Was absolutely disappointed due to the fact that I reserved it for 5 people and upon arrival the room only had 2 beds and when we asked for a cot for the 5th person was told they did not allow those. Just exactly did u expect the 5th person to sleep? Was he to sleep on the floor? Is this normal practice for you to recommend a place that does this?

This was a very nice hotel. Very clean & comfortable. Easy to find, right off I-469/US 30/IN 930. (I recall when there was nothing on this corner but now it is much better) The hotel had a great pool and excellent breakfast bar. Hotel was well maintained inside and out. Price was very reasonable. Front desk staff on the afternoon shift could have been friendlier although I must say the woman apologized profusely when I made her aware of how her actions could be perceived as rude. Was very surprised and pleased with how nice the room was. Had a small but nice sitting area. Bed […] was VERY comfortable. Breakfast food needed someone to pay more attention to the restocking and emptying of the trash receptacles. Overall, would stay there again. Devamı

Fresh & quiet. Everything was in working order. Thank-you. Very pesty maid service, however. Walks in the room with her room key at 7 A.M. and almost 9 A.M.

I reserved a standard double non smoking room online. The hotel did not have any non smoking room available. The charged me for the upgrade to a king non smoking. I was refunded the next morning! A complete surprise to me. The bed was harder the what I like, but everything else was good. Nice breakfast in the AM

Very much enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Only problem, room was very warm, but repeated AC took care of that.

A very clean hotel, the bathroom was spotless. The mattress and pilllows were uncomfortable. I wish I had remembered to bring my own pillow. We were supposed to be on a nonsmoking floor/room but got out of the elevator the first night and the entire floor smelled like cigarettes. Yuck! This hotel was pretty decent. We liked the location as the neighborhood was quiet, yet close to a main highway. There was a nice family restraunt in the adjacent parking lot. We were disappointed the pool area did not have a hot tub, and the pool seemed plenty cold for my wife and I. Also, there was a bit of hair in our bathroom, which did not impress […] us, but it wasn't bad enough to complain to the front desk about. Staff very helpful. Generally enjoyed our visit. Would suggest a close review of your rooms by maintenance. Dimmer above our hot tub did not work, and one bulb was burned out. Stopper in bath tub would not work. Water pressure not good at sink. These are small but irritating things. Also please put a clock somewhere in the lobby or by front desk!

This hotel has easy access to Interstate 469 which makes getting to almost any place in Fort Wayne and the surrounding area a snap. The hot breakfast helps get your day of to a quicker start.

We stayed at this hotel for a wedding in Fort Wayne. We arrived early, as did quite a few other people attending the wedding, to get ready. Unfortunately the rooms were not ready and check in time was not until 3:00 pm. But, the girl at the desk was just nasty to everyone that tried to check in early. If she would have projected a cordial, sypathetic […] demeanor, perhaps the guests would have been a little more patient. We stayed over Christmas weekend. The staff was very friendly. Hotel conveniently located near family, friends, and shopping. The hotel was fairly new so very clean. They have a fairly large selection for breakfast. Was one of the best hotel we have stayed at. Would stay there again when visiting Fort Wayne again.
