Residence Inn Orlando Lake Buena Vista - Orlando

Had several authorizations put on my card which the hotel claims was a mistake that had to be corrected a few times. Worse yet, after I checked out, my card was charged for the entire week when I had already paid. They claim it was their mistake and it has been fixed. But very inconvenient.

The hotel is very nice, comfortable, and the people that work there are very nice. They give you a very good breakfast and the kids Love the pool. We had the two bedroom suite and we Love it, flat tvs, comf. beds, and a little kitchen that make it very handy.

The staff here is friendly and professional, rooms are clean and well-equipped, and location provides back-road access to all three theme parks within minutes- no I4 headaches! There is also public transportation right outside the hotel that will bring you to Sea World and Disney, saving those $15+ parking fees. We love staying at Residence Inn because […] of the extra space and free breakfast, and this is one of the best. If you plan to visit more than one park during your stay, I really don't see a better choice. Devamı

Nice place, loved the room layout, staff friendly, breakfast was good. Room smelled a little, that was the only issue.

The staff was great, beds were amazingly comfortable, and the hot breakfast buffet offered every morning was very good. We had a pet with us and used a 2 bedroom suite with kitchenette. 10 minutes from the Disney parks and 5 minutes to Downtown Disney. Great place at a great price.

Was a great place to stay for a family of 5 & very convenient to area attractions.

The hotel has a very good location and offers free shuttle service to Disney. Would be even better if it offered also shuttles to other parks like Universal and Sea World... The suite was spacious and comfortable. The full kitchen was well equiped with stove, microwave, fridge, freezer, cuttlery. The cabinets were however sticky and not very clean

Hotel was near all the main sites. Hotel staff were very friendly and accomodating. I rec'd a free upgrade to a large suite. Design of the room was a little unorthodox. We have travelled with two young kids and stayed at the king studio. There was plenty of space and nice kitchen. Beds were comfortable ,hotel very clean and staff friendly. Breakfast was wondeful with several choices of hot dishes- eggs, pancakes, french tost, bacon, sausage etc. Hotel was busy but it's expected due to great location, low price and […] wonderful service. We really enjoyed our 1 night stay. The two bedroom four beds were very spacious . Breakfast was a plus. Forgot to mention the friendly staff. Location was quiet, and very close to restaurant and shopping. We will definitely be back.

The room was a suite and nice, except they put us in a handicapped room and it was not very private for that reason we are thinking. The meet and great in the evening was very disappointing. The times were supposed to be till 6:30pm and we showed up at 6pm and they had people walking out with plates of food piled on itself and left none for other hotel […] guest. out of our surprise, it's a family room. it has been automatically upgraded recently. ｆree shuttle to disney world. breakfast is super good. sea world is very close to this hotel. our room has nice pool view.

it was conveniently located close to Disney World. Our suite was large enough and comfortable. The breakfast was great; we would eat a large breakfast and then pretty much skip lunch, so that was a big savings.

The check-in process was easy, and the staff was friendly. The room sizes were perfect and everything was clean and comfortable. There was even room for the pack n' play in the king-sized bedroom. The breakfast was perfect - my girls loved the mickey waffle maker. Check-out was so fast, and again, the staff was so nice. We needed to place a surprise birthday cake in the room 8 hours before check-in and the staff was more than generous to do this. They placed the cake in the room and when we arrived to check-in everything was kept quiet and when we walked into the room the surprise was waiting for our mother just as we asked. Great Work. The breakfast was awesome. […] Also if you stay at this hotel during teh week, they offer buffet dinners in teh early evening (5-7pm). When we stayed it was hamburger and hot dog night. Nice clean hotel, breakfast was fair as the eggs were not very good. Did not expect the non refundable deposit for the little dog. Nice staff.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our first night we were facing the street side and the level of road noise for me was a bit much. We asked if we could have an inside room the next day, which they switched for us while we were out and about. All we had to do was have our bags by the door and they took care of everything else. I STAYED THREE DAYS FOR VACATIONS WITH MY WIFE AND KIDS, THE ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE, ONE OF THE BEDROOM WERE PAINTED LIKE AQUARIUM, SO NICE! THE BEDS ARE NICE ALSO, THE ATTENTION WAS FRIENDLY, THE BREAKFAST BUFFET WAS REALLY NICE! I COULD STAY HERE AGAIN, NEAR TO UNIVERSAL STUDIOS THEME PARK. THE ONLY THING WAS THAT THEY KEPT $50 FROM YOUR […] BANK ACCOUNT JUST IF YOU WANT TO USE THE PHONE OR BUY SOMETHING, BUT AT THE END THEY RETURN THE MONEY IF YOU DON'T USE IT OF COURSE! It was a pleasant stay, room was spacious for five and clean. My kids enjoyed the game room and I enjoyed the gym. The breakfast was also quite adequate and tastey

We enjoyed our stay for four days at the residence Inn, everything was wonderful. All the employees were very helpful and gave us excellent service. I liked the fact that the manager cared so much about her job and showed her leadership, she was there almost every morning when we went for breakfast checking on her guest and helping her employees cleaning […] up the dining area. The location is definitely very convenient for tourists, most of the tourist attractions are not very far from the hotel which made our trip very convenient. The Breakfast was very rich and the staff are very courteous and efficient, always willing to please guests. However, the housekeeping aspect needs to be worked on as we noticed that in the evening […] when we got back to our family suite, only beds would have been straightened out, even sometimes not changing the sheets, a couple of times that i was in the room with the housekeeper, i had to specifically ask when she was about to leave that the floor be vacuumed , i guess we noticed this because we stayed for 13nights. In general the staff are fantastic, the management might consider hiring more hands to take care of the size of the hotel so the workload does not become too overwhelming for the housekeepers. This Hotel is a real find, literally 5 min from Downtown Disney, the rooms were spacious and clean, the staff was friendly and it is also pet friendly. The pool is big, they could use a few more lounge chairs. The free breakfast is the best, Hot food consists of Bacon and Sausage, French Toast, scrambled eggs and a waffle station. A nice selection of […] Breads and Muffins and Breakfast Burritos. There was a nice selection of fruits and Cereals along with Yogurt. Coffee, Tea and selection of juices were also available. During the week from 5pm to 6:30 there is free Beer and Wine at the pool bar along with a hot appetizer, something different everyday. Overall, this is a very reasonably priced Hotel, in a great location Winn Dixie is also 5 minutes away, thats also very clean and comfortable. One complaint I have is transportation to Disney, they run 3 buses in the Morning and have 3 buses returning in the Evening, basically every other hour, if you don't want to stay the full day or if you would like to go the evening for the fireworks, you're on your own, we drove ourselves to Downtown Disney took a Bus to the Swan and Dolphin then took a boat ride over to Epcot, this took a full hour or you can get a cab at the Hotel and get dropped off at the Gate of the park you plan on attending. The hotel is within a few minutes of Downtown Disney and has several restaurants nearby. The room comfortably fit my family of five. The only complaints I had are that the kids room does not have a door and the only bathroom is located inside the master suite. No chance for privacy with kids popping in and out to use the bathroom! There is a bar pool […] side, so it's easy to relax after a long day shopping or running around Orlando theme parks. I'd definitely stay here again. Devamı

This was our first stay at a Residence Inn and we were quite impressed! We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite and it was great! Very spacious, clean and comfortable. We didn't use the kitchen except the fridge but it looked nice. The beds were great and the bathrooms clean. We didn't make it to the pool because a cold front was going thru Orlando. The breakfast […] buffet was very good... just not enough tables because we hit the 9 am rush - avoid that! We ate outside in the cold, but we could have just taken it to our room. Great selection of food. This hotel is only 2.5 miles from SeaWorld, which is where we were going. They have one right by the SeaWorld entrance but it was booked. The room was a nice suite with kitchen appliances and a very comfortable sofa set. The beds were comfortable and provided a good night sleep. I never expected to get an amazing room such as this for the price I paid. The hotel staff were all very polite and helpful. They responded quickly to every need and kept the place exceptionally clean.

Séjour extrordinaire. Aucune remarque à emettre. Petit conseil : demander une chambre qui donne sur la piscine, car les chambres extérieures donnent sur une autoroute particulièrement bruyante.

Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Doen ook wat ze beloven. Prima ontbijt en leuke middag recepties met gratis hapjes en drankjes. Is mij erg goed bevallen, en dit is zeker niet de eerste keer dat ik in de USA ben, dus goed vergelijkings-materiaal

Hotel recomendable. Incluye un buen desayuno y estacionamiento sin cargo. Si estás en auto, la distancia a los parques es corta y si están en paseo de compras tenés muy cerca uno de los outlets de muy buenos precios. Hotel sin mucho lujo pero con las comodidades necesarias.

Hotel correto, com os funcionários amáveis. Já fui 3 vezes e com certeza voltarei.

파크와 연결되는 셔틀과 아침 식사가 제공되어 좋았음. 그러나 3일 내내 같은 메뉴의 아침 식사임

ResidenceInn by Marriott is Excellent.

Jag och några kompisar bodde en knapp vecka på hotellet och trivdes mycket bra. Sköna sängar, trevlig personal och framför allt en riktig frukostbuffe. Glöm dock inte att boka en bil innan, går inte ta sig utanför hotelldörren utan bil.

excelente ubicación, habitaciones muy cómodas y amplias. Desayuno buffet muy bueno, aunque por la época era difícil encontrar mesa para desayunar.
