View was unbelievable !! We were on the 18 th floor!

My stay there was good. Staff was friendly, smiling, and helpful!

Perfect place to stay if attending the Giants game! It's about a 5 minute walk to AT&T Park with some great places to stop and catch some food and drinks along the way! The area felt safe which is a huge plus in San Francisco. We really enjoyed our stay and of course the game! Room was a bit dusty, and amenities were just barely there. TV and internet access/quality were very poor, however restuarant food service was excellent.

The bed was comfy and the service was good. Walking distance to the office, several great restaurants and entertainment.

The staff was excellent. However, it was the $50 overnight Valet that rubbed me the wrong way.

I was only in San Francisco for the day so had to find a spot in SOMA that was easily accessible to my meeting and allowed me to walk the streets of San Francisco. The Starbucks downstairs was a great way to start the day and the breakfast Omelette at Jasmine downstairs was great. The Hotel is good, But please note that the hotel only contains the Valet parking and it costs around $45+ tax. Otherwise you need to park it on the street. Better to do Valet parking as the street parking is not available between 12:01 - 6 AM and also as the road is a slope, you need to turn your tires towards/outwards from the curb depending on the […] direction you are parking. stayed for 5 nights (during the womens marathon so had to pay more than we expected). Overall very pleasant stay, staff friendly and courteous, parking and breakfast overpriced. Discount for breakfast parking would be good especially as the hotel appeals not just to business travellers whose employers would be paying anyway.

This hotel is well located especially if you are going to something at the Moscone Center or shopping downtown. It is right on the edge of the "not so nice" area but it didn't present any problems The only thing I didn't enjoy was the noise from the street all night long as I'm used to the silence of the country -- otherwise it was fine

It was our 1st trip to S.F. and we stayed at the Marriiott Courtyard Downtown for 3 nights. We arrived mid morning and the staff was great at getting us into a room ASAP. They were very helpful with directions and sight-seeing information. Everything was great with only one minor criticism: there was a juice glass on the seventh floor which was never removed in a few days while we stayed there. Again, a minor thing because the location, the room and the cleanliness of the hotel was terrific.

We got a room here the night before we ran a half marathon that was starting and ending near the ballpark. We were also at the game the night before, so it was the perfect location for us. It was a good little warm up jog to the starting line, and a good recovery walk on the way back. It is also a short walk down to Market St. and the surrounding areas, […] and public transit. I'm a SF native, so it wasn't hard for me to figure out how to get around, but even for the people in our group who were from out of town they said it was easy. The room itself was nice, nothing over the top fancy but the beds were comfortable, sheets were of a good quality and clean. The windows open, but there are no screens. For being on the 11th floor, anyone with kids would want to be careful of that. The fan in the bathroom wasn't working, so it did get very warm with the shower running. Other than that, it is a great option for a place to stay, especially if you are looking for a hotel near the ballpark. Devamı

Great location for going to Giants games. Quick walk to AT&T Park. I felt safe walking by myself to and from the game on Friday night as well as on Saturday morning. Surrounding hotel area is lots of businesses, so it was fairly quiet during the evening. I would stay here again.

Clean and comfortable hotel close to Market Street. Market Street, Union Square and China Town are all walkable from this location. The immediate neighborhood seems to cater to business professionals. The sandwich shops and breakfast restaurants in the immediate area are open and accessible during the week, but we had a difficult time finding a breakfast […] restaurant close by on the weekend. Driving anywhere from this location is extremely painful. We drove to Marin County across the Golden Gate bridge to get to Stinson Beach. Getting through the city to the Golden Gate Bridge was very tedious. Devamı

We loved the hotel's location to the AT&T park. It was a nice walk to and from the Giants games to the hotel. The breakfast buffet was very good and had a great variety of food.

The hotel is the easiest hotel to get to in SF and the easiest to get out of the city. We attended an SF Giants game and the hotel is within walking distance to the ballpark. The room was ready when we arrived early so that we could relax before going to the game.

Enjoyed my stay. Thank you. I would have liked to have received a final recipt showing that I did not have any outstanding charges. I was told that I did not, which was correct. I had a business conference in a nearby twice as expensive hotel. My husband was flying out for the weekend, so I picked this hotel both because of price and location. I was very satisfied that it was a few blocks walk away from the hotel I was staying at for the conference, and it was close enough to walk to the Pier and to walk to restaurants in the […] area. Exactly what you expect from a Marriott. Great area. Close to market street. Great Indian restaurant across from the hotel as well as a mini mart with absolutely anything and everything including a great beer and wine selection. Free Wi-fi in the lobby. Great stay.

Great service! Hotel Personnel was very friendly and ready to help in all wasy possible. Awesome Staff.

We chose this hotel because of the locale. We were attending a Giant's Baseball game, and it was within walking distance.

Location was ok. Only dinner room service, which was annoying. No mini bar, no fridge, no sink/mirror in the bathroom!!!! Got a small bite on the first night... Now I have a rash from head to toe! Won't be staying there again.

Don't stay there until the demolition project just outside of the hotel is complete. The noise starts up around 7:30am and doesn't stop until almost 9:30pm. The noise is a constant industrial strength jack hammer - the city is removing an old section of an on ramp to Hwy 80. If you can sleep through this noise, then have at it! Hotel staff acted annoyed […] I called to ask about this obnoxious noise and gave me lip service and said I could come down to the front desk to get my "free" pair of ear plugs if I didn't like the noise and there's nothing they can do - and no, they would not switch my room because they were sold out - and besides, they said, every room in the hotel can hear the noise. I stay at courtyard properties a lot and this hotel is the usual "very good" . I was surprised (and a bit frustrated) that the room did not have wifi available. There was a wired connection and the hotel provides cables but still, this is 2011 in San Francisco! There is free wifi in the lobby.
