Superb. Would recommend to anyone. Anyone going to Telluride has high expectations of service, comfort, and convenience. This hotel delivers.

Great room at a great price. Friendly and efficient staff. Nice touches -- fireplace in the lobby, hot apple cider and cookies. A definite recommend.

Beautiful and comfortable accommodations; pleasant, customer-service oriented staff; dog-friendly - who could ask for more?

very helpful and friendly staff...great breakfast option which you should include in your room rate...offers convenient on demand shuttle to Gondola and center of town (only 8 minute walk)..wonderful lobby to relax by fire and enjoy complimentary cider, tea, coffee ....staff offers inside tips on where to shop, happy hours, etc in town...

Well located, pleasant staff, well decorated, clean and close to magnificent skiing! The shuttle to the gondola takes only a few minutes and a short walk to restaurants, shops etc... Had a wonderful week!

wonderful hotel with nice touches - guitar in lobby for guests to strum, backgammon and chess board, hot cider, coffee and chocloate chip cookies. rooms were lovely, location is fantastic and atmosphere is friendly and delightful.

Went up for just one night. The Hotel Telluride is the place for me. Snowed all night and in the morning nothing but blue sky and sparkling winter blanket. It was a picture postcard. 3 of the 4 hotel staff, including 2 managers, were immediately and completely rude and snotty despite my calm and polite attempt to simply discuss their parking fees. All three simultaneously started arguing at me without even letting me finish one sentence. Usually it's a irate customer who "makes a scene", but in this case, it was the staff "making […] a scene". Luckily found one of the 4 on street parking spaces open, otherwise have to pay high rates for underground parking. No complimentary breakfast so you have to pay for their cafe. Otherwise hotel is very nice and no problems.

Hotel Telluride was simply amazing!! From the great front desk staff, to the little bar/restaurant, to the soft sheet and beautiful room. Let's not forget the 2 outdoor hot tubs, steam room & weight room I must stay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The service that Hotel Telluride provided to my travelling companion and me was superior to any other vacation stay that we've experienced. It was truly a pleasure to stay there and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Telluride!! This hotel was like a hug. It was cozy, beautiful at Christmas, the staff was incredibly sweeet and helpful. My bag had been lost by the airline so I had to go into town to buy some things to wear. Then, my bag turned up and I wanted to return some of the things. The adorable women at the front desk had the bellman return the things for me, it was simple […] but I was so appreciative. They also gave me a late checkout, I hadn't even asked but they noticed it would be helpful. I wish every hotel I stay in across the world was as excellently run. Devamı

The hotel was amazing -- however if you're driving into Telluride, their garage will not fit a standard full sized pickup truck. If you're on a weekend, you can sometimes get a spot behind the hotel, but otherwise inconvenient parking situation. Pet friendly hotel and staffers -- would definitely recommend this hotel to others

Beautiful hotel with outstanding service. My favorite part was the free shuttle--everywhere. They'd take us to the gondola, a restaurant, or anywhere else. We were treated like Royalty! After this experience, we wouldn't stay anywhere else in Telluride - truly a lovely hotel...

The hotel charges premium price for it's underground parking which is the only on site parking. There are only about 8 on street parking spots within two blocks, so you get stuck paying it, even during their off season.

I was driving through with our children...but I would come back and stay for a week at this Hotel...They were very freindly and hospitable to our questions regarding the local restaurants...We loved the town and they have an amazing Bike shop that is inbetween main street and the gondola....great town...

The hotel was intimate and lovely. Bedding was good, however too heavy. Staff was friendly and helpful. Wish the restaurant was open a little later. Restaurant is small and efficient. Breakfast.......good. We enjoyed our stay, and would stay again.

Amazing value! They have a van standing by all day till 10pm to take you anywhere you wish to go - and pick you up. They serve cookies and coffe in the lobby from 4pm - 6pm daily. The rooms are large and spacious - and the location is off thew main drag.

Loved the hotel service and decor. Great room at a very reasonable price.

The hotel was awesome! The decor was beautiful and the accomodations were high quality. The hotel was very dog friendly and I was very grateful that they provided the doggy bed and bowls~ I would highly recommend this hotel and will stay here again for my next trip to Telluride!

My friend and I stayed at Hotel Telluride for 2 nights, and would definitely go back there again. Friendly, welcoming staff, comfortable room with refrigerator, small convection oven, dishes, glasses and silverware provided, in addition to other comfort stuff. Free shuttle to gondola, although it's really only a few blocks away, so we just walked. Small, […] cozy restaurant . Parking is extra, but in Telluride, it was good to be able to just put the car in the garage until we left, and walk everywhere. It's a very clean hotel, friendly staff, satisfactiry but not noteworthy restaurant, and was fine for a night. A good place, but not a must do destination,

Easy walk to everything, very dog-friendly and easy access to great dog-walking trails. Nice breakfast, lovely staff and very pleasant accommodations.

My wife and I stayed at Hotel Telluride last weekend and we found it the perfect get away for us because: . It is comfortabel, even cosy, wiht all the amenities we like . The staff was unattentinve and disengaging. We checked in early and found that our balcony had only one chair on it. We requested another room and were flatly denied. We then requested another chair and were told by the front desk that "it was too heavy to bring to our room". The hotel staff seemed pretenious and unwilling to assist us. The parking […] was also extremely limited and diffucult to navigate. The chocolate chip cookies which they tout as a feature to the hotel were non-existant. We chose Hotel Telluride because of a very pleasant stay in 2010. Overall, we were extremely disappointed with our stay this year. Devamı

very nice people and lovely rooms, totally recommend

Super friendly staff, nice rooms-very comfortable. Not centrally located but town is small and you should walk anyway!!

This hotel is the premier in town hotel. We drove in pretty late and they were more than accomodating. Their underground parking was full due to the influx of people for the Telluride Bluegrass Festival. They offered to park our car under their canopy and have the Valet move it if need be. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. If I had to find something to be critical of, their coffee could be hotter, but otherwise, everything was great! We'll definitely go back.

My wife and I had a great stay. The rooms were very comfortable, clean, and tastefully decorated. The bellmen were helpful, particularly Ben who made helpful suggestions where to mountain bike. This place has it all. They have thought of everything to make you comfortable. Nice hot jaccuzi, great breakfast, a driver to take you anywhere and it's walking distance to town.

We were all very satisfied with this hotel. It was very clean, the front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was wonderful and the restaurant was nice, the food was delicious and the staff was very friendly. Upon check in I learned that the hotel did not have a separate business area that I had counted on to use in private interviews; within minutes the manager had offered his office and later provided a suite at no charge. It's a great place!

Hotel was a little hard to find. It blended into the other buildings around it. I'm sure in the summer it would be eaiser to spot. Parking was a bit challenging too. Our car would not fit under the garage door because our topper, so we had to park on the street.

The Hotel Telluride is an excellent hotel, great service. We were traveling on a ski vacation, and the hotel will take your skis, store them, and have them at the front lobby waiting for you in the morning. I never had to touch my skis anytime I was there. This is one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at. It has the feel of an inn or bed and breakfast, but at the 5 star level of comfort and service. This is the best place to stay in Telluride, and I recommend it to anyone who visits that town.
