Nice place, good location -- but the location on the hotels.com map (Google (?)) is incorrect. The hotel is not on the Bund. It is across the river, making getting there by taxi (with a non-Enlish speaking driver) and with that map interesting. I would stay there again.

Hotel wasn't very clean in some areas, especially around the lifts. Also had no white wine in the bar. Breakfast was disappointing and very overpriced. Staff opened my windows one day, with no screens and just left them open all day. No atmosphere either. Too expensive for what it was.

We have stayed in many hotels. This hotel offers everything you could wish for. W booked this on line not knowing much about this hotel. We had a superb river view from our bedroom,, the whole room was beautifully decorated, to a very high standard. The staff in the hotel could not do enough for you. very handy to catch the hop on hop off bus and the […] Bund tunnel Not many people of travel agents have heard or use this hotel. What a beautiful hotel. previous years I have stayed on the Bund side of the river. This year we chose this hotel and what a find, Our large room facing the river, we could lie in bed and watch the barges and ships go by. The quality of everything in this hotel was tops, the staff very helpful and could not do enough for you. To get to the Bund it […] is easy the tunnel is right next to the hotel and the Big Bus hop on hop of near, so you have it all. If anyone would like to know any more we would be very happy to send them any information. We did this holiday on our own and it was easy, why pay a lot for a travel agent when you can do it yourself and stay in such a superb hotel. Devamı

The hotel was very neat and nice. The rooms looked clean, and the houskeeping did a great job. The only issue was that they said that breakfast was not included in my reservation. Wish this was clearly indicated in the online reservation.

Fantastic hotel - right on the Bund . The Oriental Pearl Tower is just next door . The hotel is clean and sparkling . Room service was excellent and reception were very helpful . Would definitely recommend this hotel .

This hotel is very nice, especially for the price we paid. We were in their bottom tier room for a week while attending a conference in the adjoining convention center. For this purpose, it was a great place to stay but maybe not if you are sightseeing. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very nice, with a separate large bathtub. The hotel […] was very clean and service was prompt; I think our rooms were cleaned three times a day, including once while I was sleeping. The staff speaks enough English and some spoke French as well. The only negative I have is regarding late night construction in the lobby; it easily kept me up and there was no warning before hand. Also, I had just about the slowest bar service I ever endured, but not too bad. The breakfast buffet, with both Chinese and International food, is great though more expensive then finding a nearby local eatery. Devamı

Excellent hotel in most ways. However, they do not seem to differentiate between smoking and non-smoking rooms. I had requested a non-smoking room, but my room had been used for smoking in at some point, and had the smell of stale smoke. Luckily the window could be opened, and I kept it open whenever I was in the room. Otherwise, I had a great stay. […] The hotel is easy to access by subway and Taxi, and is right by the Hangpu river. Wonderful hotel, very high quality room. Reasonable Internet access if a bit pricey. Located on-site with the convention center which was very convenient. Beautiful view of the Bund area and very accessible from the nearby Metro stop. Just a stones throw away from the Pearl Tower and the Riverwalk. The breakfast buffet was a bit pricey though. Great location and the value was outstanding, I would stay there again.

Nice hotel by Chinese standards. Only one restaurant, so expect to walk a little for meals. Super Brand mall is 2 short blocks away with 30 plus eateries. Subway stop is also 2 blocks away and main tourist area is first stop west across river with most other places available by subway. Subway also makes stops at both airports.

The only complaint I have is that the air didn't work. I only stayed one night, so I didn't complain. The desk staff was also not as friendly as other hotels In Shanghai that I stayed in. They weren't as willing to help. Can't comment on location. Looked like a popular tourist area with the Bund and the sky needle, but I got in late and didn't walk […] around too much. Devamı

Moderne hotell, spennande frukost, gratis wifi i lobbyen. Perfekt beligggenhet i forhold til utsikt mot Bund (ein slags bryggen i Bergen). Men Pudong ikkje er den mest sjarmerande bydel (kun skyskrapapar og kjøpesenter). Metrostasjonen ligg eit bittelite stykke å gå, og derfra kan du nå den andre, interessante delen av Shanghai.

Hotel di lusso a prezzi ragionevoli Posizione molto panoramica nel modernissimo quartiere di Pu-dong .

Super Hotel in 1A Lage. Durch den Sightseeing-Tunnel ist das Zentrum von Shanghai schnell erreichbar. Geräumige saubere Zimmer. Unbedingt Flussseite buchen - der Blick aus dem Fenster ist am Abend wundervoll (nur bis 22:00 Uhr!).

지금까지 상해 출장 수십차례 왔는데 이곳만큼 멋진곳과 편한곳이 없네요..가격은 다소 비싸지만 그래도 5성급 호텔에 이정도 가격에 편리함이라면 전혀 아깝지 않네요...강추입니다. 아 그리고 river view로 예약을 하면 황포강 와이탄 야경을 즐길수 있고요..조금 더 비쌉니다. 정원쪽도 뭐 그다지 나쁘지 않구요...

posizione ottimale, fermata metro a 100 metri, centro commerciale piu importante a 50 metri, ideale come base per visitare il centro citta' restando fuori dalla confusione di downtown. ottimo collegamento con l'aereoporto, consiglio uso metro come alternativa a taxi il costo e' irrisorio 6 yuan contro 200 yuan. camere hotel di standard europeo, la gista […] scelta. Das Oriental Riverside ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig u. sauber. Internetanschluss im Zimmer. Das auf der Internetseite angegebene Schwimmbad ist lt. Hotel zur Zeit wegen Renovierung nicht benutzbar, war aber auch schon im Okt. 2010 bei meinem letzten Besuch aus dem selben Grund nicht benutzbar. Die Bar existiert […] lt. Personal garnicht. In der Lobbybar muss man sehr lange auf schon bestellte Getränke etc. warten (bis zu 15Minuten). Die Lage ist Top, direkt am Bund, wenn möglich Zimmer mit Flussblick...genial. Direkt vor dem Hotel ist der Fußgängertunnel auf die andere Seite des Flusses und nur wenige Gehminuten am Bund entlang ist ein Paulaner Brauhaus mit sehr guter Küche, Servie u. jeden Abend Lifemusik. (Falls man heimische Küche vermisst). Die Super Brand Mall ist ebenfalls nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Devamı

Bra centralt läge i Pudong. Kabeltåg utanför entreen till The Bund! (Går i tunnel under floden). Nära till TV-tornet Oriental Pearl och närliggande fantastiska skyskraper och hotel. Saknade trådlöst internet på rummet - endast kabel.

Hoewel dit hotel op zich prima is qua locatie en comfort, toch een waarschuwing: laat u niet misleiden door foto's van zwembad en fitnessruimte op de website. Deze zijn namelijk nog niet gebouwd. De bordjes bij de lift geven wel aan dat deze faciliteiten zich op de 9e etage bevinden, maar ze zijn er eenvoudig niet. Als compensatie kreeg ik na uitgebreid […] klagen welgeteld 1 gratis ontbijt. Este é um excelente hotel, com um bom nível de conforto. O hotel é muito bem localizado, ficando muito próximo a uma parada de mêtro, um shopping e atrações turísticas. Entretanto, não recomendo os restaurantes do hotel. É possível comer bem melhor e mais barato no shopping que fica na frente do hotel.
