Our room was very clean. The tub was large and very roomy to take a shower in. Great value. I would definitely stay here again!

Beds were awfull, first time i didnt get any sleep at a Hilton Garden Inn. I was ready to get back home after two nights of no sleep. It took the first two hours for my back to quit hurting. This is my first bad review i have written about , sorry.

we spent two days at Hilton Garden Inn . Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was spaceous and clean. The bedding was not up to Hilton quality, bed was not very comfortable and the linens were rough and scratchy. There was an American Doll party and it took forever to get a table for the breakfast buffet . Which would not have been so bad had the […] parents supervised their girls and they were eating not playing. I would recommend the hotel, just ask if there is an American Doll party going on, and if they have an upgrade on sheets. Devamı

The hotel was very nice and clean. The physical training facility was very nice, and it had the essentials for having a complete work-out, that was a major plus for me. I can't say alot about the room beside it was clean. The entire staff that I encountered from check-in to check-out was very pleasant, and profesional which to me is very key for any […] establishment to have in order to continue getting my business. Stayed here for two nights on our way to St. Simon Island, GA. Spent a day doing some Atlanta sites and really liked the location of this property. It was clean and well kept. Checked in on 4Square and got s special gift too.

Great location. Staff was extremely courteous. Pool area was fun.

The staff was wonderful, will stay here again.

This facility was close to the major highway (400) near our daughter's home in Alpharetta and was very clean and well maintained. Our stay was very pleasant and the availablilty of snacks/breakfast buffet were appreciated.

Everything was wonderful, personal, breakfest, room, excellent service

They had an excellent breakfast spread and was located near the mall and several restaurants. It was very convenient to get to and from where we wanted to go.

Overall, the hotel was fine, but we had a few minor issues. The hotel has a breakfast area in the lobby, just like hundreds of hotels in which I have stayed, fruit / cereal / yogurt / eggs in a warming tray / bacon. The difference with this one is that it costs $10.65 per person. I was shocked. After we were sitting down and eating, one of the hotel […] staff came up to us and placed two checks on the table. One for each of us. When we check in, I remember the staff member telling us about the breakfast they serve. The last sentence in her description was "and if you would like a omelet or eggs cooked a certain way, we have a cook that will make it for you, but it is not included in the cost of your room." I took that to mean that the meal was included, but not the custom made omelet or eggs. I guess it was just a mis-communication, but it still bothers me. They should have been clearer about it. When I questioned them at check out, they apologized and took the cost of the meals off of my bill. They also stated, that because we booked the hotel through Hotels.com, we got the hotel at a much cheaper rate, so we did not get “breakfast voucher coupons” like a lot of the guests we saw. We also had a minor issue with the plumbing in our room. When you flush the toilet it sprays a small amount of water out of the tank and onto the floor. I reported this to the front desk, and they said that they don't have a maintenance person on duty on the weekends, and it will have to wait until Monday. Also our Sleep Number bed could not be adjusted. It was stuck on SOFT for three days, which made for semi-restless sleep. I complained, but once again ... no maintenance man. Very impressed with check-in staff. Only complaint was the amount of light that came in through the area under the window shades, but nothing a couple of pillows could not resolve.

Very good compared to other ones in Old Milton, Haynesbridge area in Alpharetta, GA.

This hotel was wonderful. Everyone was extremely nice, the room was beautiful and close to all the dining and shopping.

The hotel room was very comfortable - I slept like a baby and had everything I needed! It was also convenient to area shopping. Overall, great hotel!

The room was great, it was in a great neighborhood. The breakfast was good, and the staff was helpful. The only small inconvenience was that the video input was disabled on the flat screen tv.

the hotel was nice .just was upset that the did not give me the room i booked. they tried to make me take a single bed room for four adults

Room was immaculate, very clean, comfortable and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Only one slight problem, shower needs obviously new shower head, no pressure, bad dripping all around the head of shower, tub pressure was perfect, so just needed a new shower head.

We have stayed here many times and it is always clean and the staff are very helpful. A great hotel for the money.

I checked in on Saturday 8/1. Room was nice, but there was hair on the sheets and snack chip crumbs on the carpeting. I addressed it at the front desk, and they resolved it immediately by Housekeeping coming in changing the sheets and vacuuming the floor. I was comfortable, stayed in that room, flipped my laptop open and began working. However, the […] night Manager, Raymond, was on duty and remembered that I had booked that same hotel once before. I had addressed several issues while I was there. His team decided to move me around 4 different rooms – rather than resolve the issues. Not good. With that in mind – get a load of this… I get a knock on the door – the night of my 8/1 reservation. Remember -- as I have already said…things are good, housekeeping has already fixed “hair and snack-chip” problem, and I am comfortably working on my laptop. So the Manager stands at my door and furiously states – “ I remembered you had several issues the last time you were here, …nothing made you happy…and I don’t want you back…We couldn’t sell those rooms because of you, …I’ll get your money so you can leave..” I was appalled! And felt harassed when he continued to knock on my door throughout the evening. I don’t know whether knocked to give me updates, or just what. But I was on a Business call could not get up right away. The professional thing to do would have been to simply phone me at my room extension. My previous stay, evidently aggravated the night Manager, Raymond, because, the first room(324) was musty, the second room (229)bath tub was dirty, the third room (212)closets were not on track, and the fourth room(208) AIR was not working. Rather than fix the issues, he chose to insult the customer. – Unacceptable! What kind of Business etiquette is that when talking to a PAYING customer? Customer service is not in his vocabulary. And Hilton standards of excellence are not well reflected by this Manager, Raymond, at Hilton Garden Inn – North Point. NOTE: I have contacted Hilto Devamı

This is a great hotel. Very comfortable room, at a fantastic price!

My husband and I were looking for a good room for a low rate and what we got was so much more. While I was disappointed the hotel didn't offer a free breakfast the breakfast they did offer was wonderful and the price wasn't too bad. Overall for what you got the price was competitive to other resturants and the quality of the food was as good and superior. […] The room was very clean and comfortable, much larger than I expected and the air was controlled by a thermostat which helped keep the room at a pleasant temperature without constantly turning the air up and down. The bathroom was very nice and a fair size. The shower was big with a flaired out curtain rod which gave you even more room. We didn't get a chance to work out in the fitness area but it seemed nice when we checked it out on the first day. The business center made our day when we had to purchase and print off tickets for an event in the area. The next time we are in the area we will stay here again, and I was so impressed with the Hilton Gardens that I am open to staying at this chain in other locations. Devamı
