They need to fix the A/C unit coz it's very noisy.

manager was extremely helpful and allowed us to check in very early. they were fantastic

I reserved a 2 bedroom and was put in a one bedroom, the attendant at the front dest during the night time, he was very rude and not helpful.

I was a little afraid when I read the reviews before the trip. The "good": Clean , fairly modern. Liked the fact that the room had a tile floor ( granite or marble ?), rather than carpet. The solarium on the second floor ( with jacuzzi tub) was a plus. I did not hear ( or see) the night club reported in previous reviews (out of business?). Fairly closed […] to the beach and restaurants. The "Bad": $27/per night for valet parking, but the desk clerk did point us to the public parking garage around the corner for $20/night. The neighorhood is noisy ( but that's South Beach baby !) Would not recommend this location for a family. Summary: Good value for basic accomodations, given that fact that it's in the South Beach neighborhood (very "urban"). Devamı

Excellent hotel and the price is really good. I have tried a lot of hotels in Miami, and that's the best considering the price. Really comfortable.

The reviews I had read about this hotel scared me a little bit but when we arrived it was nothing like I expected. The room was beautiful and everything was very clean. As a matter of fact, this was one of the cleanest rooms and bathrooms I have stayed in, in a while!!! Location is PERFECT! She was so friendly and helpful. She was just a pleasure to talk to. She helped us find a near by resturant and call us our taxi when we left. She made the stay at the hotel the best!

Convenient to everything, a little noisy in the late night outside window but room and hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff was very nice and helpful with all questions.

From the great service, and awesome location not to far from the shops and beach, Royal Hotel made my 2nd wedding anniversary something to remember, I will surely book another vacation with them soon again.

this place was cute. it is no five star hotel, but does not claim to be. everything was clean, just needed some updates. if you can get a good deal for it, i would stay there, if not perhaps somewhere else. however, there are a lot of these "less expensive" south beach hotels and they are all a bit run down, so i consider this i pretty great choice […] and really enjoyed my stay. The thing I like the most was the cleanliness of the bed and that the people in the front desk was really kind to me and my sister. I´ll be back soon!!!!!!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The beach was close by, and so were the clubs and restaurants. I would stay here again if I ever get to go back down that side. The outside did not look very inviting, but the inside made up for it all.

Whilst centrally located the hotel is posiitoned above a night club which pumps out music until 4.45am - exactly! Windows are not doubleglazed so every noise keeps you awake at night. The accommodation I would descibe as an overpriced backpackers hostel. Clean but very basic rooms. We spent 2 sleepless nights there before deciding to move hotels. We stayed two nights, and it was two nights too many. The first night we stayed in a room that had no curtains at the window,bars on the window and the blinds bent. Tiny TV, safe not working. The second day we changed rooms and this room was better. Did not feel real safe on the block of this hotel. walking distance to the beach and clean and comfortable!...if you just need a place that's nice enough to sleep in between going out and the beach then its perfect! if your looking for fancy amenities and high price decor than no i wouldn't recommend this place. i wasn't planning on being in the room, so it was great!

arrived at the hotel at 430 pm to be told our room was not ready. We had to chain up our luggage and go get something to eat. What a scary neighborhood. Don't leave the hotel after dark. When we got back at 630, our room was still not ready. No repeat visits for me. The only good thing was the staff was friendly.

We stayed here one night before a criuse and it was a good affordable place. Some of the reveiws had us concerned but we were pleasantly surprised. The lady at the front was super nice. Night club under our room couldn't get any sleep

If this hotel were in my neighborhood, I would demand my money back but consider most hotels on South Beach are in old non-hotel looking buildings, it's something you must deal with. The thing I hated most was the parking....well, lack of parking. We got lucky and found a spot on the next block and yes, it was free. We didn't move the whole weekend […] to save on parking costs. The room was a standard room with two beds with a microwave and fridge which was nice. We didn't like the hallways, they seemed dark and it smelled. Overall, the rooms were clean,cool, and comfortable. Bathrooms decently sized and clean. Location was fabulous with the beach, dining, grocery, shopping, and nite life all within walking distance or a short cab ride. The staff were cooperative, and maid service quick and friendly and came later in the day. Internet and a computer in the lobby were available […] for use. The outdoor patio and spa tub offered a great social arena to mingle with other guests at the hotel. Some noise came from the patio but was only noticed for a few hours in the evening. There was some construction being done on the street entrance side, but the noise was tolerable and they were done working in the early evening. My girlfriend and I got a great deal, basically taking the cheapest hotel we could find in South Beach during Spring Break. The location was perfect - just two blocks from the beach and an easy stroll to all the nightspots. This hotel is a bit old and worn. Our AC unit was loud and seemed to lack coolant, but the room was comfortable if we ran it during […] the day and turned it off at night. The hot tube is a nice touch, but the water was always lukewarm. Our room was not cleaned one day so I had to get fresh towels myself. That said, we got what we paid for and were mostly satisfied. The rooms were generally clean, we had no bed bug problem and didn't read of any online, and the kitchenette saved us so much money by allowing us to eat breakfast and lunch in the room. If we had the money, we'd probably want something a little cushier. But since cash was a concern, this hotel did the trick! Devamı

Modest hotel. Good localization (walking distance to Ocean Drive, restaurants, etc.). Old (constructed in the 1930's). No parking for guests (valet parking $27/night). No luxuries. Bed was ok (not great).

showers were not hot and tv was really little. Room was cold in Jan.

Room small with windows that havent been cleaned for years. Noisy street below all night. Advertise complimentary breakfest but charged for it.

No continental breakfast included, rude and hard to understand staff.

This hotel was in a good location- close to the beach , shops, restaurants etc......but that was about the only good thing! It is not really a hotel, but rather a hostel. For the 3 nights we stayed we didnot have hot water and on the last night we didnot get any sleep as apparently there was a nightclub underneath that was re-opening and had music with […] base going until 3am......the base was such that it vibrated the room and the corridors are also really nosiy, so needless to say if you enjoy your sleep -donot stay here. The rooms were OK.....very old and rundown with plastic furniture that they try to pass off as "retro". The kitchette consists of a fridge and microwave, but no plates/bowls/cutlery are provided.....so quite useless unless you carry these sorts of things with you. The staff- the ladies were helpful but the male on the front desk wasnot friendly nor very helpful at all. During our holiday we stayed at 10 hotels and this was by far the worst.....I wouldnot recommend staying here unless you are looking for a hostel level of accomodation- in that case it would be fine. Internet did not work and looked old from the inside

The exterior gives you cause to worry, but the rooms were super clean, although kind of small, and the front desk was friendly and helpful. Our room did need a little maintenance during our stay, but everything was handled immediately.

Bem localizado. Oferecem um serviço de leva e trás associado a uma garagem que fica perto que facilita muito para que está de carro.

Helt OK för priset. Bra läge.

Ben ubicato sia per la spiaggia, che per i locali, che per il centro congressi (la fermata del bus è a due passi). Personale cordiale e disponibile, camera e bagno non enormi ma puliti, letto molto comodo. Unico neo qualche macchinario dell'aria condizionata (che non ho capito bene dove fosse esattamente) rumoroso, che per chi ha problemi ad addormentarsi […] potrebbe essere un problema (non era il mio caso). Tro inte på de flashiga fotona på hotellets webbsida, det var antagligen länge sedan det var så fräscht. Om man inte förväntar sig mer än ett Ok ställe att sova på så får hotellet trots allt godkänt. Läget är dessutom mycket bra, nära till både strand och stadsliv. Kommuniaktionerna är också utmärkta med busshållsplats nästan utanför. Räkna med att […] det är ganska mycket festande på fredag- och lördagskvällar vilket kan vara ganska störande eftersom det är ganska lyhört. limpio, pero no la gran cosa, el internet no funciono por 3 dias, la discoteca abajo / en la esquina no te deja dormir los sabados, solo 3 min. a la playa, para south beach parece bien pero hay mucho mejores hoteles en north beach por el mismo precio o mas barato

Hôtel à approximité de la plage et du centre. En revanche, propreté limite (surtout le spa...), travaux en cours dans la rue de l'hotel. Parking non inclus/ ils proposen un service de voiturier pour 21 dollars.

Superbe hôtel, j'y retournerai sans hésiter, super bien placé à 2 rue de Collins Ave et 3 de Ocean Drive, on peut facilement se promener le soir sans utiliser la voiture. Chambre design avec petite kitchenette. Parking à 1 rue au tarif de 1$/heure plafonné à 20$, vous pouvez laisser votre voiture 2-3 jours ou même plus, ca ne vous coutera que 20$ max. […] Situé dans l'angle de 2 petites rue pas trop fréquentées par les voitures donc assez calme.
