I was pleased with the Best Western in Holland on a recent stay. Fancy? No. Priced well? Yes. A good basic hotel room at a fair price. No surprises good or bad. Clean room of a decent size. This was the second time we stayed here. The first time, our room was cleaner & seemed to have just been remodeled. This time, I think we must have had a "not yet redone" room! Maybe because we had grandkids with us, they gave us that room? But , there was plenty of breakfast food that the kids & we liked, and the friendly people were great! This hotel is in major need of a remodel. The bathrooms are archaic. The decor is tacky. We chose not to stay and changed hotels.

Outdoorsy decor , clean, quiet and good location

There was hair in the shower before we used it and some on the blanket on the bed as well. The pillows were very comfortable though, not typical 1.5 inch thick pillows like at other hotels. The location was great: easily accessible and close to some great food places. However, there were a few other hotels in the same area. Could only open the window 1/3 way. Hallway reaked from cig. smoke. Don't like having the sink and vanity outside of the bathroom.

Hotel looks a little bit old, they need renew the rooms. Tv doesn't nave Disney and Nickelodeon channels.

overall above OK; wireless internet as is ofthen the case in these types of hotels is heavily advertised and yet often not working. With the usual desk person "I'll reset the router..." They did give patch cords at the desk and as a wired access this did work.

room was neat but not clean. front desk person was alone and very busy,but helpfull. Morning breakfast left alot to be desired,cheap food items used,we did not find this at other hotels.

The room was very clean and had plenty of room. The room was also very quiet and didn't hear much noise from outside.

The location of this hotel was great. It is minutes away from the downtown area as well as he state park (beach). There is also shopping centers, restaurants, and stores within walking distance for your convenience.

this hotel was very neat and clean. The people were very nice and helpful with directions around the town. I felt very comfortable there. Very large rooms and did I mention very CLEAN, Thanks

We found the hotel to be a good value for the price, considering it was Tulip Festival week. It was a good location for going into downtown Holland and there were a lot of restaurants in the area.
