a comfortable inn with very easy access to highway I-5, good neighborhood with lots of restaurants. Since it's pretty close to the highway, it's quite noisy at night although the windows were all closed.

Fine enough for the price. Got a great deal on Hotels.com with 20% off since I booked more than three days. I could only book one King online but on arrival they were more than willing to move us to 2 Queens (there were 3 people in my group). I would skip the free breakfast if you want any real food, typical hotel stuff of dried breads, weird waffle […] that you make yourself and powdered scrambled eggs. But I am food snob, soooo... Location is just off I-5 and easy to get to. There is a gas station next door, Chevy's, deli, Olive Garden all within one block. This is definitely a budget hotel, but nice staff and good location (we were touring colleges). Devamı

This hotel had a great staff that was very accomadating and friendly. The rooms were clean and fresh. The pool and work out room were convenient and clean and the breakfast buffet was wonderful. It was close to just about everything we wanted to see and do.

It was a great place to stay! Free breakfast and free wifi! They had biscuits and gravy, eggs, waffles, and more for breakfast. Beautiful room. Only suggestions I have would be to upgrade the TVs and showers. Other than that, it was a very classy place.

Easy to find & premises were clean with plenty of parking. Central location to shopping, dining & freeway. Friendly & helpful staff. The room was clean and comfortable. Pillow top mattress and comfortable seating area. Breakfast was provided with real orange juice, coffee, scrambled eggs, flour tortillas, hot & cold cereal, bagels & danish & you cook […] waffles. The dining area was very spacious & clean. They also have a work out area & nice size swimming pool. I would stay there again. Devamı

My wife and I drive up to portland often and always try and stay here. It is nice, simple and close to everything. Basic room with a basic bed and a basic TV. A nice pool and hot tub. We give it a thumbs up :)

Close to Shopping and Restaurant, Gas station next door, Japanese restaurant cross the street. 15 mins to woodburn outlet stores.

Here is what we liked: Breakfast available until 10AM! 24hr Pool (for adults) Bed was super comfortable. Here is what could be improved: Old School TV.

Staff was friendly Room was fine. Good value.

I don't know where to start. The bathroom cieling had mold all over it and smelled very musty. The hotel staff had no information about surrounding restaurants, and seemed very put out that we asked at 11 pm at night. We were told that there were no restaurants nearby open, when in fact the Applebees across the street was open still. The beds were tolerable, […] buut when we got up the next morning and flip the sheets off we found bloody finger prints on the the bottom side of the top sheet. The sheets did not even look like they had been washed. After this very disgusting find, we left the room and went down to the "breakfast" that consisted of cold biscuits and gravy, rock hard pastries, rubbery eggs, and frozen butter that you couldn't spread on warm toast. I will never return to this hotel in my life. If I could this hotel would get a "0". The only perk it had is that it was right around the corner from where we were headed the next morning. Devamı

a little noisey due to I-5. The staff was very helpful. Stayed 6 days great location other than the freeway noise.

I have stayed here numerous times and have never experienced any problems. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. Great proximity to many good restaurants.

We stayed at the hotel as a treat, as we were needing a night away from our 8 month old and a good night's sleep! We found it at the Phoenix! The bed, king size, was wonderful, the shower great, the hot tub was hot (although had been turned down too low when we came back after), nice pool to do a few leisurely laps in, the breakfast was good, with do-it-yourself […] Belgian waffles, eggs, juice, decent coffee, biscuits, yogurt, cereal, etc. The front desk staff was super nice and offered fresh baked cookies in the evening. Close to restaurants and gas stations. Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was not good. Needs much improvement.

Unfortunately, the smell throughout the hotel was like that of a Greyhound Bus bathroom. It was all over the hotel except in the room (thank goodness). If they used different cleaning supplies, it would greatly enhance the experience. Breakfast bar was great...fresh fruit, oatmeal. Carpet in halls was dirty and had holes. Bed was nice. Is a great place to stay it is out of the Portland area but not to far and is close to restraunts and shopping. Nice and comfortable hotel. Great morning breakfast.

The rooms here are a little dated but clean and comfortable. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. I would stay here again as the location is very central to the freeway, shopping, and great eating options.

My stay was very comfortable and enjoyable, The breakfast buffet was outstanding and its hours very convenient. Best of all, it was only minutes away from the family I visited. The staff was efficient in arranging early morning transportation to the airport.

The Phoenix Inn is a comfortable clean Motel and I would highly recommend it.

Reesonably priced, close to Washington Mall and downtown, plus Costco and Winco. It has a pool and hot tub plus a small gym. They serve scrambled eggs, hot beef gravy and pancake for hot breakfast and cereals and fruits for cold. Coffee is decent and plenty of fruit juices. Room is quite eventhough I am facing the highway. Great hotel. One small item needs to be fixed. Computer that guests can use in the front lobby doesn't let you connect to airlines' website to print boarding passes. did the same thing to me last year. Front desk more than helpful in printing for you, but shouldn't have to if it was working. Other than that...great hotel!

I HAVE STAYED HERE SEVERAL TIMES. POLITE, HELPFUL STAFF - CLEAN, SAFE, QUIET

This was a nice place to stay overnight. Comfortable beds and even though it was beside an interstate highway, I couldn't hear it. Continental breakfast was good and lots of selection and kept everything in stock. The only thing I didn't like was the sinks were outside bath area so no privacy.

I got an amazing price for this hotel and i spent the entire drive down to Portland worried about what I would find. The hotel room was spacious, a king sized bed, love seat, frig and microwave, etc. The best part was then four fluffy pillows! The hotel staff was courteous, and even provided a few unusual items (mostly rubber bands to keep my daughter's […] cast dry while showering). Breakfast was mediocre, coffee not good, but it's Portland, so plenty of good fresh AM options close by. Will definitely stay again! Devamı

The room had a strange smell of cleaning solvents. The carpet was dirty and the wall paper was coming off. Our room was on the first floor nearer the freeway. The windows did a great job of keeping the room quiet. Breakfast was basic with eggs and other basics. Would have been better if some bacon or sausage were also offered.

It really is right next to the highway. Right smack up against it. Couldn't really hear it from my room, though, so not a big deal, but it doesn't give you the best feeling about things when you first see or walk into the place. The hotel is a recent remodel, but traces of an outdated past (the elevator, for instance) are quite evident. The room itself […] was very strangely laid out - the sink was across from the bed, not connected in any way to the bathroom, and the only phone in the room was located next to the toilet - but ultimately comfortable and clean. A lot of freeway noise, front of the mini refer was coming off and I kept stubbing my toe on it, the white socks I wore only in the room were really dirty by the time I left (2 days), the pool was cold, the freezer in the refer was frosted over so the temperature in the refer was not cold enough to keep my leftovers cold. Good room, great comfortable bed, well put together free and yummy breakfast with many options. Great price as well but while the water was clean in the pool the pool itself needs upkeep. My son scraped of the skin from his knuckles from the bottom of the pool being so rough.

We travel to Portland alot and we always know that this hotel will be consistently clean and reasonably priced. Beds are comfy and breakfast is good. I appreciate the refrigerators in the rooms as we have to keep my son's insulin refrigerated so this is very helpful.

We stayed one night there. It is VERY close to the freeway and while outside it is very noisy, on the inside it is surprisingly quiet. It was clean but very basic - no frills. Hard to get the front desk on the phone. It is the most inexpensive hotel in the area but next time I will try a different one.

There were a few things wrong with my room but it was convenient and clean. There were things not working (phone, hair dryer) but I didn't report them to know the reaction. Still, a great price.
