Çok temiz,oldukça konforlu ve şahane manzarası olan bu otelin tek kusuru kahvaltı fiyatının ve internet erişiminin inanılmaz derecede yüksek olması.

Odamız temizlenmedi, odamızın temizlenmesi için resepsiyona gidip tekrar ricada bulunduk, bize ısrarla otele bir önceki gün giriş yapmamıza rağmen, o gün giriş yaptığımızı öne sürdüler. Check out sırasında kahvaltı dair ödeme yapmamıza rağmen, extra kahvaltı parası almak istediler.

Quite close to the main station. Wonderfully situated along the water. Walking distance to Strøget, Library and Nyhavn. Ok room, good rate for a family of four. Splendid breakfast! Nice sauna-steambath-area. Helpful staff.

I was very pleased with the service and the room for the price. I was expecting a lot compared to other rates in town, but the hotel lived up to expectations.

Hotel is always a pleasure to visit. The standard is second to none, the view is fantastic, the breakfast buffet the best. The beds are god and a superior service by the friendly staff. I will be back next time, I am in Copenhagen.

The room had double two double beds which is a rarity in Denmark. It was very roomy and felt just like the hotels in Canada! It was mentioned in another review that checkin was 4pm, but we got in at 130pm no problem. The breakfast buffet was delicious. They even kept our bag for the day when we checked out, so we could walk around the city.

Hotel is in a good location not far from main station yet great views over the water (or Tivoli if on the other side). The rooms are comfortable and spacious. The canal tour boat pulls up just out the front, once again very convenient.

Marriott Hotelin Copenhagen is a great hotel in many respects except checkin and checkout procedures.If you come to the hotel before 16:00,then you are asked to wait until then. This is a great shortcoming for otherwise such a wonderful hotel.Further, the Concierge is never there to receive the luggage and tag them.Even when they do, you may not get […] the tags. Then your luggage can end up in different rooms and you have to rush around to find your luggage. I have carried out two checkins within 10 days and in both cases no room was available to be given before 16:00. In such a case you have two options: to sit around at the lobby or to leave your luggage in the store room. Quite an inconvenience really. The breakfast is excellent. Devamı

Truly a 4 stars, if you can walk a lot you have no problems staying in this hotel. It is a good mile of walking distance from any downtown attraction or really 2 miles from all major must see attractions. Cool hotel, would stay there again. Perfectly situated to the airport for our early departure. We had the family room and it was perfect. In the 5 weeks we were in Europe it was my favorite hotel.

I booked a business room with free breakfast and executive lounge on the top floor. The room was in need of refurnishing and the breakfast/businesslounge a joke. You need to improve to even be called 3 star. The reception staff like a Basil Fawlty. The indruduction to the free minmibar was accompanied with the comment "but you are not allowed to emty […] it all". A mess regarding information about parking. Do not stay at this place. Devamı

if you get an even room number (canal view) i think it's the best in CPH, now that D'Angleterre is under refurbishment. decent sized rooms, at least on the executive levels, confy bed. i would not reccomend the executive breakfast though, the space is scarce and the food selection does not match at all the one in the ground floor breakfast room; stunning! […] if you go arround 10:30, you can even have brunch and save the downtown luch:). accros the canal, within walking distance, is a very nice restaurant - Aristo-excellent food, friendly waiter. as for city center, you could even walk, 20-25', but there are taxis all the time in front of the hotel. in a nutshell, very very satisfactory Devamı

Excellent hotel. Rooms superb and the hotel staff were exceedingly helpful and courteous. Definitely would have no problem recommending this hotel to anyone. Just a five minute walk to Tivoli Gardens.

Comfortable hotel in nice location close to Tivoli, main shopping area etc. My room wasn't huge but had a view over the water (always ask for a room on the water side; the front of the hotel overlooks a busy main road) and had decent amenities. I did expect door staff to help in from the taxi with my luggage to reception, but there was no-one around; […] a bit disappointing. It's not cheap, but overall I'd recommend it. Devamı

Although is the hotel as high international standard, it's a little bit far by foot to the center. Bicycle rental is great but the bike has to be back at 10 PM (which is very early for the nigthlife of Copenhagen).

Senior staff (rooms division) can be a little more guest friendly...attitude is an issue. Nice location and lovely views. $30 plus for internet access per day is stiff when other most other hotels offer this as complimentary. Surprisingly no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. At check-in our booking was not registered correctly, but they sorted it out, At breakfast, close to closing time, you will have staff with a noisy and dust spreading vacuum cleaner moving on between your legs, under your chairs and table, a sure sign that the client is regarded a nuisance. At check-out we had a 20-minutes cew, so better not be in a […] hurry. Still they opened only 3 of 6 possible counters. Probably to keep us as long as possible, right? You will find no e-mail address to contact them at, and when calling them, it is only the booking office number which is likely to answer. Which makes sense; The client is to arrive, pay and never be heard of again. But, the rooms and facilities are every nice, so if u anticipate and accept zero service, this is still a hotel to evaluate. Devamı

How a hotel of that standard doesn't include free Wifi or at the very least a few free computer terminals in the lobby is beyond comprehension. Also, parking prices were steep!

Good location and good sized rooms. The only complaint I had was the fact that there was no free wi-fi, only a paid option. A hotel of this class should be offering free wi-fi.

The hotel was fabulous. Stayed there for 2 nights - very clean, very nice and helpful staff. My only complaint is that it's not near the metro - it's a 7-10 minute walk to central station. However, Copenhagen is small enough that we could walk almost everywhere - the center of the city was an approx 15 min walk. I absolutely recommend it!

The hotel is located in a very nice neighorhood, but it is quite a walk to the attractions. There are not many people on the street, it might be a bit scary to walk alone. However, the surrounding neighborhood is quite safe.

I stayed for 3 nights at this hotel and enjoyed it very much. The staff is very friendly, the breakfast buffet is impressive and super fresh. I had a Standard room which was very big with a King Size bed. I recommend to rent one of the hotel's bicycle which it's fast and easy to explore the city with. We arrived at the hotel around 1:30, walking there from the train station. Since check-in time was not until 4, our room was not ready. Since we were quite jet-lagged, we didn't feel up to going out and exploring the city. They told us we could wait in the Executive Lounge since we had that type of room. It was very comfortable with a nice view of the […] city, light snacks and beverages and free wireless internet. Our Executive room was very nice and comfortable for the 4 of us. This type of room included free mini-bar, a happy hour with free wine and beer, appetizers (these were mostly the cold type and kind of 'fancy' for my teen son) and a continental breakfast (this was great---with a huge variety of pastries, cold cuts, breads, etc.). We only stayed one night pre-cruise. It might have been a bit of a walk (especially if raining, which happens a lot) for seeing many of the city's sights, but for our purposes, it was wonderful! The taxis line up in front of the hotel in the morning, so getting a cab to the cruise terminal was quite easy. We would definitely stay again should we ever get back to Copenhagen. Devamı

The Marriott Copenhagen was AWESOME!!! Great views American Hotel standards... Air condition. Pleasant Staff. Great location. Walk to all the fun in minutes. Great walks on the canal to restaurants and shopping mall. Spend the extra rate for the canal views, worth it...

This is a true five star hotel and an excellent value. The only problem was checking-in in the morning. The front desk was clearly overwhelmed by the combination of disembarking cruise passengers and arriving fliers from the States.

The location might not be as cosy as Nyhavn but I appreciated the convenience being close to the train station and to Tivoli. It was also only a 10 minutes walk to Stoget and 20 minutes to Kongens Nytorv. Our room had a beautiful view facing the channel and I recommend paying the extra money to get a sea view room. Easy walk from train. Able to book in early. Reception staff were particularly helpful and friendly.

Beautiful Hotel. Great location you can walk to all the sights. Right on the water. Great staff.

Again another perfect location. We could walk to anything we wanted to do in the city with little ease. Hotel had a wonderful consierge service that was helpful in activities within Copenhagen.

The hotel is in a convenient location with a pretty lobby overlooking the water, and an outdoor seating area that was very enjoyable. The problem my husband and I both experienced was the rudeness and inconsiderate behavior of some of the staff. We had a question about our bill which was not a big deal, but they really were impatient and dismissive […] in answering our question. The other issues we had were concerning the executive lounge. We upgraded after hearing it was a good deal, but my husband tried to grab something to eat before leaving for a business meeting and it was locked up tight even though the hours posted said it should have been open. When he mentioned this to a staff member in the lobby they said they had nothing to do with that area. Another night my husband and I went in to get a drink and sit and talk, when a staff member pulled out a big vacuum cleaner and cleaned the entire carpet while the lounge was full of people and still open. Recently stayed at this hotel. Staff was very courteous, helpful and willing to go out of the ay to help us. Rooms were nice sized with comfortable and clean interiors.

Great room with a wonderful view of Copenhagen's harbor. Walking distance (half mile) from Tivoli and Copenhagen Centraal Station. Sits right on Copenhagen harbor. Would stay here again.

We stayed 3 nights. The hotel is convenient if you want to go to Tivoli Gardens and some museums. It is located outside of the downtown area. My daughter had a violent allergic reaction after one night spent in the hotel ( swollen eyes and throat) , which grew worse and required a consultation with the hotel doctor. Faces the river on one side, Tivoli on the other. Very nice staff. A good stopover for pre-cruise travellers.

Everything in Copenhagen is extremely expensive. Hotel was on the water, although we didn't have a water view. Request one! The canal boat trip leaves from the canal side of the hotel, tix at concierge, and is worth taking. Walking from here is a long walk, but enjoyable, to Tivoli Gardens, Palaces, etc. Not much nearby -- hard to find reasonably priced […] bottled water, especially on a holiday. Great restaurant nearby (15 min walk) = Hereford Steak House. Cabs are very expensive but it helps that they take credit cards. Cruisers sould try to arrange to take the ship's pre-arranged bus to the cruise terminal which picks up here, but is often full by the time you arrive at the hotel. Careful with Internet -- if you sign up for the "wired service package" in the room your package will not work with the wireless service in the lobby/outside deck requiring purchase of a separate very expensive "wireless package". But wireless will not work in the room. Go figure. Devamı
