Outside appearance very deceiving. Very dirty motel. Room smelled musty, dirty. Outlet coverings weren't tight. Major gaps in walling around covers. Cups were sealed together, couldn't even use. Carpet filthy, and gorget a white glove test on railings. The bedding takes the cake... Pull back the blankets and sheets are stained and inside out. Thinking […] management turns them over from one guest to the next to avoid washing. Took room as it was the lowest price and I was only sleeping for the night. Had to lay on the covers and really didn't get much sleep as everything was just so dirty.. Felt like your skin was crawling. Pay the few extra bucks and get a good night sleep somewheres else.. The room was hotter than the air outside! Our room wasn't ready when we got there so we had to wait. When it was time to sleep, the air conditioner wasn't working properly and we had to get a fan from the office. It was horrible!!!!

They get you with the name. This was not even close to being what I expected and I felt ripped off. First thing I did was check for bed bugs. Not finding any I decided to stay for my one night. The bed was hard and lumpy ,woke up with a backache. Luckily the sheets and bathroom were clean. Just a stopover on our way north.

Americas Best. Gross. Non smoking room reaked of smoke. Carpet so dirty it was tacky under foot. Carpet not freshly vacuumed. Several dead bugs of some sort on carpet and sink. Crusted white substance on comforter. Towels and sheets had been washed, but were stained. The room made my skin crawl. The stench from our smoking room lingered on our clothing and items for 24 hours after we left. There was a 1/2 inch gap between the drywall and the light switch plate on the wall. There was no latching mechanism on the door to the bathroom. It was very close to RT87 and close to Lake George. Room & Bathroom are clean. Staff was cooperative.

overall the hotel was in a perfect location for what we needed but the housekeeping left a little to be desired not to mention they were knocking on our door the day we were checking out at 7am looking to see if we had left yet but overall the hotel served it's purpose a place to sleep.

OLD-DIRTY AND NOT VERY FRIENDLY!! WILL NOT STAY THERE AGAIN.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. The so called non-smoking room stinks of cigarette smoke and I was sneezing the whole night. Dust all over the tops of the refrigerator and microwave. The microwave doesn't have its tray inside and the staff couldn't help us about it. Carpet that is worn out seen on the coridors.The door has a problem when […] you try to lock it on your way out. We were disappointed in the upkeep of the hotel. Everything was old and in poor repair. Looks like they need a good maintaince person,especially for plumbing and chalking around the tubs and fixtures.

Traveling, arriving late from a Saratoga concert -- didn't want to fall asleep driving on the Taconic State Parkway --- paid a moderate price for a comfortable bed and a clean shower directly off the highway. Coffee machine/ muffin breakfast w/ fruit included. Pretty good deal.

Good Shower, Clean room, comfy bed, clean room. Towels a little rough. All else fine.
