Extended Stay America Dublin - Hacienda Dr. - Dublin

I was disappointed during my stay. I had a sleepless night. The water pipes were loud, there was banging in the hallway walls in the middle of the night. And early morning i got women up to workers painting and banging right near my window. I didn't enjoy my night at all.

I will never stay at an Extended Stay again! Urine stains on toilet (not only in my room, but in 2 other rooms I was shown)! Dirty sheets with stains and crumbs! Dirt, old boxes, and trash under the beds! I had to clean my room just to have a place to rest, but rest didn't last long as AIR CONDITIONER started pouring out HEAT waking me in time to get […] out of there! Management gave me back my money, but I'm not satisfied! I want compensation for pain & suffering from the filth AND reimbursement for my cleaning!!! Stay Away! Devamı

We've stayed at the Extended Stay hotels before and it was pretty nice. Love having like a mini studio apt when we are on the go. This place on the other hand SUCKS. We are actually still here going to check out shortly... We did get here pretty late and when we came in had to wait for prob over 10 min for someone to help us at the front desk. Then […] was welcomed by some ahhh.. interesting gentleman at the counter. It was like a door slamming marathon on our floor day and night. I requested a room with a walk in shower (accessible i believe it's called) -reg tub no large towels - just the slightly larger hand towels, and wash clothes The silverware was sticky the biggest fail for us is *gulp* no coffee!!! Now that is nothing short of shameful. the bed is ok, tv is actually cool, a bit more modern if you have gadgets to hook to it but that's where it ends. keeeeeep looking this place isn't worth the price. This hotel is under construction, and the room you book may not be the room you get, we booked a King Size room, and paid for it. When we checked in, they only had queen rooms available. We checked into a queen room, and the sink was clogged and there was a fowl odor in the room. The moved us to another room, and it was okay. The overall experience […] was less than what we expected. This hotel is alright for business, but there was no continental breakfast, and the carpets in the lobby and halls were dirty.

The best thing about this hotel is that it is located in a great area close to shopping, the freeway etc. When I entered my room, I turned to the left immediately noticed the nasty firm of dirt/dust on top of the fridge. On closer inspection I noted the dirty countertop and sink area. I opened the fridge and saw that the fridge was quite unstable, with […] a two inch "totter" that I am sure could have been easily fixed. Being a coffee drinker I noticed the coffee maker, yet with dismay saw there was only one packet of sugar and one of creamer, and 10 packs of sweet & low. The spread had small holes in it. TV was a 17" relic, I was afraid to touch the remote. It was quiet until a truck started up about 6:30 the next morning. I won't stay there again. Devamı

Not bad, been here for a month for work. well kept, people are nice. Its not home but I have stayed in alot worse.

Guest rooms need a remodel. Just plain not good. I would not stay here next trip to the area. Great location.

The matress was as hard as a rock and the hallway smelled like curry. The night check in/laundey guy didn't know how to do a wake-up call.

This is the first place there was no shampoo. This place must be cheap, They always send me there. The TV is a joke my computer is bigger. Speaking of computer they charge for wifi. Remote did not work. I called front desk for 3 days. poor service. Great location.

I checked in a little late but the process was uneventful. When I got to my room, I was surprised to find that it had not been cleaned and smelled of dirty feet and curry. This is the second time I was given a room that was in this condition but the clerk did a good job of finding me a different room. I would only stay here for an overnight trip. It was the worst room I have ever stayed in. It was dirty. The bed was hard. The sheets were white but the pillow cases were yellow and very old. I was afraid to lay under the blankets. At first sight of the room I was afraid of bed bugs. The room had no hangers and when asked for some they said they were out. I had to ask for a hairdryer. The hotel […] smelled of curry. I stayed in many hotels on this particular trip. This was the least comfortable room. I didn't think the bed was very comfortable. The room was clean though. The hotel was hard to find and to access and exit. I realize that this is an extended stay so people are not looking for a lot of extras, but there was nothing here like breakfast or dining ro […] om. Devamı

Hotel is dated with old fixtures, 18 inch TV with limited channel selections.

If it looks like too good a deal, it probably is. The room was awful. The television remote and volume did not work. The windows were wide open, hoping to hide the smell of the room. The reclining chair was filthy, with hairs from previous guests and a cigarette burn in the cushion. The mattress felt like a box, and the bottom sheet did not even fit […] the mattress. No glasses provided, so take a cup if you take medication. If you need help, forget it. Tried the desk at 6 AM, 7:30 AM, and 9 AM: no one there at any of those times. Cuts down on complaints. Devamı

Wasn't the best experience and needs way etter maintence. Waited 10 minutes for an attendant to show up and check me in, who didn't apologize for the delay or explain how to use the key. (Another guest walked by and showed me.) Had to just put one item in the freezer .. which was locked and wasnt informed me of this. That went stale and had to be thrown […] away. Overall, the customer service needs a lot of work into explaining the simple things as hotels would do as a routine.. if there's a delay (or don't know how long the guest has been waiting); apologize and have decent customer service. Was nice enough not to be complain about it then and let it slide but with everything else as far as quality, should of right there and then. Devamı

The Hotel was hard to find. The clerk at the front desk at check in was knowledgeable about the area & was able to direct me to where to go to eat & shop. There were no wash rags in the room, had to go down stairs & get them. The refrigerator was not plugged in so could not use.

Only complaint was that there were no hangers in the open closet and you had to request a hair dryer from the front desk.

Excellent

Checked into room, no room hangers in closet. Then the toilet would not work after a BM. The bed was very hard and only one pillow on bed, and not a good pillow. Rug was dirty, and lounge chair was dirty too. We left after one night.
