I warn whomever decides to read this review to never stay at this hotel. Regardless of the price, it is not worth the trouble you will have. I orginally booked this hotel for 4 nights for work. I ended up staying 1 night due to the reasons I will list below, but ended up not getting a refund. The reasons that make this the worst hotel I've stay at: 1.) […] The neighborhood is shady, with glass breaking at night and people hanging out in the parking lot at all hours of the night. 2.) Upon entering the room, the musty smell is enough to make anyone wince. 3.) The sheets smelled used and had multiple stains. 4.) Beyond the sheets, the pillows were stained and did not provide any comfort in the least bit. 5.) The shower was dirty and the shower head was only 4 feet from the ground. 6.) The refridgerator made a constant sound until I unplugged the thing. 7.) The air conditioning would make loud banging noises whenever it was turning on or winding down, which is often because it would not stay on for more than 10 minutes at a time. conviently to mall and a little closer to restaurants bed was uncomfortable sevice for a down stair room wasn't available and my girl does not have good balance with stairs

This place should be condemned... Upon arriving to the foul-smelling lobby that was obviously soaked with urine, there was absence.. Finally someone arrived to sentence us to our quarters.. Don't plan on sleeping at all, unless you like metal springs poking you throughout the night and can sleep with one thin sheet and no room insulation.. On my trip, […] I lost my keys and called back to see if they were found.. (I guess they'd have to clean the room to find them).. The rude woman immediately said no obviously without checking.. Hotel grounds were trashy. Don't appear to have anyone that clean the outside. Rif Raf hanging outside of rooms. Not worth the low price, it should be around the 30 dollar range. Looks a lot better in the pictures.

We had to move to a hotel coz our apartment building was being fumigated and this was the closest. Was a bit doubtful as the looks were a bit dodgy. But was a bit surprised on entering the room. A nice clean room with mini fridge and microwave. Right opposite an Indian restaurant and a grocery store. Pros: Clean room, mini fridge, microwave, location. All I can say it that you get what you pay for. There were many "undesirables" at this hotel. It appears to be a hotel for truckers. Check out the continental breakfast of prepacked miniature honey buns, coffee, and orange juice.

If they use a bettter detergent to clean the sheets there will be no smell. The cleaning people cut corners. Twice, the tub was not clean. The refridgerator is noisey like a sqeeky wheel. The staff at the desk will respond to needs but clearly, they are not trying to improve otherwise. Overall, this hotel, being in Milpitas, does notget the ruff knecks […] too much. Devamı

The room was typical of what you get when you pay around $50.00. I was there to get rest and take a state exam at a facility not too far from the motel. Overall, it was located within proximity to one of the largest malls in California which was nice. The different food choices was also nice to have close by my room.

Only one working lamp out of 3. Inside was pretty clean, but the balconies, stairs, and surroundings were not pleasant.

The old lady behind the window just was not friendly. She seemed to be in a rush and not in the mood. There really wasn't any breakfast. Just coffee and a couple pastries that didn't seem appealing at all. The room was ok, lots of parking and good internet connection.

It was a only a place to crash for 5-6 hours after we arrived on a late flight..

This isn't the Ritz but it is clean the people are very helpful and polite. We enhjoyed our stay. When we needed help or something the hotel was great at helping and providing everything we needed. Plus my son likes to eat in the hotel and the addition of a microwave and refrigerator was very handy. Housekeeping did a great job and my son is messy but […] they took care of everything. They did a great job. I will stay there whenever back in the area of Milpitas, CA. Devamı

I've stayed here before and knew the property already. It was a convenient place to house my team building assistants. The years that I've stayed here, I've noticed that they maintain the property and keep the rooms very clean. It's not the fanciest place to stay, but it's safe, it's close to my client base, near major roads and highways and it's a […] great value. I'll be back! Devamı

Breakfast was a joke though!!!

The neighborhood around this hotel was aweful, the pictures on line do not reflect the real location. The employees di not care about us staying, the morning clerk was more intrested on his phone call rather then my business. The only advantage was the close proxcimity to the mall and food establishments.

This property is a cut above the other similarly priced motels in the area. The room and grounds were clean, quite, and comfortable. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful and the complimentary internet service worked pretty well. The one minor disappointment was the sparse continental breakfast which consisted of coffee, juice, a small danish […] and an apple or orange. Some of the other motels in the area have a couple of choices of cereal, a better fruit selection and self serve waffles irons. However, the meager breakfast would not stop me from returning in the future. I rarely eat breakfast and am out the door on business fairly early in the morning. If I was on vacation with the family, the breakfast would be a bigger issue as would the lack of a swimming pool. Devamı

This hotel is a good example of the entire chain. Which is why I'll never stay at another America's Best Value. (I've stayed at five this year.) The outside has never been cleaned. Walkway and stairs covered with old soda and ice cream. Rooms are tiny, you have to turn sideways to get pass the bed. Door to bathroom could not open completely because […] it hit the toilet. Maintenance was obviously the cheap and unprofessional. i.e. paint over dirt, holes in walls patched with silicon and left unpainted. It not the first America's Best I've seen in this condition. Clean, quiet, helpful service, very comfortable, good price. Close to mall, train, airport, pretty neighborhood, updated rooms.

The hotel is okay quiet the only thing is they need new towels.

For the price this motel is well worth it. We would stay again.

Hotel was very convenient. Farther from the airport than I thought, but accessible to all areas that I needed to visit. The hotel itself upon driving up looked suspect but turned out to be comfortable, clean, and perfect for my needs.

Great Location and excellent staff. Value for $$$ excellent. Not a 5 star hotel or appear to be. Great resturants across the street. Would stay there agin

It was a cheap place to stay so I guess i wasn't really expecting a whole lot. The towels and sheets were stained though... Needless to say I won't be going back.

I needed space to sleep and park my car. No $40 valet parking - just free internet and fridge in the room. Simple, easy, clean. And for the price, a perfect place to sleep.

the management is nice and helpful. breakfast is terrible. coffee is okay. maid service is awesome. room is tiny. tv is old and remote controls works intermittently. overall, you can stay here but for an extra three four bucks there are better places to stay.

I stayed for a week as I was waiting for my apartment to become available. It was the cheapest hotel around and for the money, it was worth it. The bed was clean and firm. The room had the basic amenities (fridge, microwave, iron table, hot running water, good working Wi-FI internet, etc.). On occassional nights, the guests in the neighboring room […] (which was a Smoking room) would smoke smelly stuff (pot or something else), but the smell never reached inside the room, so it was manageable. Every things are clean and it is located in a good area.

The shower curtain was cumbersome as the curved shower curtain was incorrectly installed causing the occupant to fight for space in the shower area. 'The brackets were placed halfway between the outer edge of the tub and the opposing wall leaving approx. 18" of space to negotiate a movement.
