Hampton Inn Buffalo South I90 - West Seneca

We were very pleased with our stay & the friendliness of the staff. The breakfast was delicious & the hostess was there attending to every detail. The on & off ramps were very convenient ( the exit # is 55 not 5 as the hotel says). We WILL stay there again & would highly recommend it.

Hotel was in a good location - close to the highways and close to shopping. Breakfast was good, considering there were so many kids there whose parents didn't mind them running around, throwing food and yelling. I would stay again, hopefully there would be a lot less kids.

The hotel was fine, but the breakfast leaves a lot to be desired.

The only down side is I wish they had more rooms that had microwaves and Mini refrigerators. I stayed at this location 3 times, each time no micros and fridges available.

This was the best hotel I have stayed at in the past year. The room was nice, the staff were pleasant and the complimentary breakfast was wonderful. Coffe, tea, hot chocolate were available 24/7 and a snack was even provided in the afternoon at least during the weekend. I have not stayed mid-week yet.The only faults were no room darkening curtain on […] the window( we were on the second floor) and a limited selection of television channels. But overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel and am planning on staying again in the future when in the Buffalo area. Devamı

We we satisfied with every other possible thing besides the bed. We found they were too soft and "cushiony" it didn't provide for a good night's rest. Everything thing else was 5 out of 5, breakfast, service, staff friendliness, free coffee/tea etc. I will definitely visit this hotel again, next time however i will request a firmer bed (if possible […] ) Devamı

We recently stayed at this hotel and it was a great experience. From having the breakfast buffet to cookies/snacks and coffee at your service and most of all, friendly staff who were there to help you and answer any questions you had. This hotel is great for families and or a couple staying for the weekend. I highly recommend this hotel!

Hotel was very nice. My only complaint was the elevator.. Felt veryy unsafe!!

When we were down stairs for breakfast, my wife forgot her purse on the back of a chair. We were at the elevator and the young lady working the Buffet ran to catch up with us and return the purse. We were in shock that she left it considering the cash and credit cards inside, but I can't say enough about the character of this lady. We also found the […] hot tub and pool area to be excellent. The room was warm as was the water in both the pool and hot tub. Nothing worse than going into a cold room and then you freeze in the water. We had a great experience. Devamı

My family and I had booked three rooms for the Thanksgiving long weekend. We were pleasantly surprised. The staff were great and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was sufficient in that it was more than just a continental breakfast. Another wonderful surprise is that they put out snacks in the lobby after 6 p.m. There were cheese, […] crackers, soup, sausages, fruit, coffee, tea etc. The kids (and adults) loved it!!! We had wonderful service at this hotel, very clean rooms and staff were cheerful and extremely accommodating. My wife lost her gold bracelet and let the evening staff know, upon leaving the next morning she asked whether they had found it fully expecting it was gone for good, but they had found it and handed it back to her. We had requested a rollaway bed when the reservations were made one month before travel date. We got to the hotel and no rollaway beds were available. One of us had to sleep on the floor. Very disappointing considering the price of the room!

The staff was great - very accommodating to our large group. The hotel was clean and well cared for. The breakfast was terrific.

The only complaint I have is not enough pillows. One day they only changed out the towels and did not clean the room or make the bed. But that was okay, we were there for another day and no since in wasting water to wash the sheets. We stayed there 3 days later and was satisfied. If I have a need to be in Buffalo again, I would stay here. The overall […] stay was worth the drive from the airport. At least I have the knowledge of this hotel. we had a very nice stay. only complaint was the twenty to twenty five children in the hot tub, splashing and playing with a beach ball. relaxing? no! oh by the way the maximum capacity was 8. breakfast was good and the rates were good.

FRONT DESK WAS VERY HELPFUL WITH EVERYTHING.POOL AREA WAS NICE AND CLEAN BUT I THOUGHT THE WATER TEMP COULD HAVE BEEN A LITTLE WARMER,AND THE FACT THAT YOU ARE ONLY MINUTES FROM DOWNTOWN BUFFALO WAS GREAT. WILL RECOMEND.

Would stay at this location anytime. Clean had everything we needed.

A few of us stayed here after enjoying a day at Ralph Wilson Stadium. The hotel was anything you could ask for. Front desk staff was courteous at both check in and check out. The room was clean and comfortable, and the continental breakfast was more than sufficient. Would consider staying at this hotel again when in the area.

The three rooms I reserved I inspected closely, expecting the worse. The latter happened, from the hospitable reception and fabulous 24 hr coffee bar, to the relaxing hot tub and very clean rooms. Great Hotel.

This was our first time in Buffalo. We came to go to the Sabres Hockey game and the Bills Footabll game. The staff of the hotel was very good in helping us find restaurants, parking and general directions. The hotel was the usual Hampton concept: clean, neat, efficient, good location, friendly staff.

The Hampton Inn is a chain and part of the Hilton empire apparently. The room was surprisingly spacious and very clean and the whole of the hotel looked nice and very well maintained. Internet was reliable despite the hotel being full. It is right next to the motorway (but you can't hear it) and about half an hour away from Niagara Falls by car. The […] main downside is that it is in the middle of a so-called suburban "wasteland" and more in the middle of nowhere actually, so you need your own car if you're going to be based here. Also the walls are not very thick. It wasn't much of a problem for me but it really depends on the neighbour you get. Loud TV or kids next door could spoil your stay. Devamı

Staff was excellent, price was right on. Only complaints, Beds way to soft/no support, go out to eat only have cont. breakfest/not good. windows do not open. hotel was clean.

We were very happy with our room. We have stayed in Hampton Inns in the past and they have always been good hotels. The pool and sauna were both excellent. We would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel was nice, everything worked out really well. Service was really good.
