otel çok güzel, herşey oda, temizlik ve banyolar çok güzeldi. ama odaya check in yaptıktan sonra 2 kez aynı kadın gelip havlu sordu. aynı odaya 2 kez ve yeni giriş yaptıktan sonra olunca ürküttü. birde otoparkı çok pahalı. 1 gecesi 38 dolar. LA de en iyi otelde gecesi 20 dolardı. şaşırdım. ama bunların dışında çok güzel ve rahat bir otel.

First thing that comes to mind is that the hotel is very close to the airport. The rooms are quite clean, no ant infestation or anything. The only problem was the breakfast. You are hereby advised and warned not to expect too much from the breakfast. But all in all, you can't beat the location or the price if you'll be staying for one night or two.

A.B.D.'de 15 gün içinde 4 ayrı otelde kaldım. En düşük fiyatlı Miami Hyatt Regency kesinlikle en iyisi idi

Key Biscayne is accessible via the Rickenbacker Causeway and by boat. Visitors can dock at the Key Biscayne Yacht Club, which hosts races and regattas. Aside from pristine beaches, Crandon Park and Bill Baggs Cape Florida State Park feature tropical flora and fauna. The state park’s lighthouse is the county’s oldest standing structure. The Miami Seaquarium is north of Key Biscayne on Virginia Key.

THe hotel was nice but it was too far away from everything. The breakfast was really good but other than that, there wasn't any other restaurant in the hotel to have a good meal.

Mattress was soft, plus added feather bed. Excellent staff at pool. Nice grounds, great spa and location. Front desk had problems producing a receipt for incidentals, have yet to receive one by email/mail. (called 3 times, emailed once) This is not what I expected from the Ritz Carlton.
Loved this hotel! The grounds and room were spotless. We went during a holiday weekend and the hotel was not too crowded and we were close enough to South Beach / Downtown area that we could drive in and go out at night but we were able to relax during the day without having to deal with the crowds. Only complaint -- drinks were VERY expensive.
"Best out of busy hotel to stay in."
This hotel is away from the tourists filled beaches. It has its own private beach area with kayaks, paddleboats, etc. If you are looking for a more quiet atmosphere this is a great location! Two seperate pools, champagne upon arrival, etc. There are restaurants a short minute or two drive and stores.

Great staff, great food, beautiful location. Highly recommend club level, esp if travelling with kids. Dune Burger bar really IS worth the approx $20-$22 price for a burger-Wish it was open for dinner too! Would have enjoyed live music in the bar or pool area, and in summer lacks any late night entertainment, but overall a wonderful, hotel with fantastic […] service as well as a casual warm vibe. Love staying at the Ritz. The club level was a great convienience and luxury. Tennis was great and proximity to South Beach and downtown Miami was wonderful. Highly recommend. Quite, Peaceful, Beautiful yet convieient to the decadance of South Beach.

Lovely property. Great if you just want a place to get away and not leave the hotel pleanty to do. Also, located in an area where you can leave the hotel and do other activities. I only had 2 problems with this hotel. 1) They don't offer courtesy shuttle to and from their location. 2) You have to pay for internet service. Otherwise I give this hotel […] a two thumbs up! we had a small balcony that you can only stand in. We asked for the one we can sit in but there were none available. We paid too much for the room given the room location. The bathroom door lock was broke and the door kept going out of track. also, eventhough the hotel is on the beach, we have to pay extra $50 to use the cabinas at the hotel beach. Very nice hotel with all of the surroundings of the tropics. Beach was nice as the pools. Very helpful staff and were ready for us when we needed something. Great for the family or to stay without the kids. Town is great and great places to eat if you look for them.

Nice hotel and grounds. The food was excellent but expensive, though that is what you'd expect at the Ritz. There were no umbrellas on the beach so you couldn't get out of the sun. Had there been umbrellas we would have spent our days on the beach - the water was perfect with a soft sandy bottom. But, to get some shade, we spent most of our time by […] the adult pool which was nice and had great service. Warning: the umbrellas don't completely block UV rays - I got burnt even though I spent the entire morning in the shade of the poolside umbrella. I was very disappointed with this hotel. My balcony overlooked a building rooftop with drain, and the furnishings were quite shabby. I'm sure some of the rooms are nicer, but I was quite disappointed with mine. You can't expect a Ritz experience with the less expensive packages.

It's the Ritz! Of course it's nice! Smallish rooms, but all very nice. Service impeccable. But remember, it's the Ritz, so you PAY for it. Everything costs an arm and a leg. I guess if you are prepared to pay the high cost of the room, be prepared to pay high dollar for everything else you need at the property. We were there on a trip paid for by a […] vendor, this was a room for our babysitter we brought along, so we had no car, just took car service from the airport. This left us reliant on eating meals, getting bottled water and sodas from the hotel. Three people eating hamburgers and iced tea at the restaurant by the pool was $100 with tip. Half liter of bottled water $4 in the gift shop. All in all, it's worth it, just make sure you are prepared and wouldn't rather spend the money elsewhere. For the price, I really think you could find better places to eat. The food was good, but not great. Hotel is fantastic, though. I'd stay there again, but eat elsewhere. Devamı

"Great local getaway"
We live in the Miami area, but not on the beach. Summer rates make the Ritz Carlton Key Biscayne more affordable, and we took advantage for our anniversary weekend. The room was beautiful and very comfortable, although we didn't have a great view (looked out over a roof, but we could see the ocean if we leaned out a bit). Guess you can't be too picky […] in the cheapest room. The staff was very solicitous (unusually so, for the Miami area) and friendly. The beach and pools were lovely. We especially enjoyed the quiet adult pool. We also enjoyed dining at Cantina Beach (Mexican, right on the beach) and Cioppino (Italian, great view from the patio). "Great hotel if you want to be pampered"
My wife and I spent 5 days and nights at this hotel, and we were well pampered by the staff. We reserved a suite with an ocean view. It didn't face the ocean front directly because the room was situated in one of the side wings of the hotel. But, it still had a nice view of the ocean. The room and bed were very comfortable, and with two housekeeping […] services per day, it stayed neat and clean. The restaurants in the hotel are great but pricey. Each bill comes with an automatic 18% gratuity added. The beach is clean and feels secluded because there are public beaches in a nearby state park and Miami Beach where most of the people go. The water is clear and warm. The pools are also a great place to relax and tan. Staff will provide you with an umbrella on the beach (for a fee) and will take your drink orders at the beach and poolside. The breakfast buffet at Cioppinno's is fantastic and a great deal if you're a big breakfast eater. There are also a few good restaurants near the hotel in Key Biscayne, but most open for dinner at 6 PM. Other than the state park, there is little else to see in Key Biscayne. The city of Miami and Miami Beach offer more sightseeing opportunities. Devamı

Great for a relaxing break. Not ideal if you want to spend your time tripping about Miami and South Beach - then stay there but a beautiful resort where everything is onsite for a relaxing time

we stayed in the OCeanview suite. IT was great just the Beach is not the nicest....very small and nothing compared to the south beach.. 30 Dollars for valet I don#t knoe

Workers friendly and helpful. Beach attendants not as helpful as those at the pool and in the hotel. Was given a late check out. Resort very clean and made for another fantastic Ritz Carlton vacation!

"Family relaxation that is hard to find better"
Stayed with my family. With its excellent location – away from Miami – right at the beach, and friendly and service minded staff made our 6 days stay – on a US East coast trip - an enjoyable and realizing vacation experience. My kids (between 9 and 11) voted this their favorite. I can only highly recommend this Hotel, – we will go back.

"Fantastisk hotell i fantastiske omgivelser"
Vi hadde 2 netter i en oceanview suite. Da vi kom til hotellet var det en regnskyll, og vi ble møtt av parkeringshjelper som tok seg av parkeringen, hjelpere som tok seg av bagasjen, og ble galant ledet inn i resepsjonen. Rommet var av meget høy standard, og alle små detaljer var på plass (Noter: Bvlgari såper etc). Vi giftet oss, og holdt et lite […] privat selskap på vår suite, med 5-retters middag fra hotellets italienske resturant, som er kjent som en av USA´s 10 beste resturanter. Et nydelig og uforglemmelig måltid med privat servitør. Det beste hotelloppholdet jeg noen sinne har hatt. De har virkelig redefinert ordet service for min del. jeg kommer gjerne tilbake! Devamı
