I was there for a business trip. The staff was extremely helpful in finding all of the places I needed to go. They printed out directions and always asked how I was each time I re entered the hotel. Country Inn & Suites in Elgin , IL is a great value. They've put great new flat screen televisions in all of the rooms and they've upgraded the quality of the sheets, to that of a much more expensive hotel. Staff was very nice too.

Nice pool/hot tub. Very clean lobby. Good breakfast. Received 10% off at the restaurant next door. Definately worth the money.

Great people and rooms. Only complaint was pool was tiny and too green for me to swim in.

We were very pleased with our stay. Our room was ready early which worked out for us because we would be arriving late. The room was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

The rooms were nice and the internet wireless was very fast but the Spa was closed for repairs. Breakfast was okay also. Not bad hotel but not anything to get exicted about.

I love this hotel!!! It's great for the price, this is the only place I'll stay in Elgin. Clean and comfy!! Try jimmys next door they have amazing food!!

Recently stayed two days at the hotel. Wonderful friendly service. Hotel is immaculately clean. The continental breakfast served each day goes above and beyond the normal danish and juice with eggs, a protein, sausage one day, ham the next, waffles, etc. Also really impressed that staff was willing both days to print out mapquest directions to get us […] around town. Greeted very graciously when we arrived around 11pm, was SO disappointed that the hot tub was closed for repairs, but no way Hotels dot Com could have told me that. Room warm, quiet, clean, all the amenities. The King size bed was particularly snuggly with a great comforter, black-out blinds kept the day light out well. Breakfast wasn't anything special. […] The usual menu items--oatmeal, cold cereal, make-your-own waffle, juices, coffee, milk , tea. Steam table of eggs, sausage and fried potatoes was cold. We later used their 10% off deal at the Chop House across the parking lot, had a great steak. Made a few requests at the front desk. Again, very gracious and helpful. Devamı

The staff was very courteous and helpful. They even provided me with paper plates to accomodate me when I purchased chinese food from a nearby carry-out restaurant. The hot breakfast was very good. The bathroom was very clean. There was no noise in the facility. The king size bed was comfortable.

I am pleased to tell everyone that this hotel is a great place to stay. Friendly staff, clean rooms, excellent hot breakfast. I can't believe they only have a 2 1/2 star rating. Definitely a 3 and should be considered a 4.

The hotel was very clean and the bed was warm and roomy. I was on the first floor close to the pool, which was nice, but you could hear the little kids running around. I would recommend this hotel because it was a very nice stay for the price, Not to mention it's right off of I-90 which makes getting around really easy. The only hotel I have ever stayed at as nice as yours was in Crystal Lake and those rooms are twice as expensive as yours. I honestly cannot think of a single negative thing about my stay.

Our room was clean and comfortable. The whirlpool was clean with nice jets. Good breakfast in the morning. Convenient to the freeway.

The family and I were really pleased with this hotel. It's clean, fairly new, REALLY comfortable beds, roomy rooms...and it's right next door to Jimmy's Charhouse, which has large and very excellent Italian/Greek food. The portions are HUMUNGOUS. Hotel and room was clean, staff were friendly. Breakfast good choices Good location to Highway 90.

The only 2 problems we had were there was a small stain on one of the blankets and the area around it was almost all under construction but everything else was wonderful the people were very helpful and nice and the room was better that what i thought it would be
