Everything was fine, would have been nice to have an iron in the room.

This place was very quit and clean ill always stay at this hotel

The light out side our window bothered us and we couldnt close curtian all the way and when we got up to check out at 930am breakfast was already cleaned up, we missed it. Good for the price

Staff was friendly and well informed about the area. My room was clean and comfortable. Also, the location was perfect because I was going to a meeting at the Double Tree hotel and it was right next store. I was happy with the value and will/would stay again.

A good neighborhood motel with all the amenities in making a delightful stay; right off of I-294 easy to reach and near to the event I was attending. I would recommend the motel to others.

The hotel did not have a phone, the televison channels were messing up, and the ice machine was at the front entrance and the room was on the otherside, it was cold outside so we had to drive to get ice.

Room is in need of carpet and paint

Worn carpet, dirty toilet bowl and dirty bathroom floor. Air from outside door whistling through to room. Found a bug in morning crawling on sheets near pillow. Gross!

It's an OK place if all you need is a place to sleep & shower. The ice machine was broken and I didn't get an iron & ironing board like I requested. It's close to 294 which is good.

There were patches where the carpet was worn through to the backing and another lump in the corner. A dirty washcloth was hanging on the shower rod.

We were attending a wedding reception at the Double Tree across the way and this was the perfect place to crash for the night for less money. I asked to change rooms (change from 1 bed to 2) and they accomodated me without issue. My friend forgot hisbelt and I needed new pants (unrelated issues...I have a girlfriend) and front desk guy gave us directions […] to get to Target; I thought the helpfulness of the staff was worth mentioning. The service wasnt good. I had to walk to the front to get a iron. Very short with me, seemed like I was a bother. Very thin walls.

we had to ask for washcloths after maids had cleaned room and were told all had gone home, so we had to go to office ourselves to pick up cloths. we originally had a power strip in room and someone took this out so therefore we had nowhere to plug in cell phone and breakfast left a lot to be desired.

You can not check in until 3pm. The clerk doesn't want to see your reservations. You have a handicap room reserved and paid for and get a second floor non handicap room. Carpet was coming up n the room.

I have stayed at this hotel many times before. The shower in my first room ran all night. They wer nice enough to change my room, but put me on the other side of the first room and i could still hear the shower running. But i would still stay there.

My room was a mess. The vanity front panel was broken and lying on the floor, the bath tub looked like it hadn't been cleaned in days. The phone cord was broken and wires were visible and the phone did not work. I went to the front to tell them about these conditions and the gentleman asks me, "who put you in that room?" The room smells like a Night club, smells bad really bad, they say they have Internet and was a lie in my room the signal didn't work, i have to check out 3 days earlier and lose my money because i didn't support that kind of junk. not recommended at all.

IF YOU JUST NEED A PLACE TO STAY IT IS FINE. DO NOT EXPECT ANYTHING EXTRA. DO NOT BRING YOUR WIFE OR YOU WILL NEXT DOOR AT THE DOUBLETREE BEFORE THE END OF THE WEEKEND.

When I arrived at this hotel, I discovered that the incorrect type of room had been booked (king instead of 2 doubles). Getting the manager to work with me and fix the problem was challenging to say the least. Although I was showing her my room reservation from the website, she insisted that I had booked a king size bed and then told me that I hadn't […] paid enough money for 2 doubles. All of this despite the fact that I booked on hotels.com and prepaid at this location specifically because of the price. After a lot of back and forth I ended up getting the room I had reserved. Location was fine, but there was definitely some type of red stain on my blanket and the sheets. Yuck. I won't be staying here again. Devamı

Days Inn Alsip was a decent hotel for the price we paid. Our only issues were we had a smoking room but no ashtrays in room and none available at front desk, and the soda machine was out of most sodas.Also the toilet ran by itself occasionally Food in the surrounding area was excellent.

The hotel is not clean. The carpets are very very dirty. you cannot walk on the floor barefoot. They smell auful. I had to argue with the front desk staff for more than an hour to convince them that this reservation was paid through Hotels.com. The manager wouldn't even want to talk to me. I was very happy with this hotel, the rooms were cozy and clean. The staff was friendly. I travel to the Chicago area once a year, I will be staying there each time.

I was our worst hotel stay in our entire life. The rooms were dirty, carpet was badly stained throughout, the toilet flush was broken, the phone in the room was dead, the towels were missing, it was raining and the roof gutters around the entire building was leaking and pouring down like waterfalls, even the entrance to the hotel was flooded down to […] the point that we could not enter without being soaking wet. We checked in at about midnight. We were so tired that we endured the first and only night at at this hotel. The carpets were filthy, there was garbage bags stored outside our room. The bathroom was a disgrace. We couldn't find the remote to the tv only to find it in the sheets, this lead us to believe that the sheets has not been changed prior to our […] stay. Overall, the room was nice. The area around the hotel was pretty quiet and the staff was friendly. As far as the room is concerned, it was clean and maintained. On the negative side, half of the lights didn't work and their were no towels in the room, so i had to go to the front desk and get some. But, would i stay there again...yes.

The room was clean and staff very friendly. It was located close to the toll road and restaurants. I enjoyed my stay.

Multiple issues: Black mold, standing water outside room every day, linens didn't fits bed, carpet coming up in multiple areas, bugs because of huge gaps in door frame, phone didn't work and they didn't fix it, and just generally run down. May not have been my first chose but it was much better then i excepted. Staff was very friendly and helpful! Cant bet the price and the location was great. Clean and comfortable!

it was a nice hotel to stay at for the price, about 45 mins from chicago, so it was nice & peaceful

Got to the hotel it was overbooked then they found a room. I change my room 3 times. The first time the AC didn't work then the second room the maid haven't even cleaned the room and the hotel clerk give me sheets, towels and blanket like it was my job to make up the bed. It was a disaster.

While Alsip is a bit south of where I was needing to be, the location was very convenient overall. Hotel was clean and easy to find. Comfortable bed. No frills just a comfortable nice place to use during my trip. I am moving to Chicago, but otherwise I would definitely have used this hotel on future trips to the area.

Clothes rack was pulled out of the wall and un-useable. Other than that stay was ok.

I read all the reviews and thought I could look past it all for one night. I could not. There were bugs in my room, bathroom was dirty, hotel is run down, and made me extremely uncomfortable.

We chose this hotel because it was half the price of the Doubletree, which is literally across the parking lot, and we really only needed a place to store our clothes and sleep. For that, it met expectations. It's a cheap alternative, and that shows in the upkeep and just the general look of the place. It's not falling apart, but it doesn't pretend […] to be a high-end luxury hotel, either. It's functional, it's convenient, and the beds are fairly comfortable, which was really all we were looking for. :) Devamı

this was a nice hotel for the price we paid. The staff was courteous, the rooms a little outdated but clean. the only downfall is the free WiFi was very sketchy. We had a hard time connecting. It was very quiet and we would stay there again.

This place was good enough for me as I was in the area for a few days of business. Parts of room that are easy to clean were (bed, counters, shower...), but entire room wasn't (bathroom floor around toilet, spots on walls.....). I wouldn't have any problem staying there again if it is just me for a night or two but I wouldn't take my wife there.

We stayed 2 different nights during our visit to Chicago. The first night when we checked in I asked if there was an iron and ironning board in the room. I was informed there was. But once we got into our room there wasn't anything to iron with or on. After our morning shower the only towels were the size of dish towels and less absorbent than a paper […] towel. The next visit we didn't have any towels and when I called the front desk he informed me that I had to come to the office to get some because he couldn't leave the desk. It was 4:00 am and I was sopping wet and the office was on the other side of the property When I called down for the towels, the desk clerk was more concern with his thought I was staying another night than to help me get some towels. This is the worst hotel room I've ever been in! There were stains on the carpet and there were toe nail clippings on the carpet next to the bed! The towels and blankets had yellow stains and there were ants crawling on the counters. We literally stayed one hour in the room before leaving immediately, even though we had booked it for a few days. It was […] the worst hotel experience I've ever had!
