Grace Inn Phoenix - Phoenix

The building has seen better days, was once probably a high end hotel, the lobby is beautiful and grounds well kept but looking a little shabby around the edges. The breakfast deal was great except for the hair in the food. The hotel was right off the interstate and was close to our destination of Wild Pass Casino.

With an upgrade hotel would be first class

I knew ahead of time this was an older facility, but it has a wonderful feel of being well tended to and low key classy. I loved it despite the aging fixtures.. it was spic and span clean and the location was ideal !! I will stay again in the future....

The service was very good, but the room itself was in disrepair. There was a socket pulled out of the wall, the inside of the doors were badly scratched and chipped. The headboard of the bed was deeply scratched and there were cracks on the walls in several places. Hotel needs complete overhaul. The look of 60th not impressive. The price is too high.

Our stay was alright as long as we didn't talk to the office manager. We walked in behind another customer. They were greated real nice and ergently! When the office manager was done helping them he looked over at us and had this "oo No Look on his face". We didnt didnt like that! Then he had us wait like at lease 5 mins while he mess with some thing […] on the front desk. Saying I'll be right there. An assistant came up real nicely to help him. when he saw her come up he rolled his eys and said I'll help you now. We did not like this at all. This was maybe because we are Native American or we did not look like the couple that was in front of us. I will not stay there again and I will not recommend it to my friends if that is what they will be treated like. very up set. we couldnt say anything about him because he was the manager on duty thought out our stay. He did try to be more friendly after but that first imperestion was all I could think of! I can still see his "Oo No Look" and the rolling of his eyes! Devamı

The entry lobby is very nice and leads to the promise of a nice stay, but is not to be believed. The rooms are out of date, old tv and fixtures. There was beer left in the fridge from the last guest, and the fridge was turned off making it useless to keep food cold for the first two days. The in room AC was totally ineffective, we ended up opening the […] window to cool off, not a bonus in Arizona. Spa services were unavailable with a very spotty schedule effectively making it so that no spa services were ever available at the same time. and the restaurant was only open for a small morning breakfast, no lunch or dinner. Do not plan on using any internet while staying here, no wi/fi reaching the rooms, the ethernet cable offered when we requested it, never work, and the buisness center cost nearly a dollar per minute to access. We did not use it. Overall I was unimpressed with the hotel. The common areas look nice, but the rooms need updating and services listed as available need to be made available. The hotel was located perfectly for my needs and was a good experience

The a/c didnt work, the internet connection didn't work and I when I arrived I wanted to relax with a little dinner and a drink and the restaurant was closed. I paid for two nights but only stayed for one! The place was old and worn and way over priced for what your getting!!!!

Generally a nice hotel. Great staff. It's more than a little dated and could use a major upgrade...but it's good for a night...the bed was comfy ...

i have stayed 3 times in the last 40 days and have been satisfied each time. The restaurant,bar and gift shop are closed. very close to restaurants in the area though.

needs updating and repairs in bathroom. very convenient to highway and restaurants. have stayed here many times and the staff is always very helpful.

I stayed at the Grace Inn becuase I was in Phoenix for work and it was close to the corporate office. Rooms and all public areas were very clean. Pool/hot tub was great. Continental breakfast was small but good. Beds were comfortable. Front desk staff was overly helpful and very pleasant. I would stay here again. And I recommended it to all my cowo […] rkers. Devamı

This hotel was fantastic. I stayed for two nights and it was amazing. The hotel is older, but very clean. The staff was wonderful. Very helpful when I needed to borrow an internet cable for my room. Suggested good places to go eat. Continental breakfast was good. Pool/lobby/all public areas were clean and well maintained. It's the summer season so hotel […] was not very busy. smells bad, no services, poor TV

The Grace Inn was really an enjoyable stay in Phoenix. Location, is perfect. Easy access off the interstate 10 and lots of restaurant choices nearby. Staff was extraordinary in being helpful. Rooms were not new, but for us that's not the important issue. They were very clean, the service was everything you could ask for, and they had everything that […] they advertised they had nearby. The hotel was good, but needs a little remodeling. There was a slow draining sink in the bathroom. I mentioned it to the management and they fixed it immediately. I will be staying there again this coming weekend.

We found It Close to the spots we were going to.The room was big and clean. Plenty of towels , sheets , etc.Ac took awhile to get the room cool, but it was 112 out and we faced southwest so not too bad.

Need to upgrade bed, beddings. Old and worned. Rug had several red stains. Front desk employees were friendly and helpful. Nice entry to hotel. I probably would not stay again only because I enjoy a more luxury hotel, but if you just need a place to stay for a few days it will work.

i enjoyed my stay at the grace inn. it was right near the "10" freeway so getting around was easy enough. you are close to food choices, from the mcdonalds a few feet away to a really nice cafe across the street, "Cafe Boa". you are right across from a walgreens and a hertz rental car, as well as a spa and gym (there is also a spa in the hotel). by […] no means should you think you are walking into a five-star place though. the grace inn is perfect for what it was designed to do, host and keep conferences comfortable. it has a pool, clean, spacious rooms and normal amenities. one thing is it lacking, definitely, is an in-house eatery. the "matthews" restaurant is only open two days a week for two hours in the morning. it makes for a rough morning after drinking. The Grace Inn is an older hotel, but for all that it is very clean and comfortable. The lobby was attractive and the room pleasant. The only downside I really experienced was a terribly noisy A/C unit that never shut off... if you are sensitive to noises, it could be distracting. Rooms had very good high-speed internet, I only had to ask at the desk […] for an ethernet cable to plug into the wall. The bed was comfortable, bathroom very clean and bright. this is not a 3 star hotel. i was very disappointed.

This hotel doesn't have wireless internet in the rooms (which is disappointing) but I have to say, they have some of the best service I have had at a hotel. They did everything they could to accommodate my needs! For that I would recommend this hotel.

The staff was very friendly and helpful with any question we had. The hotel definitely needs to be updated. It has furnishings that appear to be from the 70's. The bathtub did not drain good and was very slow. The hotel was convenient and close to everything we wanted to do in Phoenix/Tempe and that was very cool! The room was clean. The location is right off the 10 freeway. No traffic noise. The hall noise was loud at night.The pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable. The bed was a double no frills bed which suprised us since most hotels have either King or 2 Queen size beds. The shower was almost like showering under a spray bottle.

I stayed at the Grace Inn in Phoenix for 4 nights. It was a pleasant experience and the room was large and clean. I was informed the 3rd night of my stay that the water would be turned off for approximately 3 hours the next morning. When I returned to my room late the last night of my stay, the water was on but the hot water was not working. When I […] got up the next morning the hot water was still not working. I was unable to use the shower. I left my name, room number and complaint with the early morning attendant. The attendant said that there was 1 other customer who noticed the same problem. He told me to call the manager later when he would be in. I have since tried leaving messages for the manager, but he has not returned my calls. Devamı

Good hotel for the price. We stayed 1 night and it was a comfortable stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The room and hotel needs an update but it does it's job. The area is good, close to the freeway and fast food restaurants.

Check in was super fast, they let us check in an hour earlier than the standard time, and the room was just fine for what we wanted it for.............to sleep, shower, & shave! :-) Great price during the Thanksgiving Holiday as well, and the location was perfect....as our Thanksgiving dinner was being held at Grandma's house, only 3 blocks away, on […] the Ahwatukee County Club's 11th hole fairway. Always very courteous. Room actually had a bar next to stool and one in tub/shower. Good for someone needing assistance. Grout, in shower, needed attention. Nice having a continential breakfast available on weekdays.

I would not recommend this property.

Needs a face lift but room was large and clean and staff was friendly. No restaurant and bar was only open one of 3 nights I was there so if expecting full service it is not!
