Sea Breeze Inn And Cottages - Pacific Grove

The cottage was a great place to stay. Comfortable and fun atmosphere. The staff were awesome and very helpful!

Our separate cottage with one comfortable queen bed was older, but fresh and clean, quiet, private and very relaxing. Good continental breakfast choices and bench seating area around fire feature. Enjoyed walking to nearby lighthouse and beach. Plan to return!

Experience wildlife - ants everywhere! (sink, bathtub). Sleep by starlight - they lost power for a day. Rough it - heater was broken so they came up with a space heater instead of a new room. Staff was nice....

We were in town to visit the aquarium and the hotel was less than 5 minutes away. It's in a nice neighborhood. It was quiet. Front-desk check in guy was nice and helpful. A well maintained motel in a quiet location but close to the places we wanted to see is just what we hoped for and just what we got at the Sea Breeze. The price was a good value and the vacation was a great success. The Monterey Peninsula is stunning!

We stay in the off season, it makes it more affordable for us, it is comfortable 'enough' considering it is not a 5 star hotel/resort. It is modest but we like that we can bring a pet too if we like... We love that it is about 2 longish blocks to the beach, a nice walk & close to downtown Pacific Grove too (however a more ambitious walk)....... The […] people here are very nice & they will put a frig in your room at your request too... They have a complimentary continental breakfast also. This was our first time as a couple to go on a vacation, and actually the first time I have ever booked a hotel! We absolutely loved everything about this cute little place and will be back! thank you so much for our experience!

This is the second time our family has stayed at this property in PG. Once again, it was a fabulous stay! It is located close to the ocean so we were able to ride our bikes along the coast. I thoroughly enjoyed this hotel, my girlfriend and I stayed here and was totally surprised at how clean and courteous the staff was. I would definitely stay here again.

We had an excellent three night stay. The staff was very alert, attentive and accomodating to our needs, even to bringing and unasked for wine bucket for our little outdoor lunch on site.

Lovely place not to far from the Aquarium and Pacific Grove, the jacuzzi was a massive bonus and was lovely, there was plenty of parking and the staff were very helpful, the breakfast was only muffins but they were massive and lovely, would definitely recommend this hotel.

The cottages/rooms were clean and must have been recently refurbished. The shower could use some new tiles, but the floor, carpeting, walls and the rest were clean and refinished. Also found it odd that towel racks and fixtures were either very nice or kind of ratty - even in the same room. The small fridge was next to the heater and you could not […] open the drawers of the armoire without hitting the fridge. We didn't use it, so no big deal, but I'd probably lose the ugly little fridge or slowly replace them when the budget allows. The beds were nice and firm and the place appeared clean and orderly. We got a really good deal and would stay there again for the convenience and price. In most cases we are looking for a nice, clean place to relax when come home to at night and night a resort, which is what more and more people expect from lodgings. Devamı

This was a very nice hotel. It was very close to the beach. It was a nice little cottage just like if you were at home.

My stay at the Sea Breeze was OK. The staff was very cordial and helpful. My only complaint was that I could literally hear everything from the guest next door. I mean everything!!! That did not make for a relaxing weekend. However, once I complained to management their loud noises stopped.

This was my 3rd stay at Sea Breeze, and I must say it is a great deal. The staff is outstanding, and facilities are great. It is conveniently located near Cannery Row, The Wharf, and Pebble Beach. We will be back in Feburary for the ATT.

My wife and I stay often in the Monterey Peninsula because it usually affords us with what we need most; a chance to catch up on our sleep and vegitate in beautiful surroundings. We had a great romantic time in the seaside town of Pacific Grove. My husband and I were celebrating his birthday with a little R&R. The town of Pacific Grove is incredibly charming and our lodging at the Sea Breeze was more than we were expecting given the price range. I have stayed at the Sea Breeze Inn and Cottages numerous times and will keep going back. I love it! The location is perfect - I can walk to the beach, walk to downtown Pacific Grove for dining and shopping - but it is quiet and peaceful. They have been steadily renovating the rooms - luxury beds, linens, etc., but the price is still wonderfully affordable. […] This visit free wifi had been added. I discovered this hotel about 5 years ago and am so glad I did. As I said, I will continue to stay at this hotel whenever business or pleasure takes me to the Pacific Grove/Monterey, California area. the rooms had been recently updated, but were cramped and there was a definite lack of counterspace in both the room and the bathroom in which to put things. We were in a handicap accessible room (neither of us is), which was right by the road and a bus stop, so while the location seemed quiet, there was quite a bit of noise beginning around 6:30 am. […] Also there was no counter space in the bathroom to fit my toothbrush, let alone my husbands and the toothpaste... Hotel was located just a short 10 minutes from cannery row and was a pleasant surprise. The room was a small cottage but decorated very nicely. Bed and mattress as good, bathroom was small. It was convienent t to pacific grove down town, when there were several small, friendly places to eat. Only a couple of comments in the negative: 1. Two people […] in office were constantly on phone to other customers as we and another couple tried to check in. 2. No hotel layout map was provided. Would have been nice to find ice machine, fireplace area, etc. 3. Rooms really should have flat screen TVs by now. They are cheap. Outdated. Beat up. Overpriced.

Very nice room, comfortable and clean. Within two minute drive to a beach, and five minutes to Monterey Bay Aquarium.

Is an excellent value for a stay in Montery. Walking distance from the point. It was clean, quite, and the bed was comfortable. We asked for a small refrig, and got it for no extra cost. Would stay here again.

We really enjoyed this little motel stay. It was in a quaint area of Pacific Grove, near the wonderful cliffside walking trails and parks in the area. It was in a quiet area of town, but still great location. the exterior of the place doesn't look like much as it is an older facility as is most of the places in Pacific Grove. But, the interior was newly […] renovated/decorated and very tasteful. The bathroom was roomy, but the shower is a little dated and stained, but still clean. If they had re-done the shower tiles and counter it would have been perfectly new throughout. There was a nice sitting area outside with firepit that was lovely in the evening and at breakfast. The breakfast wasn't much...just muffins, oatmeal, coffee and juice, but good enough to start out your day. We felt this was wonderful for the price and would recommend it. Devamı

Cute place with a great location. Ok for the price. The walls were very thin cause I could hear everything from my next door neighbors. Very small unit.

Great location, handicap room was great. It is also pet friendly! Recommend it to all!

Very clean, well maintained. Only bad part was the cable tv did not have Giants Baseball.

This was a nice hotel for the price. Good location close to the coastline and within a few minutes drive to restaurants and the beach.

While the accomodations were servicable I would not say they were acceptable based on the pictures and info presented by Hotels.com prior to reserving.

Our room was clean, comfortable, and quite. It quite exceeded my expectations for the price.

We loved the updated decor and overall feel of the room. The hotel is very old and has been remodeled and they had made it very nice. The only down side is that the walls are paper thin so you hear your neighbors and the cars throughout the night. Overall, it was a good deal for the money though.

Very happy with the value at this establishment. The staff was friendly, helpful and checked me in efficiently. The room was on the small side but comfortable and clean. The location is great close to central Pacific Grove, Scenic Dr., etc.

Each room has a parking space right across from the door. When we returned from dinner someone had parked in our space. I went to the office and was told nothing can be done about it and to park in the space reserved for guest check-in. I suggest they paint the room number on the parking spaces and enforce the parking rules.

A simple but quaint and well maintained older motel. Very clean, quiet and in a lovely area, close to ocean walks, etc. Indivicual cottages also avaliable on site. Very recommendable.
