The hotel was clean. The housekeeping staff didn't even understand simple english. The pool/hot tub heater broke on Thursday and was not fixed on sunday. Stay there if you want to but I was not impressed.

Clean room, clean pool, good breakfast, convenient location...great stay!

Very pleasent experience. Large room with great layout and the breakfast was very good with a large selection of food and drinks. Price was VERY resonable. Even though located close to I-96, the road and vehicle noise was non-existent.

We had a great experience with this hotel... Not only did the front desk staff accommodate our every need, but the room was clean (complete with a good-sized mini-fridge and microwave!), the beds were comfortable, and the price was good. Complimentary breakfast was also a great perk. I would definitely suggest this hotel to others looking for affordable […] alternatives to other downtown Grand Rapids hotels. The only drawback is the neighborhood (nearest restaurants are Bob Evans and McDonalds), though it was a quick 10-minute drive to downtown Grand Rapids making this a small price to pay. Devamı

BREAKFAST WAS NOT THE GREATEST AND THERE WAS NOT ENOUGH PARKING SPACES IN THE LOT, BUT THE HOTEL WAS FINE.. THE COMFORTERS WERE AMAZING AND THE BEDS WERE SOFT AND THE PILLOWS WERE GREAT.. VERY CLEAN.. WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN.

I was really impressed by how clean the bathroom was, I mean it really sparkled. The rest of the room was good, one lamp shade needed to be replaced, it looked like it was stained with bleach or something. The temperature inside the room was always too hot, even though we did not use the heater at all. I even turned on the air conditioner at one point […] because it was so hot that I could not stand to dry my hair using the hair dryer with it being that hot. The free breakfast was nice. We come to Walker every year at President's day. We strayed one year from Baymont but never again. Resonable rates, friendly staff and clean accommodations are always to be had at this Baymont Inn.

Loved this hotel, everything was great for the price paid, but the breakfast was not what I expected. I was told that they would have eggs and sausage and there were only some cold hard boiled eggs and no sausage. If you want a place that has a great breakfast this is not the one!

This was my first stay at the Baymont and it was an excellent location for my business trip. Very easy to get to. I booked ahead on Hotels.com and check-in was quick and smooth. The hotel staff that evening were very polite and professional. My room was perfect in cleanliness, layout and size. My bed was very comfortable and the hotel was very quiet, […] except for the heater. It was so loud and noisy that after tossing and turning for 2 hours I had to turn it off to sleep, which meant turning off the heat in my room (28 degrees outside). If not for that incident though, my visit would have been very good. The back door did not require my hotel key to be swiped so would have preferred a little more security there. I will still definitely give this hotel another try again on my next busines trip to Grand Rapids. Devamı

When we arrived we were greeted warmly and given our room keys. Even though we reserved a non-smoking room, the room smelled like someone had been smoking in it. After a return trip to the desk the concierge gave us keys to 2 more rooms that were vacant and see if they were any better. The second room was just as bad as the first but the third room […] was just fine. Breakfast time can get a little crowded but overall the food was good. Parking was more than ample and they are a pet-friendly hotel chain. We would not hesitate to stay here again in the future. Devamı

One of the worst motel "breakfasts." No fruit of any kind, no juice or imitation thereof.

I found out that Hotel.com provide a better rate than what manager can offer. The hotel itself was better than most of chains in similar catagory.

Baymont-G.R. Mi is a good value for the price. Requested non-smoking room, 209, entered room which smelled like a smoking convention had just departed. Room reeked the same all four days we were there. Unknown if the room had just been changed to non- smoking, or previous parties didn't heed to no smoking policy. Not happy with odor in room, future […] trips to G.R. we might check out other hotels in area. The room was clean and the noise was about average for this price hotel. Devamı

breakfest was great, great selection. t.v. was very static. bed was comfortable. the outside hotel door needed fixin, you could enter without using your key. close to shopping,eats. will stay again.

We enjoyed our stay! the pool and hot tub were nice. The room included a fridge and microwave which was extremely convenient. The shower rod was broken so water splashed onto the floor every time we would use it. We used many towels to clean it up. The area was perfect. Located right off the highway in the middle of two streets with every dining experience […] you can imagine. MInutes from downtown as well. We used the swimming pool and continental breakfast at the hotel and were very satisified with the hotel staff. We found a couple golf courses within ten minutes and plenty of restaurants in the area.

I think the price of the hotel was a bit much but the rooms were clean and big. The pool was small and cold. It was easy access off the freeway and close to all the attractions. Overall it wasn't a bad hotel.

Very satisfactory place to spend a night. It was near my destination. Room was very clean and staff was courteous. Only complaint I had was that the vending machines all seemed to be inoperable while I was staying there, forcing me to leave the hotel at 2:00 in the morning for a little bedtime snack.

Very nice hotel for the price. Service when necessary was expedient and exemplary. I would revisit this hotel.

Hotel smelled damp and musty. Our first room smelled so bad and the sheets felt wet so we requested a room change. They were very accomodating and moved us to a 3rd floor room. Our only complaint about the room was I kept rolling towards the middle of the bed. Maybe that is why they give you three pillows on a bed; so you can put a barrier. HOTEL PERSONEL WERE VERY NICE AND FRIENDLY AND ROOM IN GOOD SHAPE. POOL AREA ALSO VERY NICE AND CONVENIENT. CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST VERY NICE AND A NICE VARIETY OF ITEMS TO CHOOSE FROM. OUR STAY WAS VERY ENJOYABLE.

This hotel turned out to be so much better than we expected! When we booked on-line, it said that the breakfast wouldn't be included, but it was! It was a really good breakfast too. There was a waffle maker, 4 or 5 different cereals, bagels, french toast, breakfast burritos and more. It filled us up each morning! They also serve a complimentary dinner […] twice a week. We weren't expecting much, but again were surprised! When we went, there were burrito shells, marinated chicken, ground beef, fried chicken strips, salad and bread. It was delicious! The room was always very clean. We also used the pool/hot tub a lot and it was kept clean too. Overall, this was a great hotel and we recommend it! Devamı

This hotel was perfect for our needs. Needed to be close to downtown, which it was, needed to be affordable, which it also was. Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Nice location/area. Pool/hot tub clean and well kept. Staff was also very accomodating. Needed a light changed and a new coffee pot, was taken care of immediately, despite being full to […] capacity. Every thing about the hotel was good. Nice neat room, great breakfast. Would definitely stay there again if I were in the Grand Rapids area.

This is a subsistance accomodation. It is close to my office locations and works well enough. It is typically loud if you have a middle floor. Continental breakfast is ok and saves time though some healthy choices would make it much better. I rarely see someone at the front desk so perhaps they have other duties but it does little for safety.

The hotel was everything we expected. A nice place to rest our heads. The room was large and the staff was friendly. I recommend a king suite and we will be staying here next year when we are back.

We found the room to be very clean and fresh. Enjoyed having a fridge and microwave for the leftovers from eating out. We plan to return to this particular Baymont next year and whenever we visit the lake shore area.

we were very satisfied with our stay, except we went down to get breakfast at 10:45 and it was all closed up..
