Bally's Atlantic City - Atlantic City

the room i stayed in needed to be aired out or carpet changed there was a stale odor and no fresh air windows screwed closed.

Two years ago I stayed in the clearage tower and was a little unhappy with the condition of the room, def well worn. This year I spent the extra money to stay in the Dennis tower. Well worth the money awesome room and super clean.

As with any hotel in AC, you are at the mercy of the night owls. There's always door slamming between 1 & 4 AM!

Very nice hotel and casino. Friendly and very accommodating staff. There were under staffed to check in an incoming trade show at the front desk and bell station. The staff did the best they could.

I had two rooms. Upon arrival the rooms smelled of smoke and the bathroom in one room was not cleaned properly. I called the front desk and they took care of it immediately. We went out for a bit and when we returned the smoke smell was gone and the bathroom was clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I have always been a customer of Ballys and have never had a bad experience. Will continue to stay here every time I come down!

There's nothing bad to say! The special, off-peak price I paid was a total STEAL! The staff was courteous. The room was clean. The bathroom was awesome! (I have a weird thing about bathrooms! :-D) It was fun to stay in a hotel that I KNOW I'll never be able to afford in the peak season.

Excellent location with a beautiful oceanfront room that was very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Connected to Ceasars,and Claridge with a walkway and you didn't have to go outside. Enjoyed our 3 night stay very much.

Pier shops close early. If you are looking to stroll over and relax at the third floor restaurants do it early. Booked at Ballys got room in adjoining Clairidge. Room was large but table and chairs were quite small. Looked out of place. Overall has a god time but it was like a ghost town all over. So i read a lot of reviews and most of them were negative. Some people say the room was like a cheap motel , some said staff was rude and others said it wasnt cleant. My experience could not have been more opposite. Staff was very friendly and accomadating, we recieved soap, lotion, shampoo at no charge. One reveiew said they had to pay....dont exactly […] know why but i dis not. The room was very nice and comfortable. You can controll your tempreture. There was a very nice big jacuzzi tub as well as atabd up shower that was lovely. I ordered room service and they told me 45 min but my food was delivered in 30 min. It was a lovely experience and i will stay at ballys again. Devamı

By the time my husband and I checked in, I had already resolved that this occasion would be my first and last stay at Bally's. The check in process wad totally unacceptable. We waited in line for almost 30 minutes waiting to get checked in. The service was slow which caused us to be late for the show we had tickets to see. Once we got to check in, the […] person who assisted us, Jose, was very helpful and pleasant. The room was very nice and clean. The security after midnight was appreciated. I just enjoyed my stay ovrerall. There was a problem with one of the elevators but it was really no big deal because there were plenty of other elevators all functioning properly. I only stayed one night, however, my husband and I are looking forward to going again soon. Hope this is helpful to someone. Devamı

This was my very first time in Atlantic City and booking a room online. I truly didn't expect such a wonderful experience. From the time of arrival until time of departure. We were treated like royalty. The presentation at check in, the room and our dinner at Harry's Seafood resturant. Just wonderful! Planning to do this more often. i stayed for 2 nights, staff in the hotel and parking area were polite. location was great. close to johnny rockets, the mall on the boardwalk, and close to the outlets. security inside the casino are friendly. i had a great time

The ocean view rooms really do have ocean view, it is huge and clean. The jacuzzi is really big, the room and the bathroom had the best view. The sheets were comfortable. Highly recommend.

The hotel was very cute inside, just had a lil problem with the lighting, had to take the shades off the lamp. Other than that, it was close to everything, jus be prepared to walk.

The Ruby Room's at Bally's were pretty nice. I loved the shower. However, at check-in the clerk was very rude. I asked for a Manager, who was also rude. Also, although the rooms were paid in full through hotels.com, you CANNOT check-in until the clerk at the front desk swipe your credit card and deduct $100! This is a MUST. So make sure you have a credit […] card with $100 available, that you will not get back until 5 days later !!! Also, if you plan on going swimming, there is a $10 charge per room to swim in the pool. There are also add'l fees to use the fitness center, and other amenities. Other than that, everything was okay. Devamı

I am in active military service, home for leave, and the only reason I went to this Hotel is because I wanted to relax by the pool. I am under 21 years and this trip was a gift from my family for Christmas. Ballys was the only hotel which did not have an age policy on the pool. I asked for early check-in, and did not receive it. I had to wait around […] for hours with nothing to do. Eventually, when I was allowed get into my room, I was advised that the pool was closed for my entire stay at the hotel for maintenance (something that should have been stated to me from the very beginning). I was very disapointed that I booked a room at Bailey's but was assigned a room in the very old Cladgridge Tower. These rooms have not been updated. When I met other guests in the elevator they also were very unhappy to being staying in this Tower. Next time I will book a room at Ceaser's or the Showboat.

We were surprised to see how run down the hotel appeared. I was under the impression that the rooms in the Dennis tower had been redone - but not so. Prices still relatively high for value received.

Our rooms were in the "Calidge" (don't remember the exact name). So unfortunately it wasn't really conveniently located where the casinos or restaurants were. although the rooms were okay, they did not have a pleasant view at all. just the back of the hotel... Hotel is very nice though and overall a average good experience.

I arrived late to this hotel and found the staff a bit cold and confused. Hotel.com said that extras were to be provided. At chec-in the hotel did not have a clue.A manager was able to explain that the extras were off the hotel site. I was able to access the extras. The spa was GREAT!!!!! The salon was lousy!!!!! I came early to the salon and they sent […] me away twice then they called 10 minutes after the last visit and they said I was 20 minutes late. I was in the spa area that was next door so I went to the salon. I had a hair removal peti and mani, The hair was not removed completly off my chin or upper lip. They cut my toes when trying to remove dry skin and during this time the lady working on my feet said I had really good feet, No build up yet she cut them with the file. They totally forgot about part of the mani, and after reminding them they did a partial job and was not worth the money I spent for these services, They also made me 30 minutes late for a spa package. The Spa was very accomidating and gave me the full package. I was totaly relaxed and can say only good things about the spa. All the treatments I recieved were wounderful!!! The spa rearanged their schedule to adapt to my lateness. Part of my package was Lunch. It was so good!!!! i felt like a million bucks and would go back tomorrow if I could!!!! This casino/hotel is very misleading by the fotos. The entire casino was nasty! The room and hallway leading to the room was dirty with stained carpets. The wood cabinets and bed were scratched and worn. The mini fridge never got cold. The bathroom was gross. The phone and clock in the room were dirty. It was terrible.

My boyfriend and I stayed over night this past Thursday Dec 15th. The next morning starting at around 730 am the housekeeping and hotel maintenance workers were talking loudly and slamming doors. It is 90% positive that if you are staying overnight in Atlantic City, you are not going to sleep before 12 am! Not very respectful to the hotel guests in […] my opinion. Devamı

We reserved a nonsmoking room. When we entered the room it smell of smoke. We put our luggage down and went back downstairs and told them the room smell of smoke. The person at the counter askef how long ago did we check in and I stated 30mins ago. She said asked why did I waited to say sonething, as to imply we were smoking in the room. Our outlet […] was broken. Our bathroom door was broken so it xould not close. Our check out time was 12 noon. The housekeeper knock on our door,at 8am after turning the knob to clean the room. She then return at 9am and again at 10, until I finally told her we check out at 12, come back at that time. For,the price of the room,for the night, it wasnt worth the money. Devamı

Although we had read about major bed bug problems, when checking in we asked for a room in the Bally Tower, none being available we were in The Claridge. The room had been renovated and the bed and the room were very clean.

The hotel was great and very clean in conparison to the surroundinng hotels. The only thing I wish was spelled out in the description was that the health spa and the pool where each another 10.00 per day. So the actual cost of the room was 20.00 more. If these fees were expressed on the website the experience would have been better.

Price was great but really needs updated! No working desk, carpet old,

The hotel has not been renovated in years. Dirty old carpets. There was a wind storm while I was there and there was a hole in the metal part of the window in which air was blowing.

The price of the room was reasonable for a saturday night so we booked it. When we got to the claridge tower, where our room was located, it was pretty run down and old looking but we figured we would make the best of it. We did not spend much time in the room so we figured this would not be a problem. We were wrong...my boyfriend was bit by a bed bug. […] I will never stay there again nor would I recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff and the location were pretty good but it's not worth it. This hotel was perfect for casino goers, however left much to be desired for those of us staying for a conference. It was not business friendly, internet access was costly and did not work properly, there were NO lounge areas at all for non-smokers, and there were no places to sit inside the hotel without making a purchase. Had a conference at the hotel and it was great. Hotel was in clean statndards. Hotel provided great customer services.
