If you are a smoker, this is the hotel for you. If you are not a smoker and you don't like the smell, then don't stay here. I complained to front desk that someone was smoking in their room. My room was a non-smoking room, and was suppose to be on a non-smoking floor. The front desk told me she didn't have time to check to see if anyone was smoking […] in their room. Most reputible hotels would check and then fine them $200 for smoking in a non-smoking room. Otherwise what's the point if having a non-smoking preference. Will never stay here again!! Devamı

Parking around back, in garage only, smelling of urine, road past hotel is a one-way, roads not convenient, old style TV and bed cover. Was not bad really, just adequate.

We are from Upstate NY visiting friends in the White Plains area. The hotel was great because we had enough room to have our friends stop by for a few before dinner drinks. Even on Valentine's Day weekend the hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. The price is great for the size of the room.

Nice and clean Hotel hidden in Elmsford

Room was filthy as was the hotel overall. I found insects on one of the pillows in my room. The hotel appeared to lack proper maintenance to keep up any beauty. The staff was somewhat helpful but did not go the extra mile when it came to service. I had checked out of that hotel approximately under 30 minutes after checking in.

Only two blocks from work site, so very easy for me to travel. Easy to get on & off hwy. 287. Average room, some minor maintenance issues but clean & quiet while I was there. Hampton Inn right behind this hotel & Marriott one block away if you want a more from the amenities side. No lounge or restaurant, breakfast or food served. A local restaurant […] was kind enough to bring by several large servings of pasta dishes they make that hotel guests could partake if they wished. Not fancy, but for a work trip was just right. Bed had very hard mattress and it was advertised as having a workout room. There were onl;y 3 machines, which is not really a gym as it was advertised. However hotel staff were courteous and it was a pleasant experience

There was hair on a drinking glass in the cupboard. A hand towel showed a stain due to poor laundering. The shower had low water pressure from a crummy head. The coffee pot was dirty. I couldn't wait to get out of there.

I stayed two nights at Extended Stay America White Plains. Needed to be close to Tarrytown and White Plains. Location was fine for that. there was covered parking which was great because this was the weekend we got the big snow storm. Check in was uneventful. Staff were pleasant enough. Room was comfortable. Kitchen area was clean and convenient. Bed […] was comfortable. Bathroom clean and spacious. Linens were OK. Satellite TV was out which was annoying but that wasn't the hotel's fault. I would stay again Devamı

No internet and no TV for 3 nights and would not offer any compensation.

It's convenient for long term stay because of the kitchenette. The sheets had very poor quality and were uncomfortable.

This place is disgusting. I've staying in some bad places this is a close first. It's old, dirty and smells. Avoid it at all costs.

Having been to the hotel for a brief stay, I still found the suite very helpful having a kitchen. It's so much better than making coffee in the bathroom or on a tabletop, nightstand or other furniture in a room using a Styrofoam cup. You can stay at more fancy rooms for more money but the kitchen convenience tops a better picture on the wall.

check-in took literally 5 minutes. everything was properly situated upon our arrival... friendly receptionist, everything in tack, no incidents, nice put together room, would recommend to anybody who needs a quick place to crash

The gotel is located right off I287. It is near a dinner for those late night munchies and is VERY quiet. I would recommend this location to anyone for a short stay. Staff was nice too.

As i entered my room ,although clean, the smell of curry permeated the walls and furniture.

I hated the service... i could not get them to give me the internet password... aside from check in and check out time no one was at front desk...
