Novotel Cusco - Cusco

This hotel has a lot of charm and the staff is wonderful. Make sure to plan on a little extra time for them to check you in and out. We had to take an early train, so we had breakfast at 5:00. Incredible attention, location and infraestructure

THE LOCATION NEAR PLAZA DE ARMAS IS GOOD. THE FINE OLD BUILDING IS VERY NICE. VERY GOOD SERVICE. THE ROOM WAS NICE BUT NOT ELABORATE.

Had two wonderful stays at this hotel - before and after an Inca Trail Trek. The courtyard lobby is quite pleasant, and the always-available coca tea a delight. The quality of service here is exceptional - and without hesitation the staff takes care of anything you might need during your stay in Cusco - including transport to and from the airport at […] a very reasonable cost. Rooms are clean and quiet with super-comfy bedding, and the water pressure and hot-water temperature is great!!!!! One thing to note - because of the flight schedules at Cusco airport, checkout is at 9 a.m. However, the final morning of my stay, I was given an extension until 10:30 a.m. with no problem whatsoever. Four of us stayed here in September 2011. We were very impressed with the hotel. The location is great - less than a 5 minute walk to Cusco's main square. The atrium area of the hotel is a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing. Free wifi in the rooms was also very useful. A good selection in the breakfast buffet. This is a great hotel. It's got a beautiful courtyard inside, conveniently located near the square and the staff is great. My only complaint is that the bed was "European" style and was really hard. Otherwise I would highly recommend.

Stayed here after hiking the Inca Trail - four days of roughing it but well worth the effort - and then the reward was this charming hotel. The entrance is very deciving as it doesn´t look like much from the outside but as you enter you´ll see a lovely courtyard (the hotel is built into an old mansion) with lots of light during the day and ambience […] at night. Even though the structure is old all the amenties are modern and the service is top notch. Breakfast is included and very good. Very close to the Central Plaza (two blocks) and other attractions in a safe area. Would not hesitate to recommend it. Devamı

Everything about this place was GREAT. The location, the lobby, the room, the food (including continental breakfast), the staff, and everything else. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cusco.

We had a contemporary room. It was very clean, very comfortable, and spacious. Flat screen t.v., lots of channels (English and Spanish). Bathroom was very clean. Quiet location for the hotel. The Novotel Cusco is an upscale hotel with a beautiful courtyard and modern rooms. The hotel offers great accomodations and an excellent American style breakfast buffet. The front desk staff was very helpful with calling cabs and fixing a situation with our flight out of Cusco. Located very close to the main square (2 blocks) on a quiet street for a good night's rest. Excellent facilities, very clean and comfortable. The main building is a historic landmark with spanish colonial style architecture. Staff very professional and friendly. I definitely recommend this hotel.

We came here twice, we thoroughly loved it here, quite proud of ourselves for making the right choice, our room was in the colonial section, very nice with a new bathhroom The king bed was great we used the room service a few times as with the bar no complaints, they teamed us up with Hector the tour guide who was fantastic he took us to the Sacred […] Valley for the day on a private tour all in all excellent Devamı

the staff at this hotel is outstanding.

Very nice hotel, great breakfast buffet. One of the best coffees I ve ever had. They upgraded my room without even asking! They were very helpful with restaurants in the area and making reservations and taking messages from my tour guide.

This is a great little hotel. Friendly and accommodating staff, centrally located and good breakfast which is included in your rate. They also gave us a complimentary van to the airport!

Novotel Cusco is a beautiful hotel. Set in an old monastery, it is one of the most beautiful settings for a hotel I have been in. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others. Rooms a little small but I understand this is standard in Cusco.

This is the perfect hotel. Stop looking and reserve this one. Hotel is two short blocks to Plaza de Armas which means you're close to everything. Nice big room, english tv, nice shower, comfy bed, good breakfast, good service, free transfer to airport. Free wifi and 20 minutes of free internet use on the computer in lobby. Laundy place near by.

Excelente atencion, instalaciones amplias y elegantes. El servicio de guarda de equipaje muy organizado. Desayunos con muy buenas y sabrosas opciones.

Recomendo o hotel pela localização: bem perto da Plaza de Armas, onde tudo acontece em Cusco, e pelo charme do edificio. 昔のお屋敷をホテルに改装しているらしく、気持ちの良い中庭に美しい石造りの建物で、とても快適でした。室内は清潔なフローリングだったのも、日本人には嬉しい。靴を脱いで過ごせました。 スタッフの対応も丁寧。中庭では無料のコカ茶も用意され、生演奏が聞かれるなど、優雅でした。 ひとつ残念だったのは、たまたま隣が工事中で、朝から騒音があったこと。でも、これは一時的なものだと思います。 クスコでは、軽い高山病に悩まされ、部屋で過ごす時間も長かったので、清潔で快適なホテルにしてほんとに良かったです。普段、ホテルにはお金を掛けない一人旅の私にとってはちょっぴり贅沢でしたが、それだけの価値はあったと思います。
