Hotel Cavour - Rapallo

We booked this room because the website said balcony and kitchen facilities. When we arrived and looked at our room, it was tiny, dark and dingy. There was no balcony and no kitchen facilities. We spoke to the receptionist who said we could have the room next door that had a balcony and a tiny fridge and they would supply tea/coffee making facilities. […] We looked at the room and the 'balcony' was a tiny landing looking out onto the other floors of the hotel - you couldn't even get 2 people out there at the same time. When we complained to the receptionist she said she wasn't responsible for what was printed on the accommodation websites. We told her we didn't want to stay there as it was nothing like what was advertised and she said that was fine but we had paid in full (in advance) and she refused any refund. If you want to stay at a dump with rude unfriendly staff you can't go past Hotel Cavour. Devamı

Really good small hotel in a fantastic location with friendly staff.Very enjoyable.

Our stay at Hotel Cavour was pleasant overall. It was a tad tricky to find, but being away from the noise of a big city made up for it. Our room was clean for the most part, but there was dust on the hardwood floor, and my boyfriend found a few hairs on the comforter. Easy ferry ride to Portofino and Santa Marguerita, train to Cinqueterra and Genova. Loverly promenade on waterfront,plenty of good restaurants at moderate prices, Try the Chinese overlooking the water,very cheap but very good

large rooms for a European standard, free breakfast consisting of your usual breads, cheeses, meats, pastries, orange juice, coffee, etc. Flat screen TV in room, nice shower pressure, etc. Would recommend. We were asked to leave the key at the reception desk when we went out for dnner, which is the second time this has happened to me in Italy. (the […] other one was in Venice). Very clean and quiet, nice bars within walking distance. Don't be fooled by the 'pool' however, which is only a hot tub. Excellent staff, thanks again!

très belle chambre, seuls points négatifs : l'insonorisation des chambres un peu juste, un bon rideau de douche manque à la salle de bain, le solarium n'en est pas un, il n'est plus aux normes

Este hotel, cuja entrada fica dentro de uma galeria de lojas, está em um local estratégico, pois fica muito próximo a estação ferroviária que dá acesso rápido à Cinqueterre. Por outro lado não apresenta local demarcado para embarque e desembarque de veículos, causando transtorno para quem alugou carro e deseja retirar suas malas do hotel. Accueil sympathique. Hôtel proche de la gare, du port et des bus. Petit déjeuner copieux et très varié. Merci pour cet excellent séjour.

rapport qualité /prix intéressant

ラパッロ駅から真っ直ぐ歩いて、５分程度でしたので、非常に便利です。 街の中心に在る為、夜遅くまで、外が賑やかでした。 また、朝７時前から街を掃除しているため、清掃車の音が聞こえてきました。 朝早くから夜遅くまで、賑やかな地域でしょうか。 朝食にホカッチョやケーキがでて、うれしかったです。 しかし、コーヒーがセルフサービスでおいしくなかったのが残念でした。

en plein centre, nous chambre 210, très bien, même si pas de vue, mais balcon cour intérieur. se garer parking de la gare à proxilité, mais 25€/jour quand même... buffet matin extra. personnel charmant et parle français. emplacement idéal pour tout faire sur place et pour départ visites des environs.
