The hotel was nice. Better than I had expected. However it was a long way from central Rome. On their site it said that they had a shuttle to take you into town. They did not. We spent a lot on cab fares. Otherwise it was good.

My two children and I were in Rome in January and stayed at Pineta Palace. The first thing they did when we arrived were drawing on a map where the hotel was, where the closest bus stop was, metro and sightings. They were very friendly and told us everything we needed to know. Breakfast is included but it could have been better. Fruit was from cans, […] scrambled eggs were a bit wet and bacon wasn't fried totally, but the selection was okay for the price. The restaurant didn't open until 7pm and that isn't the best when traveling with children; maybe they could have a family hour from 5pm to 7pm and then for everyone else after 7pm? The staff was helpful and friendly and spoke good english.The room was not quite up to date and really noisy. I liked the fact tahat the hotel was quite far away from the attractions, so we got to experience the real Rome. Easy to get to by bus and train. Breakfast was nice, but not quite 4star

We were driving so needed a hotel with parking. Standard room required a E10 additional charge as did internet service. Room was clean, shuttle was convenient, breakfast was on par with others. Over all 2.5 stars

The room was very clean, the restaurant was just so so a little expensive for the quality. Even-though the hotel was not in town we had very good shuttle bosses from the hotel. I would stay there again.

We had a horrible stay in Hotel Pineta. The staffs are very rude and the location very far from the city. It is hard to locate as the hotel is not even on the highway, you have to go left and right after you go down the bus. When we called up the reception to ask where is the hotel, he was so rude in giving the direction. They are not welcoming at all. […] They have shuttle bus which cost Eur 3 two ways. And their rule is that the fare paid is only going and coming. Why I said this is because, we left the hotel by their shuttle and came back by bus, then we waited 7:30 pm to ride the shuttle bus again to go to the city, but the receptionist informed us rudely that it is not the way and she asked me from where did I get that information! I'm just trying my luck hello! Easy on me! They have 2 times service in the morning and 2 at night. And most of the time they are not coming at night so basically you are paying double of what you should be paying in public transport, they dont even put you down to the city proper itself! If you dont have metrobus ticket, you are so unfortunate because you have to take a cab or walk and find another hotel that sells the metrobus ticket. The hotel usually have it but they don't keep enough for their guest. They even dont offer any help to their guests,like calling a cab for them or trying to find out where is the nearest store that sells them. By the way, cabs are very rare to be found in that part of ROME! The breakfast closes at 9am! The safe that we had run out of battery! There is nothing near to the hotel, so if you get hungry, tough luck! Their bar and resto close ar 11 pm. So I really don't recommend the hotel if you are coming to visit Rome. Devamı

The hotel was simple, but clean. The staff was friendly and helpufl. The hotel was 20 minutes by bus of the Vatican City

Everything was great, specially the breakfast the only thing is the location it is very far from DT but they do have a shuttle that drops you off and picks you up at 8pm the last pick up is at 8 pm so it doesn't let you enjoy Rome at night. The Front desk guy was rude when I ask him to break a 50Euro bill complaining to his coworker in Italian, little […] did he know I spoke Italian!!! Devamı

situated in outer ring of city, pineta offers a shuttle service for a low fee to the vatican city from where one can go on hop on-hop off buses or cabs to specific poiunts and includes return ride. staff is friendly but beds are not to american tastes (futon like) i had no problem but for my elderly mom they were to hard.

This hotel was clean, it was maintained, but it just wasn't what I expect from a 4 star hotel. It was a great deal, and I would stay again, but I would be ready this time for a 2.5-3 star stay. The hotel is located in a remote area. In order to reach the metro station you have to walk to the bus station approximately 300 m and then take the bus for a few stops to reach the metro station. From there you are alright Hotel was far from being 4 stars but I would say 3 stars

Overall, this hotel was ok. I have traveled around Europe a lot, so I new not to expect much. The room was spacious enough, and did have a balcony. The bathroom was very small. Women will find it difficult to shave in th shower as there really isn't room to bend over. The room and bathroom were clean. This hotel is very loud! You will be able to hear […] tv's and voices from all rooms around you. I wasn't able to sleep without ear plugs, this this was in Nov/Dec when it's not that busy. The location isn't great and is outside of the city. There isn't really anything in walking distance of the hotel. However, there is a bus nearby that will bring you to the metro station, and in the city center within 45 min for one EURO. For the price, it wasn't bad, but not good. Good service, good breakfast, good dinner menu with good food. A little off the beaten path but well worth the price. Avg.35 Euro from center of Rome to hotel.

The hotel was nice but very far from the attractions in Rome. The taxi driver couldn't find it! It's on the other side of the river. Also they turned off the AC by 11:00PM, not very comfortable to sleep with out AC in the summer.When we called the front desk to find out why, they said it's a european law. Hotel appena fuori dal centro storico di Roma, servito bene dalle linee degli autobus, in un quartiere silenzioso.

Det fungerar om du har bil, men det är långt även till kommunikationer, och ont om både restauranger och mataffärer i närheten. De anställda var dock trevliga.

l'ingresso dell'hotel e la sala colazione ottime con un ricco buffet ma le camere decisamete scadenti e ambiente molto rumoroso. E' considerato un 4 stelle ma arriva a malapena a 2!

Een aangenaam hotel in een rustig gelegen buurt. Niet meteen in het centrum van Rome, maar vlot bereikbaar met bus en metro. Te voet ben je op een half uurtje aan het Vaticaan. Personeel in het hotel was zeer vriendelijk en sprak vlot engels en duits, naast italiaans natuurlijk. Antes de tudo é preciso dizer que viajei com minha filha, com a proposta de uma viagem econômica. Com essa premissa, o Hotel tem excelente custo-benefício. É confortável e oferece comodidades. Todavia, é um pouco afastado dos pontos de atração. Ett relativt billigt hotel. Men kommer under min nästa vistelse bo någon annan stanna. Tyckte inte att hotellet levde upp till sinna 4 stjärnor. Upplevdes lite slitet.

De taler fremragende engelsk i receptionen, og det første de gjorde da vi kom, var at give os et kort og tegne de busser på vi kunne tage ind til metroen. Meget nemt. Desværre skal man tage en bus og derefter en metro hver gang man skal videre, men det tager højst en halv time for transport, og det vænner man sig hurtigt til. Zimmer wurde jeden Tag für eine Woche jeden Tag gründlich geputzt, Handtücher gewechselt. Jeden Morgen gutes Frühstück, große Auswahl, man ist fit für all die Besichtigungen. Hotel war nur ein bisschen weit vom Zentrum, aber es gibt gute Bus-Verbindung (49) bis zum Engelsburg in 15 min! Alles in einem unsere Woche war ein Traum :)

100 til 200 m fra hotellet er der busforbindelser til Battistina og Concordia metro st. og ca. 7-8 min. gang mod nord ad via Pinatta ligger regionaltogs stationen, så man kan være inde i midtbyen på under en halv time. Køb et 3 dages kort til 11 euro eller et 7 dages kort til 16 euro til metro, regionaltog, bus og sporvogn indenfor zone A, og du kommer […] vidt omkring, bl.a til Ostia antik og lido. Devamı

Ho pernottato in albergo con un mio familiare per assistere mio figlio ricoverato in Ospedale a Roma. Desidero segnalare la grande professionalità e disponibilità del personale tutto, sia alla reception, sia alla sala colazione. L'albergo è in periferia, ma comodo da raggiungere in auto o con la navetta gratuita per il centro. La struttura mostra i […] segni del tempo e forse necessiterebbe in qualche punto di una ristrutturazione, ma i servizi restano da 4 stelle e forse anche questo permette di avere un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. El hotel me pareció bien por el precio. la habitación era comoda y limpia tenia todo lo necesario para pasarlo bien. No era lujosa pero no era lo que buscabamos ni queriamos pagar. Lo malo es que no es céntrica. Pero puedes llegar en taxi o tomar un bus y caminar unos 10 minutos. El trato fue bueno y el desayuno tamblen. Por lo que consigues por el […] precio vale la pena. Sauberes und schönes Hotel. Etwas außerhalb des Zentrums gelegen, aber dank Shuttleservice und nahegelegener Bushaltestelle ist das Zentrum gut erreichbar. Großes Frühstücksbuffet. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis völlig in Ordnung. Immer wieder gern.

Hotellet var rigtig lækkert, og receptionisterne var alle dygtige til engelsk og utrolig hjælpsomme, smilende og det samme gælder for hotellets øvrige personale, dog er de medarbejdere i restauranten ikke helt så gode til engelsk, men de gør et forsøg og er smilende! værelset blev gjordt rent hver dag, med nye håndklæder og sengetøj. desværre ligger […] det et godt stykke fra centrum, der er ca 100 m til nærmeste busstop, men der står ikke tidspunkter for hvornår bussen kører, så spørg i receptionen, og få evt den internetside hvor man kan tjekke bustiderne! :) men alt i alt et virkelig dejligt hotel, bare lidt synd det ligger i udkandten af byen!! :o) Devamı

I can not recommend this hotel. The bathroom was like a swimming pool after each shower, the breakfast was tasteless, the room needs totaly renovation, the staff was ok but not really service minded. Do not stay where it is not a 4star hotel.

Veldig fint hotell. Fikk utrolig bra service, betjeningen var hjelpsomme, snakket bra engelsk og hjalp oss med det meste. Fin frokost. Helt grei beliggenhet et lite stykke utenfor sentrum men bare noen minutter med buss. Mye for pengene! Kommer til å bruke dette hotellet igjen hvis jeg skal til Roma flere ganger.

Le personnel de la réception devrait faire des efforts dans l'accueil des clients. En plus, ils manquent de sérieux et de rigueur professionnelle. Ils ne respectent pas les closes des réservations en ligne.

Service was not good. Delocated from centre Rome. No free internet.

Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. L'hotel è un 4 stelle vecchio , ma mantiene un sufficiente standard di pulizia. Colazione abbastanza ricca , personale gentile e garage (a pagamento) lo fanno apprezzare ad una clientela ampia.

Hotel redelijk. Te ver van het centrum. Shuttlebus, handig maar ophaal tijden lastig.

Hverken køkkenpersonale eller reception snakkede ordentligt engelsk. Dårligt fitness-center med 6 maskiner.... vi betalte ekstra for et altan med udsigt, og fik en altan med ulidelig larm fra et køleanlæg. Ligger tæt på buslinjer til metroen.

L'Hotel è davvero fantastico, a 5 minuti di autobus dalla fermata della metro linea A, ed a circa 30 minuti di autobus dallo stadio olimpico.

Selve hotellet var ganske udmærket, men det lå lidt for langt fra metroen og dermed byens seværdigheder!
