Beautiful apartment within the hilton hotel complex. Staff were wonderful, very friendly and helpful. the complex itself has great pools, large lagoon and right on the beach plus a few restaurants and shops. its a good 10 minute walk down to the main shopping strip but back at the hotel it is pretty quiet and peaceful if thats what you want. the apartment […] was great. we had a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom with kitchen and great ocean views. it has free wi-fi, quite rare we found after travelling through the u.s. for a month with two teenagers! and the tv was fantastic, kept my sports mad son happy, plenty of espn and loads of channels. "Poor staff, small rooms"
Room was small and oddly shaped. Small couch was positioned in front of the only closet, in such a way that made the closet inaccessible. When I raised this issue with the front desk I was told repeatedly that there was NO couch in my room. I have better things to do at 11pm than to lie about the existence of a couch. No accommodations were made or […] attempted by the incompetent staff, including the manager on duty. Village setting is nice, but once you leave the property you are miles from the main strip in Waikiki. Many vagrants and drunkards in the streets. Not my idea of paradise. Devamı

Excellent facility to take a family....except a little pricey. Every thing you need on the gounds. Great staff and property.

Confirmation was for king bed and balcony: Got double bed and a window! People inline in front of us got leis and we got nothing! Beautiful place, but lousey hospitality and "fairness".

No ice in room, reserved a king but got two double beds, no lanai, no upgrades. Very average. Also stayed in the Waikiki Marriott which for same price was much nicer. Wouldn't come back again.

We found the one bedroom suites in Kalia Tower to be very comfortable and roomy. There was a functional kitchen, dining area, pull out sofabed and king size bed in the separate bedroom. We could even fit a twin size rollaway bed in the living room so my kids could have their own beds! The bed was supremely comfortable and I was able to sleep well from […] night one with no resulting hip or back pain like I get from too hard or too soft beds. The high end bath supplies were nice enough that I took along the extras to our next hotel to make sure that my hair and skin looked and smelled good! The staff was excellent - quick check in process, referral to the concierge for help and promotions, but the concierge was neither pushy nor rude when we declined her offers. Daily maid service was discreet and thorough - we left a tip each day and received a hand-written thank you each time. And finally, with all the services, shopping, and eateries located within the Hilton Complex, you would never have to leave! We spent most of our time away, but my kids would have been very happy to spend the entire vacation right there. Our only downsides were an east-facing room overlooking a parking garage, and being next to the elevator which whooshed and whistled on it's rapid ascents and descents. But we had such a good rate and these minor issues were not important enough to complain or try to uproot to another room. In fact, if we can ever pull off another trip to Oahu, I will definitely try to stay here again! Devamı
"Couldn't have asked for better!"
This property was just what I was hoping it would be and more! If you want some fun in Waikiki Beach, this location is terrific for walking around the area. It's close to so many nice shops, restaurants, a marina & 2 parks. The grounds were beautiful, we had 4 pools & a lagoon from which to choose in addition to the beach, a gorgeous ocean view, and […] many choices for food & shopping right on the hotel grounds. No Complaints! Everything was magnificent, beautiful. Great staffs, Beautiful View from the Room and the room itself was just awesome! I will definitely stay there again!

"もう一度は泊まらない"
オーナーではないのでオーナーの方にはもっとサービスされているのかもしれませんのであくまでビジターとして泊まった感想です。 このホテルのコンシェルジュは何か訪ねると「インターネットとで調べられましたか」とまず聞きます。 特にゴルフ場に関しては、「私はゴルフをしないのでよく知らない」と3人に聞いて同様の答えが返ってきました。 何を訪ねても色々調べてくれるということもありませんでした。 そして、ヒルトンの特別価格と案内された金額はネットで予約するよりも高い値段でした。 結局、JCBカウンターの方が親切で色々と調べてもくれ、アドバイスもしてくれたので、こちらを利用しました。 日本語のできるスタッフもいますが、1人の人がかなりいい加減な人で何度か誤情報を教えられました。 ハワイはこれで8度目ぐら […] いですが、従業員がこんなに挨拶をしないホテルもはじめてでした。 ハワイ島のヒルトンも泊まったことがありますが、こんなことはなくとてもイメージもよかったのでかなりがっかりです。 まぁ。２つ星ホテルぐらいに思って泊まればそれなりかもしれませんが・・・。 今回、ここ数回泊まっていたワイキキビーチタワーがとれなかったのでこちらにしましたが、また、ハワイに行くことがあってもここにだけは泊まらないと思います。 主人の仕事がもう少し忙しくなくなったら購入もいいかなぁと思っていましたが、スポットにしろ購入するにしてもやっぱりビーチタワーにすると思います。 前から、タイムシェアの購入の斡旋がすごくていい印象がないホテルでしたが、そうはいってもヒルトンだしと思って宿泊したことをかなり後悔しました。 Devamı
