The location is in between the Centrale train station and the city center (the Duomo and Galleria Vittorio Emanuele). The hotel is a 2-min walk from the Metro station. It was a comfortalbe place to shelter yourself in the big city of Milan. It wa cool, in the meaning of guesting people, respecting them with service, not with words. What can one expect being far away of home : some gentle and pure sheets..a very helpful room, with everything you need.some personel that neve bother you, being in front of you remainding […] that your house is not there. The Windsor Milano is a high-rise hotel that feels like a business-oriented, absentee-owned operation. Check in was efficient, the room is decent-sized, the elevators seemed slow. Our problem was comfort in the room. The heat was on full-bore. We asked for assistance from the front desk and a worker appeared soon but accomplished nothing. Our two day […] stay was in a no-extra-charge sauna. Opening the windows moderated the temperature at the hotel's expense but also brought in the sirens associated with a nearby hospital. Perhaps we should have camped out in the lobby to make our point more forcefully. My view is a clear complaint requires action and follow up. Neither occurred in this visit. At checkout I shared my experience and was given a hand written email address to which I could send my concerns. That felt like the person in front of me either had no authority or preferred to push the issue up the organization chart. Again, not what I expect in a service industry and not at all what I usually experience in lodging with much less ambitious facades. Had the heating worked properly, I expect we would have had no other contact with management and been entirely satisfied, if not enthusiastic, with our experience. Devamı

Nice hotel, good breakfast spread. I appreciated that they have both free WiFi and free computer terminals in the lobby -- free WiFi was the decisive factor in me choosing it over other hotels. It's conveniently a block from the Repubblica Metro stop, and the #9 tram (which goes to the cool canal area) stops right in front of the hotel. The hotel is ideally located for the train station, metro, and tram stops. I like the free mini bar- great to have a bottle of water available at no charge. The rooms at the hotel vary. The room is dark, may be due to light was spoilt. Bath room will be all wet as the bath tab is not covered and water will come out from side of toilet bowl if flash few times. Receptionists are friendly, breakfast not bad

5 min walk from main train station and metro station just around the corner. Rooms are good size, but AC function left some room for improvement. Decent restaurant and bar, good breakfast. If in Milan for business, a good choice with modest price.

Room was a decent size (for Europe), very clean, comfortable, with very nice furnture, bed, decorations, etc. It's true you can hear the adjacent tram line and traffic noise, but I did not find it excessive and will definately return. Decent value for the money.

Je n'y resterais pas une semaine. 1 à 2 nuits sont suffisantes. Il est facile d'accès mais l'arrêt de tram en dessous le rend bruyant.

Avendolo trovato in offerta, posso serenamente definire adeguato il rapporto qualità prezzo. Se avessi speso il prezzo pieno, penso che potrei lamentarmi del fatto che il personale alla raception fosse scarsamente empatico, che nel lavandino ci fosse il dentifricio del cliente precedente, che le saracinesche della camera fossero bloccate impedendomi […] di verificare la mattina la presenza del sole o della nebbia. Flot hotel. Venlig personale der uden problemer gav os et andet værelse, da vi ikke havde fået bestilt en babyseng. Der var dog ikke så meget plads på værelset, men ellers var det flot. Fin morgenbuffet, og meget (børne) venligt køkkenpersonale. Hotellet ligger i gå afstand mellem banegård og gågaden. Altså i hver deres retning fra hotellet. Der går […] busser fra lufthavnen til banegården, så det er nemt at komme ind til centrum. Det eneste dårlige ved hotellets placering er, at der kører en sporvogn lige uden for, hele døgnet rundt. Hvis man ikke sover tungt, bliver man vækket af det. Vi sov på 3. Sal, så lyden bliver nok lavere jo højere man bor. Alt i alt et flot hotel, og jeg ille gerne bo der igen. Devamı

Første natt i et rom som var uutholdelig varmt, med støyende gate rett utenfor (Rom x30). Byttet rom og kvaliteten på oppholdet ble meget bra.

Udemærket, centralt beliggende hotel - men ikke fire stjerner værd. Hotellets personale var venligt, indretningen kedelig og der var en del støj fra trafikken og sporvogne, som kører forbi hotellet.

Besonders schlimm war die Frühstück. Erstens es war sehr wenig, die Brötchen waren von vorgestern u s. w. Zweitens: obwohl ich es nur ein Mal genießen durfte hatte man an die Rezeption versuch mir dass 3 Mal ins Rechnung stellen obwohl mein Unterschrift gefälscht war. Mit sehr viel Unfreundlichkeit hat die Rezeption das akzeptiert, aber eine Entschuldigung […] könnte er nicht ausspucken. Devamı
