We had a 2 days pleasant stay. Courteous Staff and a clean hotel.

This hotel is just OK....average. Not located close (walking distance) to anything except a WONDERFUL movie theater! All restaurants, shopping, gas stations, etc. are a minimum drive of 10+ minutes away! The hotel itself is fine for 1-2 people per room as we were told ALL ROOMS are equipped with either 1-king size bed OR 2-double beds ONLY! Since we […] had our 2 children with us (ages 8 & 11) that meant the beds were too small for 2 adults to sleep COMFORTABLY together! This hotel is currently under renovation/construction (why they haven't added queen sized beds in lieu of the doubles is beyond me.) so many areas are off limits. I would recommend this hotel for 1-2 adults, travelling WITH a vehicle that gets GREAT GAS MILEAGE, or if your just coming to get some R & R and don't plan on doing/going anywhere during your stay! Stay was wonderful, staff was great and helpful, and rooms are clean and spacious. Hotel was conveniently located to major attraction and airport.

This hotel has been undergoing rennovations and I've been able to get a new room my last 2 stays. It looks very nice and the lobby is great. Still some lingering paint fumes from areas they're still working on, but no construction sounds or anything. Oh, only other complaint is that the pay-per-view movies were unavailable due to construction and the […] cable being down. Devamı

The Good-Stayed Friday-Sunday night, checked out Monday morning. We were given a remolded room, it was really nice. Counters were still gritty from recent sanding and drywall dust, but clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The Bad-The hotel is not near anything, but an AMC 30 complex. Food from the restaurant next door, which also does the room-service, […] was so bad I got sick. 45 minutes out of down-town Chicago, on I90 Toll Road. $0.90 to get off at the exit, exact change required. The worst part was construction that started at 8:30am Monday morning in the 8 rooms around us. There had been no warning that construction would be on our floor. The lobby was also being worked on, and they had warned us about that. I got a call at 8 that woke both of us up. All in all, once the construction is finished, this should be a great hotel, with excellent customer service. It is not near anything, however. Oh, and don't order the room-service :) Devamı

i love it!!

My only complaint was that the hotel was under construction, and the lobby wasn't accessible, and to get to the hotel entrance you had to walk around entire property.

Most of first level is being renovated and care is being taken to insure guest safety. The room I stayed in was newly remodeled and was very comfortable and clean. The surrounding community is very nice and the restaurant next door is fantastic - it even has an outdoor patio with 3 fireplaces. Would recommend to others for the value.

Our stay in this Hotel was very nice. Went to just get away for the night. The room was newly renovated-very nice. The breakfast in the morning was very good! The service was very good as well! We found some really fun things to do close by as well--very nice stay!

Afternoon mngr. very rude when i asked about the smoking room that was confirmed with room well he rudely informs me that that is no longer available since 3 weeks ago. So then I proceded to ask when the bar opens again rudely it will not be opened.

The hotels pool and hot tub was smaller than advertised. The rooms were fine but was a little disappointed when we didn't have the adjustable bed as advertised. Breakfast buffet was amazing but a little overpriced. Location was great, right off the expressway close to the movies and close enough to shops and kid friendly activities.

We needed a room for the night after an event at Stonegate. The Hilton was priced right compared to other hotels nearby and was just right for the short stay that we were looking for. Clean rooms and comfortable beds.

The hotel was decent, clean in most areas, and the staff was supportive. For a quick, cheap place to stay, it was decent, but still not worth the price. I was convinced for comfort by the beds with "adjustable" firmness settings. Neither myself nor my companion could discern a difference between the soft and firm mattress settings. Either way, firm […] is the word I would use to describe it. The staff forgot to put bath towels in our room when cleaning on the second day of our stay, but they did pick up our used ones. At the cost spent, I could have booked a cheaper hotel with the same cleanliness and value and likely even a free breakfast. The continental breakfast at the Hilton Garden Inn cost more than a fast food meal and consists of juice, muffins, cereal, and fruit. An all-you-can-eat buffet adds scrambled eggs (plain and with ham and cheese), made-to-order waffles and eggs, sausage, bacon, an oatmeal bar, toast, fresh fruit, and yogurt. The food was lukewarm by the time we got down there, thirty minutes before the end of breakfast times (6-10AM). Even hot, the buffet would not be worth the price charged, more than double the cost of going to a local diner the final day of our stay. The most disappointing part of the stay was that there was construction going on in the hotel, which added noise on all fronts. The dumpster right outside our window was used by the noisy construction crew from 8AM-5PM, which added a poor companion to the occasional pounding noises from overhead. Adding to the inconvenience of the noises, the hotel shut down one of the two elevators everyday from 8AM-5PM for the use of the construction crew alone. This caused waits as long as 10 minutes during those times for the use of the elevators, as well as a mess of dirty footprints surrounding the elevators on the first floor. The signs apologizing for inconvenience and dust were the mere solutions the staff offered for the problem. Even more disconcerting than the construction alone was the Devamı

Hotel was in a perfect location! Close enough to plenty of restaurants and shops, but far enough from hectic and heavy traffic. Very nice pool and hot tub. Only negatives - beds were a little hard and breakfast too pricey.

My significant other and I have stayed a few times at Hilton Garden Inns. This was a new location for us. We didn't know the hotel was under construction, but it really wasn't an issue, except for one of the elevators being used by the workers. As always, the room was nice, staff was great, breakfast got 2 thumbs up. The only bad thing was trying to […] get back on the main road from the hotel driveway....it's right off of a major road and near a tollway entrance/exit, so there was a bit of time stuck waiting for a break in traffic. But it's right near AMC theaters and Lucky Monk restaurant, so we will definitely stay here again.....when the construction is finished! Devamı

We had a great time in the pool, room was nice. Unfortunately, the drunk couple in the next room fought from 2am-4am and the cops that came made even a bigger scene. The couple was not thrown out as they should have been and we felt trapped in hell for two hours. My kids learned some new colorful words. I wish the rooms were more soundproof.

The hotel was very nice and the front desk personnel were helpful with our room and questions about the surrounding area and how to get to the train station from the hotel. Our first room smelled very strong of cigarette smoke so we just backed out and went back to the desk. I had an excellent experience at the Hilton Garden Inn Hoffman Estates. I got an amazing rate on Hotels .com, and I was very pleased to see that I got more than my moneys worth! My kids and I rent a room every Christmas for my son's birthday. Every year it's a new hotel. I was skeptical at first since I've had bad experiences from renting rooms under […] a certain rate. The hotel was very well kept. The rooms were very clean and the beds were quite comfortable. The only downside is they charge over $10.00 for their breakfast buffet and was not worth it. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

There was noice outside my room like someone is banging on the wall. At about 3am in the morning there were a bunch of people making noise outside the room. The hotel and rooms were nice but could not sleep because of all this noise and I guess that is what I paid for.

We had a great stay at the hotel. The room was comfortable and clean. The pool and hot tub was nice. The hotel restaurant was a little expensive and there isn't a lot of restaurants near the hotel.

The bed comfort thing should have been explained. It was not a restful nights sleep. I only noticed it the next day due to being annoyed by the bed and searching for why it was uncomfortable. Good enough other than the bed issue.

Excellent value & the room was very nice.

I have stayed at a couple different Hilton Garden Inns. This one was decent and clean for the most part but the furnishings in the room were a little outdated. There was no exhaust fan or window in the bathroom. The swimming pool was extremely small (capacity 15) which fills up very quickly. The area surrounding the pool is so small that there is not […] a dry seat anywhere. Overall it is not up to par with the other Hiltons. It needs a little sprucing up. Pass on this one and pay a little more for the Hilton Garden in Schaumburg. Devamı
