Hampton Inn & Suites - Airport - Austin

Very convenient to the airport. Very comfortable beds and clean room. Fresh coffee provided even before breakfast is put out. Very enjoyable stay. Free shuttle to/from airport. Can't beat that!!

I encountered a Very Friendly staff. This Hotel had a Clean Exterior, Room was Immaculate and Comfortable, and a Terrific City view from the 5th Floor. All the immenities of breakfast comforts, Hot tea availability and a Business center on point. I would Recommend a stay here to Anyone reading this review. Great Hotel!

Even though it was close to the airport, it was quite quite. Not too far from the city and not too far from major streets.

Great hotel!!!

If you are catching an early morning flight, this is a good hotel. Otherwise it is located on a busy intersection, noisy, and inconvenient to downtown activities.

comfortable room and a great breakfast

We thouroughly enjoyed our 3-night stay at the Hampton Inn. Perks included the airport shuttle and daily breakfast - and who doesn't appreciate when a hotel washes ALL of their bedding after EVERY guest. Would definitely stay at this (or any) Hampton Inn again!

The hotel was good enough to stay overnight. I would stay there for a week. The bathroom was too small. When we walked in the room, initially, it had a weird smell. After opening the windows for a little while, it went away.

The rooms and hotel were very clean. Staff was very nice. Wish there were a few places to eat nearby but that's not the hotel's fault. I will definitely stay here again.

The staff were extremely hospitable. It was a great rate for the hotel. I would recommend it and stay there again.

This hotel worked well for our short visit to Austin. With a good location, friendly staff, and a good room with a view we enjoyed our stay. The bed was comfy and the room spacious. No problems with anything! In addition we got a good deal on hotels.com. We'll return next time we're in Austin.

I was meeting my husband in Austin for his 2 weeks of leave from Afghanistan and this hotel was our first stop. It was close to the airport and very clean. The man who checked me in was very nice and friendly and he even had a card for my husband thanking him for his service with a Starbucks gift card in it when I went down for breakfast the next morning. […] Above and beyond service. Clean and Efficient. Staff was helpful. Reasonably priced. Very Satisified.

A nice clean property with a friendly staff. The drawback is all of the rooms on the airport side of the hotel can be noisy from around 6:30 AM on depending on which runway they are using. All four days of our stay I was woken up with departing jets from 6:30-8:00 AM. The rooms on the Ben White Blvd. side of the property would probably be nice.

The hotel was very clean and the staff friendly. The MAJOR drawback is don't stay in a room on the airport side of the hotel. The airport traffic starts at about 6:00-6:30 AM and you will hear every aircraft taking off if they are using the South runways. The other side of the hotel (Ben White Blvd. side) would probably be quite nice.

Nice clean hotel, friendly staff and great breakfast buffet.

Everything was great. The location and surrounding area was not as good as I would have liked (not close to where I needed to be and by the airport) but not the fault of Hotels.com or the hotel chain. I waited til the last minute to make reservations and it was all that was available. Thanks, Pat

We've stayed at many Hamptons (mostly due to the breakfast) and have not been dissatisfied either in the rooms, service or breakfast. The rooms are as clean as a hotel room can be, the beds are comfy and everything works.

This hotel was conviently located 5 minutes from Downtown experience. Staff was Very Friendly upon Check-In & Check-Out. Nice & Pleasant Stay. Will be returing to this hotel on my next visit to Austin.

Staff was friendly. Breakfast good. Weeknight dinners a bonus. Clean room. Easy access to airport. Just not super convenient for rest of Austin.

The quality and price of the room was excellent. Due to a last minute reservation, it was very affordable and would stay there again when another opportunity presents itself.

While the location was tricky to find with my GPS, it's only a few minutes from the airport. The staff was wonderful, professional and very helpful. Rooms were clean and well maintained. To get to downtown Austin was a 15-20 minute drive, though its only 8 miles away. What ever you do, stay off of the 35 freeway. It is a horrible mess all day, all night […] and everyday . . . including weekends. Overall experience with property was great, and I travel a lot. I would rate at a solid 4 star, not the 3 star Hotels.com gives it. Enjoy! Devamı

My stay at the hotel in Austin was very nice, bed was comfortable, people were great and the morning breakfast was good.

The staff was superb and the motel was very comfy and clean. Short distance to downtown Austin. Highly recommended. Breakfast a definite plus.

Hotel very comfortable and clean. We love the location. We will stay at the Hampton again whenever we are in Austin.

Hampton Inn, Austin is located near the airport and is easy in and out driving access. Room was very clean and I had no problem using the in-room internet connection. A continental breakfast is provided every morning.

The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was very good as well. The pricing was slightly below average compared to other hotels in the same category. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anybody

I talked to hotels.com during reservation and I told spcifically I needed 2 double bed and he said thats what he got me. But when I went to the hotel to check in, they gave me one queen size bed which I didnt want and they were even out of 2 double beds room. So we had to sleep in a very bad way. I didnt like this thing at all. Sorry but just beiing […] honest. Devamı

Nice hotel, well mantained and even though its located near Airport, its a 5 min. drive to Downtown

My friends and I stayed two nights in adjoining rooms. My room was upgraded so they could put us close together. Though they were remodeling the meal area, they made sure we were comfortable and continued with serving wonderful breakfasts and weeknight meals/drinks. The lobby has a lovely sitting area with fireplace, which we enjoyed and appreciated […] due to the cold snap. The beds were extremely comfortable. The only problem we experienced was a toilet malfunction (twice) in one of our rooms. However, maintenance responded immediately both times and the problem was fixed quickly. Friendly, helpful staff. Props to Bryant, who checked us in and Angel who checked us out. Both were very sweet and kind. I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially if you need one close to the airport. Great value. Breakfast was very good. Rooms need a little updating though clean and comfortable.

There were very few guests as it was the holiday weekend - but breakfast was very slow - they just did not seem to have the food prepared and it was a wait for most things.
