Comfort Suites Airport - Charlotte

Comfortable, clean, convenient shuttle to airport.

It was a great place to rest before an early AM flight. They are nearly finished with an extensive renovation. The common areas are fantastic. Our room was not yet updated with new furniture, but it was still comfortable for 3 adults and 2 children. A second person on the sofa bed might be a bit crowded. My truck got broken into, it was parked under a bright light. The hide a way bed / couch was in TERRIBLE. Shape and we had to get a roll away bed.

During my stay there was one person who stood out. Amber was very helpful to my needs I watched her with other guests and she displayed the same level of service

we just stayed there while in town for a football game. It was decent enough and good breakfast. It was a little out of the way, but not too bad. Needs to be updated ...sofas and tv's seem old.

nice big room. was a bit musty as the AC wasn't turned on and also smelled of smoke but otherwise ok.

I liked the hotel. The clerk was extremely friendly and my check in was fast. My only complaint is the room itself. It looked clean, but near the bed I smelled urine or some other unpleasant odor. Booked the room thur hotels com. It was descent rates and it was just for the night. The wife and I flew in that night and the hotels van came and got us. He even took us to get a quick bite to eat, since we had not eaten since we left the resort that early afternoon. So he was nice to do that and the lady at front desk on the evening shift was very […] nice. She said, if we needed anything to just call the desk. The room for clean. The only thing negative was the outside noise like the sirens from police and ambulance. Devamı

The airport shuttle was great. The hotel was difficult to find at night and some of the clientel were less than desirable. I did not feel comfortable there as a female traveling alone. The walls are very thin and I did not get much sleep due to people arguing in the rooms near mine.

Experience was ok, good location, breakfast was very good and attendees very friendly, only shortcoming was the bathroom while it was clean it seemed old and wall cracking . Check in was ok, attendee was in a scripted mode not not very personable. A later encounter he was more accomadating and friendly.

We had a 7 hr lay over the hotel was close to the airport but quite at 10 pm we were able to order pizza and got it in 20 min hot the hotel staff were very nice We miss the breakfast but they made me coffee I would stay their again

The only minor gripe I could raise is the exercise room which is a bit dated. But the location, service and people were great.

Stayed here one night. Was what I needed for night. Didn't get to enjoy all services or pool but room was comfortable.

We stayed here for business. It is on a busy parkway and a couple of days before leaving we were warned to not leave anything in the car that might cause someone to want to break in. There were a lot of breakins for this area b/c of the proximity of the highway. They were right. We weren't broken into, but we saw a car that was and parked in a space […] one night that still had windshield glass all over the ground. We were told one night 8 cars were broken into. SO TAKE YOUR STUFF INSIDE!! The hotel was undergoing a renovation, so our room had the usual couple of things not working. We were told it was because they were working from the bottom up. And we were on one of the floors that hadn't been renovated yet. Well, that's fine, but the air conditioning should have been working - it was not. The next room they moved us to on the same floor, one of the phones wouldn't work. Little things. The breakfast was your typical nice breakfast, very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, no complaints other than needing to pay attention to necessary details of room functionality. They wouldn't give us money back for the two nights we were in the room with broken air conditioning b/c we booked through an online site. That was a little irritating. Overall, it's a nice place to stay for business. Be very aware of where you park your car, try as close to the hotel as possible, and don't leave anything in your car. That's for any hotel on this strip. If I were on vacation, I'd probably pick something a little nicer. Devamı
