This Hotel was not cleaned property let alone the Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night for 15-20 mins. Over all I felt like it was cheap and theres a good reason why it was cheap to stay in.

Hotel.com CRS was great no complaint there. The hotel that we booked for the night to stay at? Service was not so polite in the beginning till she found out? I booked on hotel.com then her attitude change. Rooms for two queen size beds wasn't was I expected. Too small nd they were more like full size beds, beds itself need new sheets, bucket for Ice […] needs to be replace (because) I think they reuse it for the next customer, shower needs to be clean, nd room plus, service over all?? This is a place where most of the guest stay for longer period - monthly or even year around. This gives the hotel a not very welcome touch if your not a "homie", if you know what I mean. The room is actually ok, fairly clean, but is sounds like every truck that passing by outside, is passing across the room. And there is a lot of trucks there. There were stains on the floor and the room smelled like cigarette smoke and urine. All hours of the night people were knocking on doors and having loud conversations. I wouldn't venture outside at night or try to conversate with many of the people staying there if I were you! And they did not have a coffee pot. I was a little worried by the amount of people loitering in the parking lot and lobby when I first arrived. After checking in I went to my smoldering hot room, unable to turn on the a/c because the knobs were missing and signs on the buttons were gone, I called the front desk. They moved me to another room, although again the ac controls were missing […] I was able to make it come on. I was a bit irritated by the amount of mold living in the shower and more than a little disgusted by the corn kernels in the sink as well as the hair on the counter tops. The underside of the comforter had some sticky substance on it. I folded that up and put it aside, after checking the sheets and the locks I tried to watch some tv...the free hbo was non existent, but the loud shouting in the parking lot provided plenty of drama. I checked out by 8am, the coffe was hardly warm, the continental breakfast consisted of cereal with watered down milk, dry stale bread to make toast and fruit cocktail in syrup. Devamı

Everything was okay except for the air conditioner. My family and I did not sleep well due to it was so hot. Also the shower was hard to get cokd water and got burnt and again was hot due to steam.

This room was clean, laid out great, the shower was wonderful. the check in process was efficient, the clerk was funny and helpful.

When you first drive to the back side of the hotel a few rooms are lived in rooms, not just hotel and so it's a little scary but I got settled and didn't have any problems. Room was clean, the breakfast was decent, could have used some fresh fruit not fruit cocktail but toast worked and waffles were available too!!! Easy to find and close to tacoma […] dome so no need to get back on I-5 just follow main street right up.... Devamı

Horrible, filthy place. Old appliances and furniture sitting around on the property. Room (non-smoking) stunk like cigarettes! Cigarette butts right outside the door and that was only in the first 2 minutes! NOT happy at all.

The room was expected. The owner and staff, with their politeness and eager to assist you made up for any deficiencies the place had. Breakfast was always on time. Just wished I'd known about the daily, weekly, and monthly rate. Could've save a little money.

This place was a nightmare, the room was filthy, the blankets and the sheets were so dirty you did not want to stand next to it. We were so disappointed with the room, Rodeway used to have a good reprutation. The door lock was broken. Then the WIFI did not work and the front desk's reply was "Oh well, there is nothing I can do about it." After hearing […] that we went to a another hotel and paid out of pocket. DO NOT THINK YOU WILL SAVE MONEY STAYING HERE! THE MEDICAL BILLS FROM CATCHING SOMETHING WILL COST A LOT MORE. This was a disappointment in the highest order. not sure I will ever book a room from a site that is not the hotels due to this experience. Devamı
