We just needed a night away but not far away. We hot a suite. Room was nice we never asked for anything though I'm sure if we did they would have helped us. Jacuzzi tub was nice but I always think those could be cleaner. Complimentary breakfast was gross. Small TV but lots of channel choices.

Totally clean hotel and room with no apparant wear and tear anywhere. Very friendly staff. The bed was very very comfortable, and the warm shower had great water pressure which was quite important to me after a hard day's work. Location was fine for Algonquin, IL, as well as the fresh breakfast in the morning. It was a great experience.

It was great we were in town all day and got back to the hotel after 10:00 pm and the girl at the front desk still let us det in the hot tub. That was a great way to end a awsome day in down town Chiciago. Thank you very much.

I have stayed at this hotel twice. Both times the staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. It is convenient to plenty of shopping at dining.

Hotel rooms are a little "dated". Everything worked fine and the rooms were quiet.

I really like the service and overall friendly attitutes of the entire staff, the complimentary paper in the morning is great! Morning, breakfast "AWESOME"....the right way to start the day!!!! I will recommend and stay here from now on.

The lobby and breakfast area were updated and lovely. Many choices were available for breakfast, and everything was fresh and at the correct temperature, even though we were among the last to eat. This motel demands a credit card even though room is already paid for,they put a charge on the card 25% of total bill. Fri night was very noisy Slamming doors non stop,yelling in the hall,running up and down halls,all of this was non-stop,got very little rest. Hotel was located by many shops and food places. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I got a room with a whirlpool and it was a total waste of money. It was really dirty. Other than the dirty whirlpool it was a nice hotel. Oh and maybe a little over priced.

Overall, my experience was good. The front desk staff were especially helpful and understanding due to an unforseen situation during my stay. Very pleasing and overall a very nice stay.

Friendly staff that made us feel welcome. The pool was a little on the green side, but other than that was a nice stay. Close to EVERYTHING. I would stay there again.

I stayed here for two nights while attending a conference. Very comfortable hotel, and each individual staff member was professional, friendly, courteous, and very helpful when I called upon them. There are very nice restaurants nearby, and I enjoyed a couple of brisk walks around this neighborhood adjacent to a variety of retail stores.

The staff was pleasant, the location convenient, and the bed was nice. However, the walls are paper thin, so bring ear plugs with you. The doors heading into the hallway don't seal properly, so you can hear everything that's happening in the halls in painful detail. Nice place. For some reason we got a handicap room which was fine. The breakfast was impressive with a lot to choose from. I would definitely stay there again should I be in the area. It wasn't the "Ritz" but it was a nice well kept place.

Overall the hotel was nice - it is almost done being remodeled. The breakfast was wonderful, the décor was modern and the location was convenient. The hotel had a new feeling to it which was very nice. It was also very clean. There were just a few things we found odd. Not horrible, just not what you expect There were no clocks in the room. The Blackout […] curtains - actually all the curtains - do not close all the way. The way they added the pulley to close the curtains left about a 5 inch gap. I like the room dark when I sleep so this was annoying. Also, you had to make sure you got dressed in the bathroom and not in front of the “open” curtains. There were two phones in the room – one did not work. There was an ironing board in the room, but no iron. There was not a fridge in the room – we had a baby with us, so we had to get ice several times to keep the bottles cold. There was not a working ice machine on our floor. We asked for a late checkout (2:00) and we were hold we had to sign up as a preferred customer in order to get this. Not a big deal, just a little hassle. None of these things made the stay terrible, but you when you add up all the little things, it made the stay more inconvenient than I would have liked Devamı

Due to the activities of my daughter, I will be staying at this hotel 2 more times until May. I do wish, however, that the room had a foot stool. I needed to have my feet up due to a health condition, and sometimes, I was uncomfortable. But, overall, that is not going to change my mind about booking again. Nice well maintained facility, comfortable beds. Good location for visiting family in the area. One of the few hotels off Randal Road. Breakfast buffet was good with decent selection of cereal, eggs, juice, and sweets. No refrigerator or microwave in standard room, only in the suites. The HIE was what one would expect for a commuter inn. The grounds and building were mainstream - clean and orderly. Think of a Howard Johnson's if you are of a certain age - i.e., grew up in the 60s and 70s. One can hear the people next door - voices are muffled, but you can hear them. Also, I can vouch that the plumbing works in every room. As for […] the breakfasts, don't expect bacon and eggs as pictured on the website. Settle for biscuits and gravy if you crave a hot meal. Our stay was good except for lots of noise in the hallways when we were trying to get to sleep. Someone was allowing their 4 children to run up and down the hall playing, yelling, and bumping the doors while he slept on the couch in the lobby. The trash containers at the entrance were overflowing onto the ground and the employees coming to work in the […] morning walked right by them. Otherwise, we had a good stay.
