We were very happy in this hotel. All the employees went out of there way to help us whenever we asked. What I liked most about this hotel was the location. Within 5 minutes you are in Old Riga. Unlike the other Radisson this one only had about 90 rooms compared to the 600 rooms in the other one. There was always peace and quiet in this boutique ho […] tel. Devamı

With very god service and close to old town.

The employees and Mgt were all very helpful. I would definately return back to this hotel and recommend it to others.

Very much your traditional business style hotel, slick and smart but the rooms are a bit small. We stayed there for holiday and found it very good. It is in a quite part of the town so you will not be woken up in the middle of the night by stag parties etc. Still it is only a short walkt to the main tourist sites.

Excellent service, good confort and nice breakfast. The location is interisting to visit RIGA. The only negative thing is the condition of the hotel, the furniture, inside the room, are quite old and they could need a restilyng.

The hotel is a five minute walk to the old town and is a modern and comfortable. The service is great. The only down side was the food. We went on a B&B basis and although there was a "hot" buffet breakfast, the food and drinks were at best luke-warm whic was very disappointing considering the temperature outside was in the -20s. Great city, great location for the hotel. Only 2 things I could fault: (1) We got twin beds! Not great for a romantic weekend away. (2) In the standard room the rooms are a bit small. Else.....Great!

The hotel is on the "embassy row" just outside of/in a short walking distance of the old town. The facilities and service are good. The only problem is their WiFi connectivity - the signal is very poor in many rooms, so if you need to the the Internet connection, ask for a room that have a better signal. I may have to stop staying there for the Internet […] connectivity reason. Devamı

When we arrived they gave us a Standart room instead of Reval Class room we paid for. The room was small and internet, which was one of the reasons we booked this hotel, did not work. When we mentioned this and showed them our reservation, they moved us to the different room without any problems. Bra läge, men snarare 3+ i stjärnor än 5. Hade tre nätter i kallt rum och dom kom och kollade läckage. Väldigt opersonligt hotell, finns bättre nya eller ta något av de äldre för att iaf få känsla av något. Hotellets läge är dock utmärkt och frukosten var väldigt god.

Hotel med bra läge nära Gamla stan och andra sevärdeheter. Bra transportförbindelser. Trevlig utsikt över parken. Trevlig restaurang, lite kyligt dock där.

Alt ved hotellet var bra bortsett fra at det dobbeltrommet vi fikk var så lite at vi knapt hadde plass til to normale kofferter. Må også bemerke at de tok seg grådig betalt for en lokal telefonsamtale.

Topp hotell og veldig sentral beliggenhet. Gangavstand til alle severdigheter og betjeningen var hjelpsomme og hyggelige. Anbefales.

Erittäin rauhallinen ja siisti hotelli lähellä vanhaa kaupunkia. Ei kuitenkaan tarpeeksi ylellinen ollakseen viiden tähden hotelli. Puhtaat huoneet ja hyvä aamupala. Palvelu pelasi hyvin. Huoneen tallelokero ei toiminut, mutta se korjattiin heti, kun siitä ilmoitimme.

Läge mitt emellan nya och gamla stadsdelen. Bekvämt, nytt och fräscht, modernt.

Helt ok, lugnt hotell med bra läge nära gamla stan. Tycker dock att det borde vara 4 stjärnor. Först fick vi ett rum på 4:e vån vilket medförde allergiproblem då det var gamla heltäckningsmattor och kändes instängt. Utan problem fick vi då byta rum till våning 2 som hade renoverats med trägolv vilket kändes riktigt fräscht. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal […] samt bra frukost. Mycket prisvärt till vad vi betalade. I stayed at the Ridzene for one night with my girlfriend as we decided to extend our stay in Riga for 1 night and had to change hotels. The hotel was ok - nothing really to complain about, but also nothing special - except that the room had a bath tub! Very nice. Breakfast was good, too. For a 5 star hotel you might expect something special from the […] room as well, but it was your basic, average hotel room. Clean, nice but soulless. Also the view from the window was bad (but then, you go there to sleep don't you). But then, the biggest customer group are business travellers so we didn't exactly fit in there. They might appreciate different things than us. So: nothing special, no much to complain about, it was okay but not 5 stars. Devamı

Bra hotell med flott beliggenhet ! Kort vei til alt ! Bra service generelt. veldig hyggelig personale i restauranten. god mat !!! De som rengjør rommene virket generelt sure, og 2 dager fikk vi ikke rengjort rommet vårt. Dette er for dårlig !!! Treningsrommet skulle være oppe til kl. 23 men var stengt etter kl. 21.

Valde Radisson Ridzene för att vi ville ha ett förstaklasshotell och kommentarerna såg bra ut på Hotels.com och Tripadvisor. Rummet var utmärkt men städningen var inte perfekt. Man hade glömt en del fläckar på väggarna. Frukosten var bra men inte riktigt topp. En skinka, en sorts nybakt bröd, mycket avplockat på buffén när vi kom. Personalen var lite […] som i gamla öst, oftast formellt riktigt men de har svårt med den riktigt bra servicen. Sammanfattningsvis: Hotellet är bra men har en bit kvar till sina fem stjärnor. Devamı

Homma toimi kaikin puolin ok. Sijainti oli paras mahdollinen turistin näkökulmasta. Rautatieasema, vanhakaupunki, puistot jne. kaikki kävelymatkan päässä. Hyvin toimiva Ilmastointi, runsas aamiainen, ystävällinen palvelu ja loistavat ilmaiset saunatilat ylimmässä kerroksessa takasivat viihtyvyyden.

Jag bodde på detta hotell under fyra dagar. Rummet var stort och bekvämt. Min kompis fick dock ett litet rum som inte var värt pengarna. Hotellet anser sig ha fem stjärnor. Men jag tycker det var ett fyrstjärnigt hotell. Frukosten var mycket bra liksom läget. Trådlöst Internet ingick också på rummen samt tillgång till bastu på översta våningen. Veldig fint hotell med eksellent beliggenhet og hyggelig personal. Meget bra standard, ikke minst. Vi fikk oppgradert rommet busness class uten ekstra tillegg. Mye for pengene! Fitness- og Spaavdeling med masse utvalg.

OK hotel quite near the city center, not 5 * in my opinion though.

Nära till city, bra service med trevlig personal både på hotellet och i restaurangen.
