"crowded with messy guests"
We usually enjoy Drury Inns but this particular occasion the hotel was packed and the guests were loud and messy. The breakfast area was filled with spilled food and dishes left out. Much more than the single hostess could handle. The desk clerk and staff were very cordial and trying their best but it was more than they could handle.
Basically a good deal for the price. we happened to stay on a saturday night and the hotel was overcrowded with families with kids. Could hardly find a place to sit at the evening and morrning receptions. Also the pool was coompletely filled with kids all night.

"Close to Memphis and Tunica"
We chose to stay at this hotel because of how close it was to Memphis and Tunica and we were not disappointed. The hotel itself was very clean and offered a nice array of amenities; in addition the free breakfast and evening Kickstarts menu helped us to save a little money. "Nice hotel near Memphis"
We enjoyed our stay at the Drury Inn. We did not partake of the free meals because we came in late and slept in late. Nice location, easy to find and very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was large, clean, and there were no problems with anything in the room. The staff was very friendly and helpful, making sure everything was satisfactory. The free breakfast, evening snack and a drink were served by friendly staff, and good cooks. "clean and comfortable"
Very, very clean (and i am super picky!). nice, comfortable bed. we needed a crib and it was delivered before we even got to our room. the hotel was very crowded but we never heard any noise. the area seemed safe, there were lots of restaurants nearby, very good experience.

Switched to this hotel from holiday inn and the beds are much more comfortable here. Traveling to he area a lot for work, so sleep is very important

This Hotel was GREAT! We have kids. The breakfast was amazing:lots to choose from! The pool is indoor and outdoor separated by a partitioned wall and is heated. The exercise room is cardio only but has 5 machines. The service was wonderful! Smiles and good attitudes from all!!

This was a nice Drury Inn, but they could spend some money on updating the furniture in the suites. It was clean. Will stay there again

"Awesome"
I love how Drury really takes care of their customers. Tim the General Manager was serving drinks and hot dogs to customers in the lobby that evening. He laughed with my kids and we really enjoyed the atmosphere. Nice place!
"Drury Inn"
This little hotel offers a lot. Though we did not take advantage of everything they offered hot breakfast and evening food. The staff was courteous and very accomodating. I'll stay here again. My only complaint is that the hotel was 'pet friendly' and I did not like dogs licking my pants as I walked through the lobby each morning.

"Drury Inn - Southaven, MS"
This was a wonderful hotel. It was clean, the workers were friendly, and the amenities were just great. It was conveniently located to all the shops during Black Friday. And, when we needed the extra hour for check-out, there was no problem. I will definitely be looking for this Inn in other states.

"Great staff and complimentary breakfast"
The staff members were very nice and helpful. They have free fresh popcorn and drinks at night. The complimentary breakfast is GREAT... biscuits, gravy, sausage, french toast, eggs, assorted cereals, fruit, bagles, waffles. There were no fees for my pet either which is really nice.

very well treated from the time of entry through to checkout. All the employees were professional and cheerful. great location, close to the interstate, but didnot have any noise issues.

The only complaint that I have is about the mattress in our room. It was very worn out! There was a hole in the middle that sunk in when we laid down.

Very nice place, great location for travel between North and South just south of Memphis, TN. Free breakfast buffet and hot food at night (not great but free). Free 24hr coffee. Extras that don't cost extra just like their commercial. Nice marble in bathroom. Thumbs up from me.

Excellent value, well-maintained, free dinner and free hot breakfast. The hotel staff are courteous and friendly. We were given a room across from the elevator which we found noisy. We asked for and received a quieter room with no problem. An added plus, this hotel is pet-friendly. We would certainly stay here again.

Stayed here for a week to do the whole Elvis tour, Hotel is 15 mins away from everything we wanted to see and ideally next to main routes,All the staff were very nice and helpful nothing was any trouble. The rooms were excellent and it was good to have a decent breakfast to start your day and the 5.30 kickback was a bonus.Can't fault it , would highly […] recommend it, don't know why anyone would give a bad review.I had a disabled traveller in my party in a wheelchair who was provided with everything they needed. "Drury Inn ~ Always Good!"
As usual, I was not disappointed at the Drury Inn. The service & amenities are always outstanding for the price. If I were to look hard enough to find something to complain about, I would say the quarters are tight in areas; the bathroom door barely clears the toilet, the room entry area barely accomodates the luggage cart & the elevators are small. […] However, this type thing is something I can live with considering all the good points of staying w/Drury. I have stayed in a lot of hotels, of all scales in many areas & Drury Inn is hands down the best value for the money. Devamı

The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was wonderful and helpful from the very start. The only complaint I had was the swimming area was so over-chlorinated that it stung my eyes from outside the entrance doors. The basics of the room were okay. Clean and met the basic necessities. The air conditioner was not the cleanest and we had to set the thermostat on 60 to keep the room at 68. The receptionist were less than professional. The stay was overall okay, but less than I expected at a Drury Inn.
