. Overall great staycation

This Hilton was out by Seaworld, but we were not in San Antonio for Seaworld. We were there for Fiesta. The hotel was out of the way - not downtown, but that was the nice thing. No traffic and not a lot of noise surrounding the place. The grounds were nice, especially enjoyed the free snacks out by the pools. Very friendly and helpful staff. This was a great hotel and location. They however, did forget to tell us they changed the outdoor movie show every night to an indoor room and my kids were a little bummed but other than that it was fantastic.

This hotel is awesome,if your destination is seaworld this is the place to be.Come in early and park there it will save you parking then take the shuttle Primo the driver is funny. The hotel is awesome,all the way thru. I booked thru hotel.com and got a very good deal.

I had two rooms and they did not I form me that my DEBIT card was going to be charged 50 per day for incidentals - I was on vacation spending money until I found out my debit card was charged 400 dollars!!!! I did not plan for this expense to come out so it created a hardship for me-

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There were a few issues, some not controlled by the hotel (group of high school band kids) running down halls and filling up the pool. The one thing we were looking to most was hanging out by the fire pits and pool, but weren't able to due to all the children. The room was nice, but the furniture was becoming […] extremely dated. It had tons of Knicks in the furniture and looked a bit overused. Our room was not vaccumed but sheets/linens were nice and clean. The door to our room had a broken lock, you actually had to lift the handle up to open the door. When you pressed down like a standard door handle, it would lock the dead bolt. Didn't make a whole lot of sense. Would stay again just would like the hotel to do some updating. Devamı

Hotel was very nice, but looks are only skin deep. Rude service the whole time and when I called cuz my meeting was running a little late they said they would gladly give me a late checkout for a small fee of $25 an hour. This hotel disappointed me greatly. Use Hilton country spa and resort only as your last resort.

Great property and location. Fire pits are great in the cold weather. Kids seemed to take over the hot tub so never got in.

After staying at the Hyatt Hill Country for a company event, I moved to the Hilton for a weekend getaway with my wife. The hotel was great for the price. We enjoyed the hot tub, firepits and grill in the evening.

It was great a stay with a clean nice room. The staff was very friendly and nice. It was not hard at all to get around town from the hotel.

We really enjoyed our 4 day stay here! Located next Seaworld was very convenient as well as local shopping and dining. I would rate our stay as our best hotel experience ever, every member of the staff friendly, we made s'mores every night at the campfires they have outside as well as enjoyed the movies playing outside in the evening. Close to Sea World, the shuttle and pools are really the only thing great about this hotel. Plan to pay extra for everything many hotels offer like breakfast, WiFi, and a fridge. The room door had a 1/2 inch open space at the bottom which provided light going through during the night. While you were in the room, we could hear the doors slamming and […] conversations from the hall. The patio door did not have a screen so we could not enjoy the spring night air. We chose not to utilize maid service so don't know how that is. Noticed a discarded room service tray with leftover food and drink there for most of a day. Everything was perfect from the customer service to the cleanliness of the entire property. I must say i never thought anything could be as good as it was. Everyone was super nice and i have not one complaint.

We were very satisfied with our stay and even talked about another stay here at a later date to visit Sea World. Everyone went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. They are pet friendly and even friendlier to my service dog. The morning we left my wife was looking for the gym and a maintenance worker took her to it and gave her a full […] service tour of the facilities and what they had to offer including a BBQ meal every day. It is also nice that they have a spa on site. Food is easily gotten with many restaurants within a five minute drive. They even have a shuttle to Sea World every 30 minutes. The only complaint we had was the reclining bicycle in the gym had a problem with the seat not being able to be locked into position. Devamı

Friendly staff, very well kept visited in 2004 still a beautiful setting. Very family oriented kid friendly. Very satisfied with stay will definitely stay again.

Loved the hourly shuttle to Sea World but was VERY disappointed that the hotel did not offer park maps or brochures. Hotel was nice but the basketball and play area out back was a joke. They need updating badly. The pool area was nice and the fire pits are small and enjoyable. The front desk staff did seem cold and uninterested in going above and beyond […] but all other staff in the hotel were far and beyond helpful and happy to help. Devamı

Loved our stay here. Great evening activities for the kids like the outdoor movies and smores. Be prepared to spend extra $ for things usually included at a lot hotels such as breakfast and a refrigerator in the room. Room was good and beds very comfortable. Was close enough to all must see sites. Kids loved the pools. Grounds were clean and very pretty. Didn't understand why wifi was not free. All hotel staff were very nice. I will definitely stay at hotel again. I would recommend the hotel to anybody looking for a great place to stay.

We took our 2 grandkids -3 & 10 . The pools were heated and great fun. They enjoyed the campfire, roasting marshmallows and the outdoor movie. We had a suite so the kids had their TV and we had ours. We decided on a whim to join our son, daughter-in-law and two grandsons on a trip to Sea World. Got a last minute deal at the Hilton. Worked out great as we arrived late, slept in, took the Hilton's shuttle to the park and met the family. Room was excellent. Loved the comfort of the bed and soft pillows. Upon arrival, there were dirty towels in the room. The next day, we called to order room service and had to leave a message. The staff failed to return our call! We ended up having to go get breakfast elsewhere. To their credit, after telling the manager what happened, they gave us a $25 food voucher. The heated pools were great. Nice hotel with a very nice pool area. It was our first visit. We requested a late check-in and check-out which was provided. We arrived late in the evening and ask if possible for a room with a view. The attendant said they did not have a lay-out map of the hotel and he was still trying to become familiar with the lay out and they were pretty booked.(Funny […] how that works) We were given a room furthest down the hall in the corner and of course with a view of the parking lot. when checking out I returned the key cards and the attendant and I both said thank you and that was that. We just returned from 4 nights at the Hilton. It was very clean and comfortable. If we requested anything for our room it was promptly delivered. Housekeeping never bothered us while we were in our room, but if we left for a couple of hours it would be clean when we returned. The S'mores and outdoor movies were great, the kids loved it! My daughter and I stayed at this hotel for a Mother/Daughter Spring Break trip and it was great. We visited the spa, used the pools, ate at the restaurant and had room service. I had read previously that the food was expensive but I would say it was in line with the caliber of the hotel and you do receive alot of food for the money. The hotel was awesome. One of the most comfortable beds and cleanest rooms that I have experienced in a hotel before. Lots of onsight activities for the family. The entire staff went out of their way for anything we needed and/or wanted. I will definitely be back.
