I thought the hotel was very nice. The staff was great, and they do have free cookies on the lobby as well. The rooms were very nice and the beds comfortable. They have nice LG LCD TV's in them and our linens were changed every day (put the card on your bed and they will change them every day). The bathroom was very clean and nice. There are a few […] downsides though. The hotel is not located near a lot of the family attractions (SeaWorld, Disney World, Universal, etc.) If you want to avoid tolls, it took us almost about 45 minutes to get to Disney World from the hotel. If you take the toll roads, you save yourself 15 minutes, but do pay $.75 - $1.00 every couple of miles. If you don't have the pass, and have to pay in change, the line up for the tolls can be quite long and you won't end up saving any time at all. Easiest route was to take Colonial to I-4 then to Disney. Also, there wasn't a fan in our bathroom. Not a big deal, but for some members of my family, they like to stink up the room, so a fan would have been nice. This hotel also DOES NOT INCLUDE A COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST. They do have a nice breakfast there for $10 but plan on either buying your own breakfast foods (the room includes a refrigerator) or paying them. Over all, I did enjoy my 3 night stay. I did end up going to another hotel that was closer to Disney for the last 2 nights, but not because of the service or the hotel in general. I thought that it was very nice and clean, and the staff always greeted us with a hello every time we walked by to go to the elevator. I would recommend this hotel to anyone if they don't care about taking extra time out of their day for travel to the many attractions Orlando has to offer. There are a lot of food places around the hotel, and many stores (Target, Walmart, Home Depot, Kohls, Toys R Us, etc.). Just keep these things in mind when you stay here. Hope this is helpful. They had good service, and the on site pantry store was convenient for late night snack. The restaurant for breakfast was very good although the chef started my omelet before I was finished stating what I wanted in it. Overall it was well worth the reasonable price. Even with purchasing breakfast our total bill was less than another hotel we were looking […] at that was nearby and had breakfast included. Devamı

I went over to Orlando last week for a few days to meet my until then on line girlfriend Donna was beautiful and the hotel located nr her home was excellent Good value for money As I will see Donna again I will be a customer here again This will be the 1st hotel I have been willingly back too

This was the cleanest hotel i have stayed in. It was a very comfortable room. The staff was great and so was the location.

It's really hard to find a hotel in Orlando that is a great price, in a decent location, that's actually clean and not overused. I was shocked at how nice the hotel was. The room was huge and immaculate, everything was clean, the breakfast (though not free, but I didn't care) was diverse and fresh. Very nice, clean hotel. Very comfortable beds. Front desk staff were very helpful. Pool was so-so, hot tub only fits 3. Fitness room was good. Breakfast is $10. Not a good location if you want to go to the theme parks, but otherwise a fine location. Overall, I recommend it.

The bed was sooo comfortable. Rooms were very clean and spacious. High ceilings on 1st floor. Staff was very courteous. The water was horrible as is anywhere in Orlando. It has this strong sulfur smell. You smell it on your skin after you shower and you gag when you brush your teeth in it. The other downside is they did not have the Golf Channel and […] this past weekend was the opening round of the PGA in Maui Hawaii. This is a big point since the Golf Channel is also located in Orlando FL. I found that funny and upsetting. Devamı

This is a great hotel for nice price. I stayed for 3 night and never had a problem with any service they provided. The clerk was and staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall I loved my stay.

Clean, neat and great price. Location is not very close to Orlando area but definitively worth staying if you don't mind the drive.

Worst hotel experience I have ever had. The room was tiny, not as shown in the pictures. The front desk staff was rude, as were most of the staff. Now when I say rude, I mean rude, not just unfriendly but rude!!We had to ask for towels every day and the staff seemed insulted that we even needed them. Walls were like paper, you could hear every thing […] around you and in the rooms on either side. Ignored at the front desk for 20 minutes while employee chatted away on the cell phone. Not a good value for the money, not satisfied. We travel to this area each year and will never stay here again. As a result of this experience, I will probalbly not stay at another Hilton! Stay Away! Very nice Hotel, could use better pillows though

Being next to the gas station made it loud throughout the night. I couldn't get the wifi internet working in my room so that caused a bit of hick up with my work load.

This hotel was great. It was very clean and for the price it was perfect. The front desk staff was very friendly and helped with my every need. The jacuzzi was small but did the trick. My girlfriend and I loved it. You should definitely stay here.

Very nice location to visit a family member who lives int he area during a holiday weekend. Easy check in and easy check out. The room is what we expected. No complaints at all.

Hilton Garden Inn Orlando East. I am an ex hotelier and must say this is a great place to stay, to bad we only were staying for one night but since we will be traveling to this area often you can be sure this is our hotel from now on. Thanks for a pleasant stay.

The hotel was very nice. The only disappointment I had was that I had requested a non-smoking room and got a smoking room instead, and the hotel was booked so was not able to change rooms.

Let me say that I had no problems with anything, and I was completely happy and satisfied with everything. The location of the hotel is extremely convenient for anything you need to do at or around UCF. The staff of the hotel was helpful and friendly, and the room was very nice... Very roomy, clean and comfortable. Has everything you need.

Great place to stay. Staff helpful and friendly. Well worth the cost.

Although it was just for a night we had a great stay. The bed was so comfy I felt like I was in my own bed. Will stay there again.

this is the first time we have stayed at this hotel and this chain (hilton garden) the hotel was very nice and clean. front desk personnel were very professional and well groomed. room was well appointed and the refrigerator freezer was even turned on! we will stay here again when in the area. hotels.com had the best room selection and the best price […] too. i was very pleased to use them and will use them in the future. Great hotel for the price;very clean and staff was great!

The Hilton Garden Inn Orlando East is an excellent hotel. Very conveniently located near stores restaurants, etc. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the East Orlando area.
