Microtel Inn Dallas/Arlington - Arlington

it was ok.

The hotel is a bit run down, but not too badly. It's not quite up to the standard I have come to expect from the Microtel franchise.

Well first the rooms are need to be updated bad there very small and there's people walking around like zombies allnight I will never stay there again especially for what I had to pay..the only reason I stayed there was cause I was sooo tired..oh yeah ac sucked too..

Overall my stay was satisfactory, but I found the wall s to be too thin. I could hear toilets flushing at all hours of the night and on Saturday night there were people, whom I assume were guests, standing outside my window at 4AM having a very loud conversation that carried on for quite a while. I didn't get very much sleep on that night.

Jst a motel 6 only,has only queen beds,great locale close to everything,mall,movies,food, but hotel is dated on inside and small

this place is worth the money if your using the room just to sleep in and not the most inviting area i have been in but what can one expect for the money.

The room size was not too bad, the after hours front desk lady was very nice. Other than that, I would not stay there again. The bathroom was not cleaned properly, there were toothpaste stains on the sink. Towels looked old and even stained. The heater was not working properly and the mini fridge made a rattling sound all night long. Furthermore, the […] backdoor to the building didn't lock properly at night and anyone could access the building without the use of a key. This hotel was amazing,I stayed here and i really enjoyed it even thogh i didnt spend much time in it but other wise than that I would tell my friends and family. Thank you Microtel inn for making this wonderful hotel of yours. :) Keep it up.

We booked the hotel for the weekend for the Cowboy game. Had a great time. The hotell is close to many restaurants and across from Wal Mart. Very convenient! the rooms were clean and the staff was friendly.. Hell of a price per night !

This hotel is not bad as far as a place to sleep. The hotel was no more than average. Not a family hotel. It is generally speaking located close to some attractions.

GOOD HOTEL TO STAY , PLENTY OF EATERIES AROUND AND NOT TOO FAR FROM THE STADIUMS (.5 MILES). FRONT DESK MANAGER VERY HELPFUL

Bed was the best sleep I have had in a long time. Friendly people, helpful, and polite. The room had everything my family needed for our 2 night stay. Close to anything you might need and good shopping.

This hotel is close to shopping and restaurants. Outdoor pool is small. The sheets were clean, but they had cigarette burns on them. Front desk was small -- only one person behind the desk, so both checking in and checking out, I had to wait. Room was on the small side, but fine for 2 people.

Towels need replacing.. they are a dirty white color and very hard from being so old. Other than that the room is good sized, gets super cold and bed and pillows are quite.comfortable. I could see my car outside the window although there is prob little worry due to how nice the surrounding houses are. Great value for the rate!

We had never stayed at Microtel before. I didn't expect much from a place called Microtel. But it was nice. The air conditioner got a little noisy at times. I told the guy at the desk, but I don't think he cared. Other than that... it was one of the better places that we stayed on this trip.

Not a bad hotel considering location convenience and the tidy Microtel value. However, the front desk staff was unpleasant to deal with and the free breakfast was a total joke. For the money still a good choice for us.

Nice location between North Richland Hills and Mansfield. Decent room. Stayed there with 5 year old grandson. Time to replace the mattresses. And though the mirrored wall made the room seem bigger, I was a bit uncomfortable with it . Other than that, room was clean and comfortable. I would definately consider staying here again.

We stayed over the 4th July holiday weekend and we satisfied with the room. The employees were mostly nice, check-in evening lady was very nice, had an issue with another front desk employee. HOWEVER, when making reservations I requested Handicap room since both parents are handicap and I'd have 1 wheelchair, 1 walker, & a Potty Chair to accommodate....no […] Handicap room was available. the room was clean, but very tiny and we were very cramped in the room and literally had to crawl over the furniture at different times. This may influence any future stays if no Handicap room isn't available. The breakfast was the typical breakfasts at most hotels, bagels, danishes, oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, and applesauce. One hiccup - when we woke our first morning and we were trying to leave to visit our family, I brought our towels out and put the trash by our door. After bringing the towels to the area designated for dirty laundry myself, I could hear the phone ringing in our room and it turned out to be the man at the front desk getting after me for doing that. He said that since we were not checking out, our room would be freshened up later in the day, after the rooms that would need to be available. He was pretty rude about it and "told" me NOT to do it again. I told him that our room was ok and there was no need for anyone to "freshen" it up later. I then proceeded to take the trash over to one of the ladies working on the rooms and she was nice and took our trash and I asked her to cross our room off. The pool didn't look very inviting, but I didn't actually walk over to it to see.....I could see some broken tiles and it just didn't look very well kept. But I personally didn't walk up to it. The cleaning staff was very nice (again the morning front desk was the rude one). Our last night we experienced ants in the bathroom and I was able to go to the front desk....another front desk person) and he was gave me the ant spray and some towels for me to go clean them up. If you want a hotel as clean as a 4 star and a price of a 2 star - then the Microtel in Arlington is for you. convenient to the Parks Mall, in a decent neighborhood, it is one of my family's favorites. The rooms are small, but they are comfortable.

Friendly staff, great price, bed was clean.... but the room smelled of smoke and the hallways stunk bad. Not very clean.

The hotel is close to The Parks Mall and lots of food and shopping places. If you're visiting Dallas, it's a bit far, but for Fort Worth, it's definitely not bad. It's not pricy, and no frills. The hotel's smoke detector had a malfuntion in my room and it kept beeping every few seconds both nights around 3am. I advised the front desk both times and they were suppose to change the battery. I didnt get any sleep both days and i was very disappointed. The hotel didnt call me back to talk about the situation.

I My children and I stayed in onr of the 2 queen bed non-smoking room and it was only ok because it was cheap. I had to was the bath tub in order for my children to bathe and then when I ran the towel over the fllor to dry it the towel came up black! Even from the beginning the staff was rude and tried to charge me for two night instead of the one that […] I had paid for and then when I told them about there dirty bathroom it was my fault because my kids were dirty. The hotel gave our room away that we had prepaid for. when trying yo work out the details with the staff they were very rude and kept blaming me for their mistake. They charged me an upgrade fee in order to be able stay there. The breakfast bar was inept. We came back to our room one night to find the hall way had an intense odor of marijuana. Good for the money. Good restaurant choices within walking distance...even for a late night arrival and check-in.

First of all, I love the location. It was very close to the place we need to go to. They do have breakfast ,but dont expect anything elaborate. The room on the other hand ,left a lot to be desired. My family and I have allergy problems which includes but not limited to dust and dust mites. Suffice to say I didnt get enough sleep even with all my allergy […] medication (pill, spray and eye drops). The walls are thin that you can hear the people upstairs walking and the conversation in the hallway. I've stayed at this hotel a couple of times now. The hotel is convenient to most Arlington locations, has easy access to the interstate, and has polite employees who are ready to help. My room was clean, and that's a very big deal for me. My only complaint was the guest above me who seemed to have a child running over my head at 3:00 in the morning. […] The rooms aren't the quietest, but otherwise, this place is very reasonable for the price. The rooms were nice and clean and so was the neighborhood surrounding it.

The sheets and pillow cases had old stains on them and the phone was just dirty, this location really needs to do a better job of cleaning, also it didn't smell clean.

It was a great room for a great price!

We could hear the people in the other rooms and the room above us. The hotel looks okay in the pictures, but not so much in person. There was a whole wall of mirrors above the bed. Our rooms were very clean and comfortable. We came into Arlington for a college football game and the location was good. Access to alot of eating establishments. Great rooms for the price. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Pros: The room was very clean and it came with a fridge and microwave. The TV was set up on top of the dresser, which is better to view. There was a sitting area on top of the AC which was convienent. Though I didn't need to use the shower the bath room was clean and pratical. Free breakfast with cereal, fruit, bagels, muffins, etc. and a nice comfortable […] environment. The free wifi was the best. My iPod touch work great. No lag time, it worked fast. Cons: Way too many mirrors. The mirror in the bathroom is so wide that you can see yourself standing in front of the toliet, unless you turn around and sit on the seat. There is also a very wide mirror next to the bed that stretches from one side of the room to the other. I hate looking at myself in the mirror. Kinda like the Polterguist 3 movie, you know the one with all the mirrors. Devamı

If you are like me and don't want to spend $100 or more on a night's stay then this is the hotel for you. It's clean but not spotless, room is big enough but not spacious and almost no extra's. The beds are comfortable. It is close to Cowboy stadium and Arlington stadium.

The hotel, located in Arlington was right near a stadium, so there were lots of restaurants and shopping in the area. A Denny's restaurant is adjacent to the property, convenient for breakfast. Though the rooms are small (these are economy accomodations), they are very comfortable and have everything needed including microwave and refrigerator.
