Everyone was helpful, professional, and courteous. It was one of the best hotels I have visited. I will return again in the future

Excellent hotel - the only complaint was the shower noise in the adjacent room was very noisy.

Nice, big comfortable room. Relaxing to work in. Nice desk, free internet that works. Pleasant staff. Good value. Lots of little extras....e.g. real coffee cups and glasses in the room....the in room coffee maker also had tea and hot chocolate.

Very comfortable! Front desk staff was very accomodating and helpful.

Nice place, great staff, but if you have neighbors especially if they are above you, sleeping might be tough bring ear plugs...

We stayed two nights this past weekend and very much enjoyed our stay. Clean, well maintained, and very wonderful staff! Be sure to have dinner in their restaurant. The food is scrumptious and the staff couldn't be better.

Everything was on par w/ our stay. Room was clean, beds were great. We had 1-2 customer service items (iron conked out on us) that were dealt with very well. We had previously stayed at the Marriott Courtyard Inn next door, and we both felt the Hilton Garden Inn was a better hotel. Better quality, better professionalism.

The Hilton Garden Inn is a well kept hotel located just off of the Highway. The staff was very cordial, and the hotel itself very comfortable. The breakfast buffet is a little pricey but other than that I have no complaints. I plan to stay there again on my next visit.

Nice comfortable Hotel, friendly and efficient staff, will return next year.

The hotel is conveniently located to Livermore area and shopping malls. Staff is warm and friendly. The rooms and clean and well decorated and extremely comfortable.

Even though short staffed front desk manager was wonderful. The spa tub in the room worked great and fits 2 well. The spa and pool are indoors, small, but comforting. The hotel itself was extremely clean. I loved my room. Internet was wireless and great...The bed was adjustable on both sides...loved it going back as soon as i can!!!!

The motel was pleasant , comfortable and very clean. The indoor restaurant which is within the motel itself, was convenient. The outdoor courtyard was perfect for sharing a bottle of local wine with friends. The pool and workout rooms were extremely clean and well kept. A nice place to stay.

When we turned our bed down there was fresh blood on the sheets. The bedding was crumpled. We could tell the bed had not been changed. GROSS OUT!!!

Good hotel for a night or two. Very nice breakfast in the morning, although you have to pay ten dollars for it. Comfy bed and arm chair. Clean. Auto thermostat versus the old wall units which always make it too hot or too cold. The tv is old and out of date. The towel rack was in the shower, strange if you like dry towels. Service was adequate and met […] our needs, but not extraordinary. It's convenient to 580, but not really close to anything else. The only thing you can walk to are other hotels or Wendy's, and everything closes early in Livermore. Devamı

Everything was great, no complaints. Will definitely be staying here again next time that we are in Livermore. It was a very pleasant stay.

Very comfortable. Hotel staff very nice and most were accomodating. Located in a quiet neighborhood with other hotels. Close proximity to highway so easy to get around.

This beautiful hotel was better than expected...Beautiful facility, friendly staff, very conveniently located to downtown Livermore and Oakland...even close to San Francisco! Highly Recommend.
