Red Roof Inn Orlando West - Ocoee

Convenient to the venue I was visiting. Staff was pleasant and quite competent.

They are in the procss of redoing the hotel so one must take that into consideration.However the rooms are in excellent condition and we intend to stay there in the future.

The employees were very friendly and helpful

The hotel was in a great location with a Denny's right up front of the hotel. Rooms very clean and hotel staff nice and friendly. Complimentary coffee in the lounge was the best tasting coffee I have had in a long time. Basic rooms and ammenities but would highly recommend for a night's stay.

I was a little upset the first day; when I walked into the room and notice the trash in my room wasn't taken out. The next day when I went out and came back to see the bathroom toilet wasn’t clean, really disturbed me. The room was clean & the bed was comfortable except for the minor two problems mention above. I had an ok stay.

I was recommended to stay at The Red Rood Inn due to this high referrals posted. However, the experience was nothing like I imagined. We arrived early and checked in early which was a good thing. However, the website and fees listed that pets were aloud and that they had to be crated if they were in the room alone. After we drove a long day and arrived, […] the hotel stated that only 1 dog was allowed and that you could not leave them alone in the room WHAT SO EVER! we drove from Miami to go to a family reunion with a little dog and big dog, both had crates in tow. However, we were gratefully inconvenieced with these new rules upon arrival. On top of that, we were kept up all night long by noise coming from every which direction. I had to sleep with pillows over my head and the bathroom fan on (which sounded like it was breaking). Lets not forget the cardboard kings size bed that we slept on. Upon entering the room, i took a rest off of my feet and sat down an what I though was a matress. It was harder than a rock, it sagged in the middle, it squeeked, and it was just overall very uncomfortable. On top of all that, the noise rose to an ultimate high around 7am... doors slamming, people yelling, packing, house keeping etc..... we were up all night! Devamı

The room was clean, the beds comfortable, and the staff was courteous. It was just what we needed for a good night's sleep after a day a Sea World with the grandkids. It is amazing to me though that two people can stay at the same place at the same time and have two totally different experiences. This is my review...my daughter who stayed in the room […] next to me would not give the same rating. She said her bed was miserable, "hard as a rock". Ours was very soft "like a cloud". She heard a dog barking and howling all night long in the room on the other side of her. We heard nothing. Devamı

The service was great, the room was clean and comfortable. I am a coffee drinker, so I especially liked the complimentary coffee available to the guest.

I was somewhat disappointed because I am a nonsmoker and they put me on a floor that I was told they allow smoking on. I would cough and gag as I walked down the hall to my room. The smell was very strong and it would take my breath away.

I enjoyed every moment of my stay. The hotel and room was very clean and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again.

nice hotel clean, needs refrigerators in rooms, more towels, kept having to ask for extra towels.

VERY CLEAN, VERY FRIENDLY, MAYBE PUT REFRIGERATORS AND MICROWAVES IN ROOMS WOULD BE VERY HANDY, WILL STAY AGAIN

For the price its worth it!! enjoyed the hotel, very relaxing!

This motel was nice, the room was clean and housekeeping did a nice job. The only complaint was that when we stepped off of the elevator (3rd floor) there was a very strong stale smoke smell the entire 3 days we were there. Not in our room, just the hallway. Otherwise I would recommend this motel.

Found the hotel to be very clean. Friendly hotel staff. Round the clock coffee, tea and hot chocolate. Disappointed there was no in-room refrigerator or continental breakfast. No big deal, there was a 10% discount at the Denny's, which is right in front of the hotel.

Our stay at the Red Roof Hotel at Orlando West, was wonderful. We were treated wonderfully from the time we check in at the front desk until the time we checked out. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We will keep this Hotel in mind for our next visit back to Orlando. The Hotel staff was so warm and polite to us. Thank you so much!

This hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. They are also familiar with the surrounding area. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is in this area.

Have stayed at this hotel 3 times.. Each time was on the 2nd floor. The most recent time there was a road construction crew staying at the hotel. They were noticeably noisy but being in construction myself it didn't bother me as much as it might a family with kids. The room was clammy feeling and if I had spent much time in the room I might have complained. […] My previous experiences were acceptable so it may have just been this particular room.. Devamı

This hotel was located for convenient access to St. Johns lake (go big bait & quit by 12) it was clean enough and I felt it was safe. It is next to a Dennys which made eating very convenient and for the price it can't be beat. If you are looking for a nice man fishing weekend hold up this is a great place.

EL HOTEL ESTA SITUADO EN UNA ZONA CONVENIENTE PARA LOS QUE DESPUES DE VISITAR LOS PARQUES DESEAN REALIZAR SUS COMPRAS. LO UNICO QUE ENCONTRE ES QUE SE ENCUENTRA A UNA DISTANCIA CONSIDERABLE DE LOS PUNTOS DE INTERES(PARQUES).

Far from Disney and Universal but very good and confortable and clear.

o hotel é bom, perto do Wal Mart, Best Buy, Mc Donalds e outras lanchonetes... o único problema dele é a distância que é um pouco longa para os parques.. mas mesmo assim é um hotel que tem sua estadia em um preço bem acessivel e com certeza vc estará com um carro alugado não perderá mais que 25 minutos no trajeto, que por sinal, são pistas mto boas... […] recomendo sim...
