Horrible!!!! Look like a roach motel! Dirty, and the toilet wasn't even attached to the floor!! Never again!!!!

For a budget room it was pretty decent and better then many of the neighboring hotels in the same price range. It had a little tiki bar out front and a pool. It's right on A1A which is a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and some bars. Downtown and Las Olas is a cab ride away. The section when you first walk into the room could of gotten some love […] and or fresh paint but otherwise the room and bathroom were very clean and furnished and all accessories were in working order. The small balcony overlooking the pool and A1A was a nice bonus. Overall we were pleased with our experience. If your looking for upscale or fancy this isn't it, but for a cheap stay it's not bad. I'd stay there again if I was looking to post up near the beach for a night or two on the cheap. Devamı

Can tell under new ownership and being remodelled so it will be even better when finished . The staff was very helpful and pleasant , gave us a newly remolded room. Great location , was with two girls and we felt very safe there, would stay again.

My friends and I witnessed some shaddy propositioning going on at the hotel bar. The bartendress was trying to send us to our rooms with a friend of hers for "a little action" after she basically forced us to buy her hammered friend drinks all night. This place is one bust away from being condemned. The front desk guy Anit was pleasant.

We stay at this place on our monthly weekend getaways, there redoing the rooms and it's looking great. This trip our room had all new paint, furniture and a LCD flat screen. Keep up the good work ! Place is showing the care of the owners! Staff was friendly as always . Will be back again next month !! N

This hotel would be OK if priced at half what we paid, but for what we paid for a night I expected a much better room and hotel. It was shabby and was missing most of the furniture - no night stands, chairs, or dresser to set things or on to store stuff! Looks like they sold the furniture to keep from going under. I was concerned at first they didnt have our reservation, and they were out of rooms, but they did find it and we were taken care of. They hotel was nice, they people were friendly. I would stay again.

I see alot of bad reviews on these sites no matter where you stay along the beach unless your paying for the Trump. Fact is we have stayed at this Hotel 2 times as were in Lauderdale once a month for getaways. The staff are extremely pleasant and friendly, they even tell you that your satisfaction is all they care about, they work hard and are always […] walking the property trying to keep up with repairs and issues themselves. On out last stay the room was freshly painted, had all new furniture and a brand new bed. They also were painting the whole building! Even during high season the rooms are 99$ and we have gotten them in summer for much less! Give them a try- if your wanting a luxury suite - go pay 300-500$ a night at a upscale hotel- if your looking for a great budget hotel with an amazing staff give the Beach Palace a try - we are booking again this week for a getaway Devamı

I stayed only one nite. The first room offered had pillows that smelled of cigarette indicating that they were not changed since the last person slept on them. The bedding appear clean in the second room but the door to the room seemed easy to open and there was no safety lock on the inside of the door. I felt insecure. Affordable and walking distance to the beach. Ocean view Jand view of Intercoastal Waterway from the 3rd floor. Safe and refrig in the room was convenient. Front dest ( Arti) very helpful and professional. Free parking in a well lit lot. Overall very nice relaxing place for the price. Breakfast was very disappointing. No fruit, no cereal, no juice.

very dissapointed that hotels.com has this hotel on their listing the room did not even have a chair, or a night stand, much less a sofa. the bed the tv, a dresser and a lamp. a small refrigerator, but it looked like it had been robbed a huge empty space with an old carpet. awfully hot, and the ac took for ever to kick in. not good.

This hotel is badly outdated and in a state of disrepair. The furniture has cigarette burns, there are holes in the ceiling, and the breakfast is nothing but bagels and muffins. But the beds were comfortable, each room has a balcony with blackout drapes, and the room was relatively quiet. Hotel needs more insulation. Asked for a non smoking room and room did not smell pleasant. Conjoining rooms need to be more secure. Needs better carpet and curtains. Continental breakfast was nonexistant. closed 30 minutes before the time we were told they would be closed.

I'm not a very picky person when it comes to hotel specially if I paid a cheaper price, but this hotel was the worst hotel I've ever stayed. The hotel was old, the ceiling was broken and the bathroom has a wood cover from outside your room. When we came inside the room, there were no lights. There was one big lamp standing that wasn't working, I was […] looking for the lamp that usually in between the beds, there was none but you would see a big hole on that wall with some exposed wires which I believe was the connection of wires to the missing lamp. What I hated most was the smell of smoke cigarrete inside the room. We complained that we reserved a non smoking room and we asked to be transfered to a different room, but the person in charge their told us that it is a non smoking room and refused to give us a different room. I want to explode that time but decided to just accept my fate since we would only stay one night. I don't know why Hotels.com included this hotel in their choices. The room is like a haunted house because of broken walls including the door. I don't feel safe inside the room because the door was not perfectly aligned when I tried to close it. They offered another room, and apologized, but the overall condition of the hotel was dismal. This hotel was a huge disappointment. It was in disrepair, dirty, and the staff was bad. The 1st room we were directed to had no dressers and was in disrepair, the 2nd room only had one bed when our reservation called for 2. the hotel is is terrible conditions. the rooms need to be renovated and cleaned out more.they dont even put coffe or water to drink from. And for breakfast it closes to early so for the price i paid i rather get another better hotel than this. Next time check the reviews befor going.

Rooms are clean and prices fair. Free parking and breakfast is OK. But not being able to get to the beach is awefull. I had to drive to Ft Lauderdale every time which I would do anyway.
