"great stay great location"
I had a very satisfactory stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, no problems with the wi-fi connection and the location was a short walk to everything I needed.

Only suggestions was to have the living area tv placed up higher on the wall or on top of something high up. it was almost sitting on the floor.

"Could be nice if parking wasn't so Terible!"
Not only do you have to ay $10 a day to park in their onsite parking deck - half the time we were there, the parking garage was full, and they were not at all organized or prepared to provide alternate parking options. We ended up having to walk 3 blocks in the pouring rain just to get to the hotel we were paying to park out. And they weren't even apologetic […] or accomodating. I will never stay here again! Devamı
"Hilton Garden Inn Charlotte Uptown"
Our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn was great. This hotel is close to everything downtown. We never moved our car from the parking garage because we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Staff was very nice and room was clean. Would stay there again......

"Charges for Everything!"
Charged for parking, charged for breakfast and they even charged for a toothbrush. Not a good deal!
"Recommended"
Parking cost $10/day. Even though it was an enclosed parking deck, I found this a little pricy. Also, I saw a complementary breakfast advertised, but there was no complimentary breakfast. VERY close to a variety of restaurants. Overall, I was satisfied, and would stay again.

The hotel is within a ten minute walk of the main part of Charlotte's Central Business District, the regional bus transit center, airport bus, etc. Our room had a wet carpet in one small area for reasons that are still a mystery. The room condition and cleanliness were fine, with great views of the city. The hotel front office staff, while friendly, […] were not always staffed right at the front desk. "Still my favourite, odd New Year Eve parking"
My husband and I stayed here last year and this year and really liked the hotel. we love the cleaniness and the family feel! The only thing that really got us this time was the un-notified new year's eve parking policy. We booked this hotel largely because it advertised in-building parking (10 USD a day). We checked in the hotel on Dec 29th and parked […] in the building. On Dec 31 when we got back from running errands we were told that the parking lot was full and we had to park in an open lot 1 block away from the hotel. We had to walk to hall everything out of the car to the room, unexpectedly. You would think there would be at least 1 parking spot in-building for each room, or did they sell the parking spots to non-guests without thinking about the already checked-in guests? It was very irritating. After we talked to the Front Desk, they waived our parking fee. However, it is really not about the money (we fully expected to pay USD 10 per day for indoor parking, as they have advertised). It is about they broke what they agreed to offer. The Frint Desk is very friendly and profesional. The hotel management needs to do a better job informing guests about their special event parking policy. Devamı

Clean and quiet. No in room movies.
"Great"
We were fortunate that we got the room at the end of the hall so it was extra big! We had a nice size sitting area that was separate from our room. We totally utilized it as we had two other couples we knew that were staying at the hotel as well. The room and hotel was very clean. The ice machine did not work on our floor which was aggravating. The […] complimentary shuttle was perfect! We used it for breakfast one day and had it take us to some night lift another night. The drivers were extremely friendly. We would definitely stay again! "See Redskins vs Panthers"
The Hotel was excellent. Nice and clean and I did not have to pay for parking for the weekend because of football. Good breakfast buffet for a goood price. I will be booking this hotel again next year to come see the Panthers.

I did not like the service at the front desk at all. they were rude and not professional at all. this was also during check out. I don't know if this is your business module, but it seems like it is.

Perfect location for our NFL weekend. NASCAR Hall of Fame and Mint Museum in walking distance. Plenty of places to eat. Easy access to Bank of America Stadium. The hotel had more guest than they could accomodate for parking. Alternate parking was provided at NO COST and it was not far from hotel.

Excellent location for downtown Charlotte. It is across the street from the NASCAR HOF. There is open area around the hotel that is nice in a metro area. The room was quite comfortable and we enjoyed the stay, just as we have in the past..

I stayed in the "King Suite Whirlpool" room. It was as nice as to be expected. Clean, etc. The thing that got me was the location -- directly beside the NASCAR HoF, a few blocks from the hockey/basketball arena, and less than a mile from Bank of America Stadium. Anything further (or even the close things, if it's raining like it was for us), and you […] can take the free shuttle. The front desk people were incredibly nice as well. Asking about our plans, etc. In fact, the day we checked out of the hotel, we went to the Panthers game and got soaked by an unexpected heavy rainstorm. On returning to the hotel, we requested, and received, towels to help us get dried off and changed. The food at the restaurant was great too. Enjoyed the meals we had there, the pasta was great and so was the breakfast, although it was a little pricey, as with most hotel restaurants. I've stayed in a lot of hotels. "Tier 2 Hilton with Tier 1 Comfort and Convenience"
After a week's stay at the downtown Hilton in Atlanta, I was concerned about a city stay in a Hilton Garden Inn in Charlotte. I should not have been. The hotel was just as well-maintained and comfortable as the flagship and offered an area shuttle that made the downtown convenient. We barely used our rental car. We also enjoyed the front-desk staff, […] who are cheerful and competent and so ready to assist with directions, suggestions, and gestures to make guests feel at home. People like Kristin and Charles are so valuable to this property! My only concern was with the neighborhood, which didn't inspire comfort. However, the hotel security did make us feel safe without being overwhelming. As far as amenities, I would have liked an in-room safe; all else was fine. This hotel will continue to be our base when we make return visits to Charlotte. Devamı

I booked without knowing exactly where in the city the hotel was located. I was pleasantly surprised to find the hotel directly next to the Nascar Hall of Fame, and within walking distance of the center. The service was very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. Clean quiet hotel with easy access to NASCAR Hall of Fame and close to highway onramps. Just a few blocks from downtown, but someone looking to be in the middle of the downtown area where the action is would be better served staying somewhere else.

It is right across the street from this humongous stadium-like building connected to a skyscraper, also known as the Nascar Hall-of-Fame... Thats the main attraction there and there is pretty much nothing else to look at if your on the other side of the building... I think they should advertise this fact in their site. We had tried everything to get a room in the Westin hotel because my wife's sister flew in from San Diago for a two day meeting. Her company payed for the hotel. I am a retired military, 70 years old, belong to AARP and AAA. We could not afford the $279.00 After we arrived at the Hilton Garden Inn, We had better service, more amenities than my wife's […] sister had at that expensive hotel. We do not travel much, but, should we ever go anywhere from now on, it will be at one of your fine hotels. Thank you so much for making my wife and I feel so relaxed and comfortable. Devamı
"perfect location"
This hotel was located in the area I needed, the price was excellent. The room was very comfortable. The breakfast was just awesome, I enjoyed my stay and looking forward to going back there again
"OK Uptown Hotel"
Me and my husband stayed just one night but found the bed to be a little uncomfortable. I didn't like the fact that apparently some maintenance was going on becasue it was very noisy. Overall it was an OK hotel. The staff was very polite and helpful and the restaurant was great. Would stay again as long as no maintenance is being done.

"Great hotel at a very reasonable price!"
This is a Hilton afterall and had all the comforts in the room that you would expect (great LCD, awesome bed, luxurious decor etc.) but it was about 1/3 price of a normal Hilton. I loved my stay there and would highly recommend it.

"Give me REAL pillows"
The hotel was fine in terms of condition and location but they provided what I consider minature pillows which are almost square. They are uncomfortable. This seems to be a growing trend at some chains - it is not a comfortable way to sleep.
The best part was the free shuttle to the EpiCenter. That saved my group time to walk and/or money to pay for a cab. I will plan on staying here in the future trips to the Charlotte area.
WONDERFULL! WE HAD A CONVENTION TO GO TO AT THE CONVENTION CENTER, AND THERE IT WAS. RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET.
